Room was clean and ready for our early arrival. Staff always greeted us and helped with extra coffee. Plenty of towels and clothes. Only problem we noticed was a bad plug on the bedside lamp.

Very nice stay. Unfortunately, the juice machine was not working at breakfast and no alternative was offered. The coffee was lukewarm warm. Other than that - great stay!

We stayed one night for a family weekend trip. It was a very convenient location. Close to the highway and Cosmosphere museum. The staff were polite. The check-in waiting was long and the front desk staff told us it was due to a new Marriott online system change. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent with the both hot (protein) and cold options. The 24/7 coffee is a plus. The two main issues we had were the AC and the bed. We didn’t quite know if the AC was controlled by the window panel or the wall panel, so we adjusted down both of them. But it has a hard time keep the temp down. Both panels were set at 65F and the AC would stop working, but the room was still quite warm that we can barely keep the sheet on. The beds were squeaky. Every time someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night, you can hear the loud squeaky sounds.
