A boutique hotel with amazing amenities. There’s 12 rooms, a gym and spa. The pool with plush lounges is right in the middle of the property. Every room opens up to pool. Modern and a mix of mid century decors throughout the property. There’s also a lounge area with snacks, juices, coffee and anything you need in a kitchen. Bicycle are also available for use. Contactless check in which was easy with a text sent with instructions for everything. A beautiful hotel, minutes car ride to downtown. Parking available infront. Definitely recommend this place. We had the 2 bedroom suite which was excellent and beautiful. A kitchen, seating area and dining. Two bedroom with two bathrooms and king sizes bed. Plenty of towels and plush bathrobes. Also a private patio connects the main bedroom with its en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The bed was very comfortable which is a major plus. The whole experience was so worth it. This hidden gem will definitely be talked about.

We absolutely love this hotel. It’s so personal. It’s small but we like that. They have a small kitchen where little snacks are stocked,, as well as anything you might have forgotten,. They have a pool and a jacuzzi which were both well maintained. This wasn’t our first trip to this hotel and it won’t be our last.

The place is awesome. very friendly staff. nice and quite. only issue is there's something wrong with the hot tub. it was the same temp as the pool. more of a lukewarm tub than a hot tub.

The hotel remodel was very cute! Beds were super comfortable and loved our private patio. Wish it had more pool lounge chairs as it was very busy and no room to lay out, but patio did have some chairs to lounge. Overall a very cute hotel and relaxing stay.

We love this cute little boutique hotel! Delightful owner with an amazing eye for design! Sweet community kitchen with fresh fruit, snacks, drinks, flowers and more! Hot tub area is really nice. Great pool loungers, pool towels, linens, dishes, glasses, etc.. and there are even nice bikes for guests use! Thank you for everything!

Room was updated, contemporary style and very clean. Pool was heated and wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful. Bed linens were well above average. Mattress was great. Decent snack selection offered in the lobby. Quick response to question. Easy keyless entry. Secure locked gate at entrance. Only 12 rooms. Each room has its own small private patio. Hot tub also in intimate corner.

Rooms were clean and nice. However, my wife and I wanted to have a quick getaway and to enjoy the pool amenities. The pool was losing water due to a leak. Also a puddle of water kept appearing right in front of our room and we had to step over it every time we wanted to enter our room. I text message the hotel and the response I got was , for me to understand they are doing everything they can and they apologize for the issues. It’s very disappointing that’s all they had to say after spending money and time travel to stay at this hotel.,

We really enjoy our stay in this hotel! The hotel is pristine CLEAN, modern designed and quiet with private back yard. This is a hidden gem and definitely coming back here again. All the staff are friendly and approachable. The service is excellent👌 and smoothly check in. Everything is well organized in this hotel. I strongly recommended to everyone who wanted peace and quiet while in Palm Springs.

PERFECT! This property is immaculate! I think it is the most clean hotel I have ever stayed at- kudos to the housekeeping staff. The attention to detail in cleaning and design couldn't be better. It looks even better than the photos because the energy there is so great! It was fully booked but it felt like it was our own home. Great sun exposure on the pool and the temperature of both the pool and jacuzzi were both perfect. Super comfortable bed and sheets! I loved the setup for the kitchen use and snacks. We didn't want to leave. Thanks to the owner Annick who has created such a relaxing upscale vibe!

Am not a fan of the rain shower head and took a very long time for the hot water to come on. Cute place but we really only slept here so for us it was just OK. Nice room but a little noisy. We will stay elsewhere next time.

The no-curtain shower made for a very messy and wet getting-ready experience every morning. The towel basket had mold underneath and the wall that was constantly getting wet by the open shower had peeling paint and moisture in the walls, which in the long run won’t be good for mold issues. Other than that, we loved the amenities and the cute boutique feel of the place. If it weren’t for the open style shower we would stay here again.

We stayed at the Royal suite. Although it says one king bed this is actually 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with normal kitchen, including dishwasher. Dishes are sparse but space is large. Nespresso machine in the lounge, water, fruits, yogurt, orange juice, chocolate etc. we loved the space but note there is not reception or services. You serve yourself basically.

I love finding little places that have been brought back from motel to go-tel. Tucked down a quiet little street just off Indian Canyon, Jazz checks all the boxes. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in room 5 and it was very big. Our friends stayed in 4 and although a little smaller still fairly spacious. The serve yourself snack and coffee area was a nice little touch although they could’ve done a better job of restocking it. The pool area was nice. I wish all my friends were staying at the same place because it would’ve been perfect for a little gathering and the separate hot tub area was also very nice and private. Overall I would recommend this little place and I will definitely consider staying there again. The price point is good and it’s walkable to downtown.

Tried to leave a more detailed review, but Expedia declined to publish. I believe the mixup was that they forgot to update my door code resulting in me being locked out with my belongings including car keys inside. Virtual front desk was unresponsive. When it finally got cleared up no apology

The service was top tier, my messages were responded to immediately very nice staff. Overall wonderful, if you’re looking for a convenient, peaceful and clean place here it is.

We had a very comfortable experience, room 7. All rooms open onto the pool area. There is a well stocked lounge area that has chips, juice and water. Also lots of fruit. There is a small gym, hot tub spa all with outdoor seating options. Cute small resort with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

I came to this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. It was a great experience. Although another guest indicated that I bothered him, I don't think that was the case. The staff, especially Paulina, was extremely courteous, very polite, professional, and friendly. The hotel itself is very cozy, beautiful, and very clean. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience at Jazz. It was Memorial Day weekend and that may have been part of it but it was not adults only and the child was in the room next to us and very loud though the walls. Additionally, guests had personal speakers on at the pool with loud party music making it impossible to take an afternoon nap in your room. The quarters around the pool and pool itself are very tight. We felt cramped and didn't find it peaceful or relaxing. Beware, there are no staff on sight except housekeeping so no one to monitor pool behavior or guest rowdiness. However, it was clean and I requested a refund for the second night and was given it very easily, which saved our vacation.

This hotel was everything I needed for a solo trip to Palm Springs. The facility felt very safe and was very clean inside and out. The room was spacious and had great finishing touches to add for a modern and unique stay. The waterfall shower was also amazing and was one of my favorite parts. The pool is heated, so that’s also a plus. Overall great stay, I’d 10/10 stay here again. It’s not super central to the downtown attractions, but the location is quiet and contributes to its safety. Great hospitality.

This was my first staying in this boutique hotel. It got great reviews and they did not lie. This hotel was excellent! It was tucked away from the main strip but still close to everything. The hotel is small which is so nice. It was literally like walking into an adorable mid-century modern oasis. It was quiet, impeccably designed, lovely heated pool and large jacuzzi. There is a community lounge where guests can access free snacks, coffee, drinks, utensils, ice, etc. The room was simple and spacious with a lovely bathroom and a private patio! The bed was comfy and neighbors were quiet. It was truly relaxing. I loved every minute of my stay there. I will for sure be back!

Less than 10 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs where all the restaurants, shops and museums are. Each room gets one free parking spot in front of the hotel. While there is no on-site staff, you may see the lovely owner, Annick, if you check-in before 5pm. Prior to your arrival , you will receive an email and a text message with very easy instructions on how to enter the hotel like a four-digit code for the main door, your room number and a four digit code for your room.This is a converted, re-designed motel so there is no lobby. All rooms face the small swimming pool. The main hotel and room decor is modern and contemporary with black and white design. Very comfortable bed with luxurious Frette linens & complimentary Frette bathrobes. Updated bathroom with shower stall (no tub) with very thick fluffy towels and wall-mounted hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (no body lotion). Amenities include mini fridge, Keurig machine, k,-cups, and mugs/wineglasses. I really enjoyed my stay at the Jazz Hotel. It was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. I loved the private terrace and the fresh flowers. I really appreciated the bottled water and snacks in the lounge. Didn't use the pool or hot tub this time but it looked nice.

Very nice property. Clean and modern style. Comfortable bed. Nice private back patio even though we didn’t use it. Cushioned lounge chairs and swim floats. Probably only two cons. One was the refreshments, which I very much appreciate having available, were not to my liking. The zero sugar yogurt tasted of aspartame. No other options available. The apples in the fruit bowl were all bruised or had worm holes. The second was that I couldn’t find the pool skimmer to remove some bugs floating in the pool. These are minor things and wouldn’t stop me from recommending this property or returning. It was lovely and we’d love to stay longer next time.

I love finding little places that have been brought back from motel to go-tel. Tucked down a quiet little street just off Indian Canyon, Jazz checks all the boxes. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in room 5 and it was very big. Our friends stayed in 4 and although a little smaller still fairly spacious. The serve yourself snack and coffee area was a nice little touch although they could’ve done a better job of restocking it. The pool area was nice. I wish all my friends were staying at the same place because it would’ve been perfect for a little gathering and the separate hot tub area was also very nice and private. Overall I would recommend this little place and I will definitely consider staying there again. The price point is good and it’s walkable to downtown.

PERFECT! This property is immaculate! I think it is the most clean hotel I have ever stayed at- kudos to the housekeeping staff. The attention to detail in cleaning and design couldn't be better. It looks even better than the photos because the energy there is so great! It was fully booked but it felt like it was our own home. Great sun exposure on the pool and the temperature of both the pool and jacuzzi were both perfect. Super comfortable bed and sheets! I loved the setup for the kitchen use and snacks. We didn't want to leave. Thanks to the owner Annick who has created such a relaxing upscale vibe!

Lovely property but tucked away in no outlet side road No on site reception The property had emailed hotels.com the codes required to access the motel and our room so we were locked out in car park in 38o degrees heat glaring sun it took half an hour contacting hotel’s.com who then forwarded the message with our access codes this trauma spoiled the experience that was otherwise excellent beautiful and tasteful refurb with mid century vibes and accent furniture in monochrome decor. Beautiful pool beds and artwork.

We love staying at The Jazz. It is such an intimate boutique hotel where we can relax in an amazing setting. The beds are really comfortable, patios are a great perk and the pool is very well maintained. We like everything about it!!
