Chambre très propre et grande. Puisque nous faisions face au stationnement et la rue nous avons garder les rideaux fermers et il manque d'éclairage pour les chambres qui font face au motel. Je suis certaine que celles qui font face à la mer n'ont pas ce problème car on peut garder les rideaux ouvert. Il y avait une odeure d'égoût dans la salle de bain, mais si non assez satisfaite de notre séjour. La dame qui nous a reçu est très gentille aussi.

All good as above, but I don't know why in the office season they would put guests on the highway side of the motel instead of the quieter river side. The walls are not very soundproof as even normal TV volume come through. I would suggest spacing the guests out when possible. Also, Expedia should post in currency applicable to the country of location of the hotel, to avoid confusion.

Les plafond craquent , ceux du haut ont veillé les 2 nuits de minuit à 3 heures. Ils devraient s’engager un veilleur de nuit. Nous avons dû dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles Je vous suggère une chambre du haut comme suite et non celle du bas. Sinon tout est super ! L,accueil, La vue, propreté des chambres et des lieux et la belle promenade dehors . Piscine très bien aussi.

L’accueil… l’accueil est fantastique! Un sourire, des conseil sur la région, une proposition de manger à la Fabrique (en passant c’est tellement bon!!!), un service incroyable. Pas que la réceptionniste, tous les gens sont gentil et te disent bonjour! WoW La chambre est superbe, les matelas et oreillers génial, aucun bruit. Nous avons adoré.

They let me and my family walk. Cancelled my booking 3 hours before check-in time, even though I asked them a week ago to confirm the booking. They lied about my credit card not working, but 5 other hotels in Quebec had no issues with it. Besides in the Expedia the receipt shows "pay at the desk". They even failed to apologize to say nothing about helping to assist with an alternative solution. The experience was terrible! They left us stranded in Matane. They deserve to be sued for moral damages, as the only reason for cancelling our booking that comes to my mind is likely of discriminatory nature. Their staff is rude and unprofessional.

Sur la terrasse : belle vue sur la mer . Chambres propres. Mais...encaissé le montant total de la réservation (2 jours, 2 chambres) sur la carte de crédit le matin du jour d'arrivé alors que le check-in est à 16h00. Pas demandé aucune pièce d'identité parce que n'était pas nécessaire vue que le paiement avait déjà été pris alors que nous n'étions même pas arrivé sur place...! Bruyant, odeur d'humidité dans les chambres, pas de draps contour, personnel est entré dans les chambres pour vider poubelle en notre absences sans autorisation. Nous ne retournerons pas.

Nice motel, not the greatest reception area, but very nice, helpful bilingual clerk. We thought we were getting a room with ocean view but did not. No restaurant here but lots near. It was a pretty room, very clean and comfy. Nice to have a little table and chair set.

We stayed in What look like a newly remodeled room. It was very clean and tidy as well as the facilities in the washroom were like new. I really had a comfortable sleep and I loved my soak in the top.. It would be great if they had some air conditioning, but they did have a huge fan which worked very, very well. A restaurant would also be an added bonus.

Une bonne option pour loger à Matane. Le personnel à l'accueil était très serviable. Les chambres sont grandes et très agréablement décorées. Les lieux sont charmants, au bord du Saint-Laurent (qui ressemble ici à la mer...). Des tables de picnic sont installées pour manger en profitant de la vue, même si vous n'avez pas une chambre qui donne directement sur le Saint-Laurent. Le cœur de Matane est un peu loin à pied, mais très facile d'accès en voiture (il n'y a qu'à suivre la route principale, c'est l'affaire de quelques minutes). Plein de magasins et d'options de restauration, y compris pour le petit-déjeuner (le motel n'en propose pas). Je recommande, bon rapport qualité/prix !

Great motel, great price for what it is. Looks great inside, beautiful motel. It’s right next to the fleuve, so pretty view and it’s not far from restaurants.

Nice hotel on busy street but tucked in behind another building and even though our room faced the road, it was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was cereal, toast, bagels, doughnuts and fruit which was all we wanted. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. The check-in process was thoughtful and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Our room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing! We only wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy everything. On a warm day, when you can take advantage of the swimming, this would be the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
