This was my fourth stay at this hotel, which speaks volumes about its quality, especially considering I stay in over 100 hotels annually. This time, the room lacked napkins—a minor inconvenience that didn’t affect my overall positive impression. If you book through Expedia, the hotel payment is handled by them. Parking is free, though if you arrive late, you might need to park on the street, which isn’t a problem at all. I’ll definitely be returning again

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Balkon zum See. Hübsche Dachterrasse zum Genießen des Sonnenuntergangs. Fenster gut isoliert, solange sie zu waren, war alles ok. Leider war es unmöglich, sie offen zu lassen, da die Straße Bahnlinie fürchterlich laut sind. Schlechte Gesamtbeleuchtung des Raums.

At check in they asked you to provide the car plate for the car park and at the end you finish to park on the road because car park is not enough!! For business travel you need small things compare to leisure.

Clean, simple and modern room. The gym Was also very good. The breakfast seemed very expensive for what was offered so we opted to eat elsewhere. The travel card is a great addition with the train station being a very short walk from the hotel. The views are spectacular.

This hotel is fine but be mindful that it is right on the motorway. We were road facing and the door to our balcony was broken so it was quite noisy. We also found a cockroach in our room in the morning. We told reception of these complaints when we were checking out and we were not taken seriously. We were told they couldn't help because we didn't tell them at the time. I'd recommend trying other hotels in the area for a more pleasant stay!

Fint hotell midt mellom Lausanne og Montreux. Ligger rett ved veien, men godt lydisolert rom. Be om utsikt mot vannet, ellers ser man rett i en mur. Veranda, men der var det mye støy. Be om rom i øverste etasje, så er det sikkert bedre. Helt ok frokost med croissanter, frukt, eggerøre og brødmat. Enkel innredning på rommet. Det virket veldig rent. Gode senger. Hyggelig personale. Nydelige vinranker rundt hotellet.

Very well located. By car you are 15-20 minutes from montreux and Lausanne. There is a train stop within a 2-3 minutes walk. You can walk up to the village using the vineyards walk steps which was very nice. The restaurant Auberge du vigneron is about a 15 minutes walk and is extremely good. The room was spacious and clean and the balcony very usefull to eat and drink with a nice view of the lake and mountains.

Мі è piaciuto tutto: camera spaziosa, pulita е accogliente, con ampia terrazza e vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Ginevra е sulla costa francese. Decorazione della stanza piacevole, mobili nuovi,letto comodo, biancheria fresca; Mancava solo una macchina per il caffe in camera. Personale gentile; Wi-Fi gratuito е parcheggio, tutto era il più confortevole possibile. Grazie per l'ospitalità e l'atmosfera festosa! Siamo partiti con il desiderio di tornare di nuovo!

J'ai adoré la chambre avec balcon et vue sur le lac Léman ! Quel confort et quel régal de se réveiller et de prendre son café avec cette vue. J'ai trouvé la route en dessous un peu bruyante mais c'est le seul reproche que je puisse faire. Tout était parfait ! Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel, le rapport qualité prix de la chambre est incroyable.

Leider hat es im Badezimmer nicht frisch geputzt gerochen als wir unser Zimmer bezogen haben. Als wir den Mitarbeiter darauf ansprachen hat dieser leider genervt reagiert und den Geruch als Parfüm abgetan. (Es war definitiv kein Parfüm Geruch) wir haben dann zwar ein anderes Zimmer bekommen (schlechtere Kategorie) aber die Reaktion des Mitarbeiters war unfreundlich und bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht tragbar.

The check in guy was good, but check out guy was extremely rude, racist, and terrible person. I and someone else have spoken to him for few minutes only while we were leaving and he screwed up the entire review. This guy should be fired and shouldn’t be on front desk or customer service at all. Just because of him I will never recommend anyone or ever come back to this property ever again

This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel.

Je suis très déçu car le réceptionniste a bien pris le temps d’encaisser mon argent et après seulement il m’a dit que la climatisation était cassé et que j’avais un ventilateur à la place. Il m’a proposé de changer de chambre si un client ne se présentais pas le soir. Au final, je n’ai eu aucune info. En plus hier c’était la canicule donc un peu dur pour dormir. Quel manque de professionnalisme de cet employé, même pas un geste commercial pour s’excuser. Bonne chance aussi pour trouver une place de parking si vous rentrez à minuit.

Hotel Lavaux is absolutely beautiful! We were warmly greeted by Isabel, whose customer service was outstanding! She was able to check us in one hour early, which was fantastic, as we had just arrived from the US. The view from our room is spectacular. I am so grateful to have found this beautiful hotel.

Nice hotel in the middle of the Lavaux vineyards. Walking distance to center of Cully. The breakfast is quite expensive.and not reaĺly worth the money. Coffee and tea sackets are not refilled in the room. Transportation card not given automatically, you have to ask for it. Very convenient to travel with it.

Loved our stay at the Lavaux! Gorgeous view of Lac Leman (Lake Geneva). We stayed on an extrodinarily hot summer day/night and really enjoyed the 5 min. walk down to the beach and the air conditioned rooms had a beautiful deck view of the lake but yet were nice and cool for sleeping.

The hotel was perfectly situated and nestled within all the local vineyards. Lovely areas to walk and explore. The train station is close by to move yourself to and from any town you’d like to discover. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will return again!

This property is away from the city but there is a train stop five minute from the hotel. It is the Vevey train stop. The hotel is also a 15 minute walk from the town of Cully. You can hike through the vineyards to other towns. it was very quiet.

Really nice hotel for my business trip. Excellent view from the hotel room balcony of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast was fairly basic but provided what I normally eat. Room was large and very clean. Top quality room service. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff. Would happily stay again.

Das Hotel ist an der Kantonsstrasse Vevey-Lausanne gelegen, die relativ viel Verkehr hat. Das stört, wenn man im Restaurant draussen sitzen will. Dafür ist das Essen im Restaurant "Masaniello" sehr gut! Von den Einzelzimmern im 1. Stock sieht man, aufgrund der Hanglage, an eine Betonwand. Länger als eine Nacht möchte ich nicht dort wohnen.
