Odd experience with the hotels.com booking site - I selected the right dates but it booked us in a week later. Luckily they had a spare room. Receptionist did check for other rooms in the city for us first though, which was really kind. And deducted money off our eventual room as the spa bath was out of order.

I liked having a private thermal pool. I had never had that before, so that was a nice touch. The room was clean, and it was nice having clean towels and the rubbish being cleared each day. As a personal experience, the Wi-Fi was spotty, but I could at least use my laptop if my phone wasn't connecting. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The facilities could use a little refresh but are spacious for a family of four (including teenagers). All clean and tidy. We didn't manage to book a room with a private pool but the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise (and heated!). Location is great but traffic can be noisy at times. What really makes this place stand out is the staff - everyone we encountered was always smiling, professional, cheerful and willing to help! Perfect for a last minute booking - we will be back.

The room decor is very old but the worst part was I booked for a queen bed and it was a queen bed base with a double mattress, so my husband didn’t fit and it was a terrible sleep. We couldn’t use the thermal pool in the morning as they only run from 3pm -9.30pm so it was cold. Very disappointed.

Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Really nice and clean, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our only issue was that the whole upper floor got no effect from the air conditioning unit. It was crazy hot all night. Other than that the accommodation was clean and fit our needs. Thanks

Good location where its not too far from shopping malls. However motel is close to a corner on the main road. Room was clean but had a few cobwebs behind the tv cabinet in lounge that was in the way of the storage cupboard. Had a swimming pool for kids. What i didnt like was there was no air conditioning upstairs & room was way too hot for anyone to sleep in.

Shocking access to the property. The rooms were dark (no lighting) and worn. The bathroom in particular was in desperate need of an upgrade. Paint was peeling off the interior of the spa. Could hear the neighbours talking next door. Not up to basic market conditions.

What i didnt like was there was no air conditioning upstairs & room was way too hot for anyone to sleep in.

Good location where its not too far from shopping malls. However motel is close to a corner on the main road. Room was clean but had a few cobwebs behind the tv cabinet in lounge that was in the way of the storage cupboard. Had a swimming pool for kids. Enjoyed our short stay here, facilities are good. Nicely situated across the road from the water however, road is very busy but didn’t bother us much. The only issue is entering or exiting the property can be tricky as it’s right on a bend in the road.

Lovely hosts and super clean! Yes, it's an older motel, but it was so clean and serviced daily. Really easy to find and access from a busy road, had convenient parking outside the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering its location! Felt really safe as a woman staying on my own and the private thermal pool was a lovely treat too. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

The facilities could use a little refresh but are spacious for a family of four (including teenagers). All clean and tidy. We didn't manage to book a room with a private pool but the swimming pool was a pleasant surprise (and heated!). Location is great but traffic can be noisy at times. What really makes this place stand out is the staff - everyone we encountered was always smiling, professional, cheerful and willing to help! Perfect for a last minute booking - we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We stayed in a room with one king-size bed and two single beds, which was perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the thermal spa pool located just behind the room. It was so relaxing to soak in the warm thermal pool after dinner—it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The bathroom is a little dated, but it was very clean and the shower had great water pressure. The cleanliness and comfort more than made up for its older appearance. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great ( room a bit dated but functional) except for the hours of the spa in the private rooms. Couldnt have a morning spa or a spa before getting busy. Its between 330pm till 930pm otherwise its empty. I appreciate the fresh new water though after emptying.Couldnt have a spa after coming back from dinner, had to plan earlier. Theres a draining pipe in the middle and its just constantly loud from water rushing in. Its not very relaxing. Its a shame becuase theres so much potential.
