Sur votre site vous indiquez un stationnement par contre aucun stationnement est disponible, nous devons stationner dans la rue et c’est pas évident de trouver une place! L’hôtel est bien situé à quelques minutes de marche de l’île ortegia.

A modern, clean and spacious apartment inside and old apartment building. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. Walkable to the island, which is less than a mile to the bridge. It is a longer and more walk hazardous walk to the Roman ruins, but we did it. Parking is very difficult and the host arranged the valet parking, which isn't cheap at 30€ a day. The apartment is on the second floor which means lots of steps to climb. Also the huge bathroom light and fan comes on automatically and that disturbs partner during the night and echoes very loudly. The hot water takes a long time to turn hot. The shower is a rainfall shower and huge, with a separate handset. The bath a large, modern still for 2. The kitchen is very good, except no microwave. It has free water in the fridge as well as freezer, dishwasher and fully equipped. Although more cups and glasses would be nice. I don't think the aircon was working though. It could be the time of year at Easter, like our last stay, but it really should be available.

Had a room with nice view over the main road. Room is modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. Shower is the best . Breakfast provided at a nearby bar was ok. Easy to find free parking on the side street. Just be aware that the room is on the 2nd floor, stairs only, no lift.

Hébergement conforme aux photos, idéalement situé. A noter toutefois que notre studio était situé au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être à prendre en considération si chargé en bagages, il y a également des chambres au 1er étage. Un café est situé juste à côté, très pratique pour déjeuner le matin.

B&B situato sulla centrale via Umberto I, a due passi da Ortigia. Il B&B non ha nulla di meno di un hotel, fatta eccezione per ascensore che manca per cui bisogna fare almeno un piano di scale a piedi. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi e dotate di tutto, compreso asse e ferro da stiro. Pulizia eccellente. Purtroppo non è prevista la colazione, secondo me sempre comoda da fare in struttura. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al primo piano, sembra che al piano superiore ci siano appartamenti di privati per cui in entrambe le mattine siamo stati svegliati dai passi non proprio felpati degli abitanti.

Excellent location and a clean and renovated apartment. 2 big downsides: 70 stairs walk up to an apartment on 4th floor with laguage !!! WiFi access is very very slow at time up to the point that is not accessible.

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

Non existent service. This is more like a Air B&B - absolutely not a family run B&B. We were on a fourth floor walk up. No elevator. No one to ask questions. No breakfast. The room is large and has a stove to cook yourself. The second day, they cleaned the room but left the sink area filthy. Great location to visit Ortigia. Very close walking distance

The rooms was very clean. In fact, everything looked new, like no one ever stayed there before. I really liked the way the room was laid out and was extremely comfortable. The manager of the property was very helpful. The property is ideally located in that you are quite close to the bus station and train station, but also close to the bridge to Ortiga.

The apartment is great: modern, renovated, clean. It is three blocks from the bridge to Ortigia, what makes it very convenient. Laundromat and two groceries at the corner, along with several restaurants and a rental car with multiple company options (Alamo, Enterprise, etc). The apartment we stayed was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so the arrival and departure days were tough. The apartment is cleaned every day, the A/C is strong and powerful and wifi worked well. It could have more kitchen utensils, such as pan lids and a sharper knife — but it was a nice option for the pricey apartments in the island of Ortiga.

Wir haben 6 Nächte dort verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist gleich mitten in der Altstadt. Der Eingang ist zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man geht durch eine kleine Holztür und die Treppe hinauf. Alles schon etwas älter. Im ersten Stock steht man aber dann vor einer freundlichen Eingangstür. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Und, wie schon gesagt, die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar.

Had a good stay overall, though this was our least favorite accommodation during our trip to Sicily. I’ll give the pros and then the cons. Pros: huge room, included a small kitchen like an airbnb, great WiFi, very clean and modern, right next to Ortigia and a bunch of wonderful restaurants. Cons: reception is not open during any set hours, so arrival and departure is very annoying as you need to communicate endlessly with the owners, which is not enjoyable for people on vacation (indeed, many times I could see that my messages were read but the owner never responded, and I had to repeatedly prompt him for a response, which is pretty disrespectful to me); we were on the third floor of an incredibly tall building (it was 70 stairs from top to bottom every time we had to go anywhere, with no lift) - while this was fine for me and my partner, it was very hard for my mom; the bathroom was built to look very modern, including glass at the top, but that meant that any time you turned on the lights, it illuminated the entire room; the shutters did not keep much light out from sunrise; and the street is noisy, including a VERY noisy person our first night who was banging incessantly on the door downstairs to get in in the middle of the night. Overall, this was our least favorite stay in Sicily, though I personally think the accommodations themselves and location were overall very good. The check in/out process was the worst part of our stay.

Elegancki, klimatyzowany, nowocześnie i estetycznie urządzony apartament. Bardzo czysty, cichy, pomimo położenia przy jednej z głównych ulic. Had a good stay overall, though this was our least favorite accommodation during our trip to Sicily. I’ll give the pros and then the cons. Pros: huge room, included a small kitchen like an airbnb, great WiFi, very clean and modern, right next to Ortigia and a bunch of wonderful restaurants. Cons: reception is not open during any set hours, so arrival and departure is very annoying as you need to communicate endlessly with the owners, which is not enjoyable for people on vacation (indeed, many times I could see that my messages were read but the owner never responded, and I had to repeatedly prompt him for a response, which is pretty disrespectful to me); we were on the third floor of an incredibly tall building (it was 70 stairs from top to bottom every time we had to go anywhere, with no lift) - while this was fine for me and my partner, it was very hard for my mom; the bathroom was built to look very modern, including glass at the top, but that meant that any time you turned on the lights, it illuminated the entire room; the shutters did not keep much light out from sunrise; and the street is noisy, including a VERY noisy person our first night who was banging incessantly on the door downstairs to get in in the middle of the night. Overall, this was our least favorite stay in Sicily, though I personally think the accommodations themselves and location were overall very good. The check in/out process was the worst part of our stay.

Non existent service. This is more like a Air B&B - absolutely not a family run B&B. We were on a fourth floor walk up. No elevator. No one to ask questions. No breakfast. The room is large and has a stove to cook yourself. The second day, they cleaned the room but left the sink area filthy. Great location to visit Ortigia. Very close walking distance

Magnifique appart-hôtel. Situé en plein centre nous avons pu visiter à pied. La personne présente à l’établissement était serviable et nous a donné de bonne indication pour faire des visites, réserver des taxis et découvrir les plus belles plages.

Cet auberge est très bien situé. Tout y est propre et bien calme. Par contre, il n’y avait aucun personnel sur place lors de mon arrivée. Il était alors indispensable de communiquer avec le responsable par téléphone une fois arrivé devant la porte de l’établissement.

The property is situated on the first floor of an old building with no lifts. It is very convenient to the centre and it’s a lovely walk to the sights. Parking can be a little difficult to find so you may have to be ready to walk. Highly recommend the property for a couple nights stay.

The rooms was very clean. In fact, everything looked new, like no one ever stayed there before. I really liked the way the room was laid out and was extremely comfortable. The manager of the property was very helpful. The property is ideally located in that you are quite close to the bus station and train station, but also close to the bridge to Ortiga.

新市街のメインストリートに面しており、飲食や買い物にとても便利。高速バスターミナルも最初は少し迷ったが、実際は同じ通りにあり、わかりやすい。オルティージャ島へも5、6分で行くことができ便利。施設は古いビルの中にあるが、内装はとても新しくて気持ちよく滞在できる。

Had a room with nice view over the main road. Room is modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. Shower is the best . Breakfast provided at a nearby bar was ok. Easy to find free parking on the side street. Just be aware that the room is on the 2nd floor, stairs only, no lift.

B&B situato sulla centrale via Umberto I, a due passi da Ortigia. Il B&B non ha nulla di meno di un hotel, fatta eccezione per ascensore che manca per cui bisogna fare almeno un piano di scale a piedi. Le stanze sono abbastanza grandi e dotate di tutto, compreso asse e ferro da stiro. Pulizia eccellente. Purtroppo non è prevista la colazione, secondo me sempre comoda da fare in struttura. Ci è stata assegnata una stanza al primo piano, sembra che al piano superiore ci siano appartamenti di privati per cui in entrambe le mattine siamo stati svegliati dai passi non proprio felpati degli abitanti.

Grande chambre très agréable et confortable, avec petite terrasse sur rue. A souligner la qualité d'accueil de notre hôte très disponible et plein de bons conseils. Petit déj compris dans le forfait externalisé dans un café à 20 m dans la même rue, également très accueillant, mais pas assez copieux pour nous.

La habitación es cómoda y amplia. Da a un pasillo de un patio interior. Hay un tramo de escaleras bastante grandes para acceder a las habitaciones, piso y medio. En la puerta del portal es muy baja, hay que tener cuidado de no darse en la cabeza. El desayuno que tienen concertado es buenísimo, variado y de calidad. La ubicación muy buena también, a diez minutos andando de la estación de tren, bus interurbano, la isla de Ortigia a cinco minutos. El personal es amable y aconseja sobre los alrededores.

Really great room - gorgeous terrace. Comfy bed. Great shower. Air conditioned super well. Sometimes it was a little odd just communicating with staff via Whatsapp, due to there not always being a presence on the front desk - but check-in was actually a breeze, and staff were often friendly. Location is great - close to Ortigia and on a gorgeous street, but also close enough to the station and other parts of Siracusa like the archaeology park. Would deffo stay here again.

El apartamento está muy bien , bien situado para visitar Siracusa y ortigia . Pero el acceso es horrible pues tiene solo al comienzo de empezar a subir un tramo de escalera como si fuera un primer piso , después dicen que está en el segundo piso pero como el edificio es muy antiguo tiene escaleras muy altas y hace como si fuera un tercero , yo tengo el menisco roto y tuve muchos problemas y después de hablar con el intermediario ,y el administrador del apartamento , pues en la página web no aparece que haya tantas escalas no me dieron ninguna solución , me fui antes aunque bebiendo pagado ..
