We had a wonderfu stay. the staff was friendly and helpful. The conveneince of the laundry and restaurant were an added bonus. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Having a full-size refridgerater and kitchen dishes and utensils goat us through our week-long stay.

It was amazing! From the complementary breakfast, to the parking garage connected to the hotel. I was there recently for Beyonce concert and NRG Stadium is 10 minutes away. Will definitely be back to stay

The hotel room is very nice. It’s spacious, and clean. The parking is only $15 a night which is refreshing. The staff was very friendly. And people seemed to enjoy the nice pool in the back to deal with the Houston heat. I will stay here again.

The room was in relatively good condition. The bed was a bit too stiff. But I was able to get foam pillows. I did not care for the pet-friendly environment. There was dog feces and urine on the elevator floor with a foul smell. The conditions, in my opinion, were unsafe and unsanitary. I visited this hotel twice within a five-day period and there was only one elevator working the whole time. The single elevator was filled constantly with long wait periods. I observed people with injuries, on wheelchairs, on crutches, waiting for long periods. Most likely, these folks had medical appointments or commitments. Some people were forced to take the stairs from the upper floors to make it to their appointments.

We stayed at this property for a few days dropping my son off at Rice. There was a musty odor from the carpets and multiple requests to the front desk for cleaning and towels and coffee pods were ignored. The dishwasher smelled and their was hair on the inside of the sliding bathroom door. Overall a poor experience.

The staff are super nice. The breakfast is hands-down, the best free buffet breakfast I have had in a hotel. The rooms are always clean and very well kept. The star of the show is their cleaning crew who will clean your room. Anytime you ask them to. The location of this hotel is also one of its best benefits. Not only is it close to the medical center, but it is directly across the street from Herman Park, which is you many miles of trails to walk on in the morning and enjoy a little nature.

My teenage sons and I stayed here for a week at Christmas to attend the Christmas Day Houstons Game. I have many things to say so will start with the good. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with the best potatoes and homemade salsa but does have little change, every day is the same. The pool is lovely and my boys enjoyed it. Now some of the bad. The front desk staff are constantly on their phones and when you ask them for help, they were usually attentive but just always standing there on their phones which I found very unprofessional. One staff member has to be mentioned and that is Talisha, she checked me out when we were leaving and was extremely snotty, she refused to take cash for my room charges because she said that a manager has to be present and there wasn't one standing there. She put those charges through without my consent on my credit card before I could have the option to pay cash and then told me that it would take days to reverse, doing this just so she did not have to deal with taking cash. While I had this interaction with her, she was constantly scrolling her phone right in front of me. Absolutely horrible customer service. This hotel has a shuttle driver that is supposed to be available to take people a distance of 3 miles but every single time we asked him to take us somewhere within those miles, he said no. This is not a service that the hotel should provide if you are not going to enforce it.

Check-in time is 3:00 right? My husband and I tried to chk in at 3:40, the registration person had a rude & care-less attitude telling me there were no rooms ready right now, would it be easier for me to come back later? My reply was NO, so I walked to car to let my husband know what had just happened. He went in got the same rude person and she told him the same thing, no room was available, but the Check-in person standing next to her over heard the conversation and pointed out that there is a room available, a king bed that we requested! My husband requested from her to speak with her manager's manager about her rude and unfriendly attitude and her whole demeanor changed. After getting into our room, I was washing my hands and the sink was filling up with water from extremely slow drainage. We had a hard time closing the bathroom door, it was hard and loud trying to close it each time. The breakfast was cold and tasteless - AWFUL! A hotel at this level has to do better and we deserve better.

Great hotel for proximity to Texas medical center. Hard to walk to other locations though. Shuttle only runs during the week so you are stuck taking Uber. Restaurant didn’t open to 5pm so ver limited food options close to and at the hotel. Daily breakfast Buffet was good with plenty of options. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Super helpful front desk folks, nice parking structure attached to the back, and a pretty new and very clean and comfy building and room. It's pretty close to the highway so it's easy to drive from there to lots of stuff in the area, but a really short drive to the Med Center, Hermann Park, the Museum District, and Rice University.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food was very good - ate complimentary breakfast and had dinner in restaurant teice.

The room was nice, breakfast buffet was good. Only real issue was the price for dinner in the restaurant. The food we had for dinner was good but in my opinion over priced. It was $21 for the cheeseburger with fries.

The staff are super nice. The breakfast is hands-down, the best free buffet breakfast I have had in a hotel. The rooms are always clean and very well kept. The star of the show is their cleaning crew who will clean your room. Anytime you ask them to. The location of this hotel is also one of its best benefits. Not only is it close to the medical center, but it is directly across the street from Herman Park, which is you many miles of trails to walk on in the morning and enjoy a little nature.

More wait staff could have been provided in the restaurant on site. It seemed to be only two waitresses for a restaurant full of people. With that being said, the young ladies do a phenomenal job given the circumstances.

I have stayed in numerous Home2 suites and always loved their quality. Unfortunately this was NOT our experience this time. We were pleased with our view from our room on the 9th floor...it was beautiful and that's where it ended. So starting with our bathroom....we had a half roll of toilet paper. When I asked housekeeping for a roll ...she gave me a roll of paper towels and then 1 roll of paper. I also asked for a garbage bag and she gave me one....I asked for an additional one as we were staying 4 nights and had a pet so cleaning our room was unnecessary.She told me no (even when i explained why) I needed more and I had to call the desk to get more. Housekeeping at this location is extremely rude to guests, takes over the elevators and instructs guests to use the stairs as they need the elevatirs for 30 minutes at a time. That is an issue for guests that have physical limitations (arthritic) The very next day the elevators were down to 1 from 3 and wait times and crowding was crazy. The breakfasts started well until I went by myself several times and servers continued to remove plates off my table that I was not done with the 2nd time I went back from food stations to find someone at my table as they had thrown everything away even after i told the staff not to remove it and I was still sitting there.One evening we decided to try dinner there. It was extremely overpriced for low quality food.My husbands tacos were bad.Staff told us that is how its made.Period! Bad stay!

The room smelled like dog pee and mildew, the housekeeping staff were loud in the hallways, there was literally never anyone at the front desk when I called, there were dogs barking all hours of the day and night in people’s rooms, all but 1 elevator worked, they had these huge drying fans everywhere (hence the mildew smell), the room never got cooler than 75 even though it was set to 68. Would definitely not recommend

I didn’t get the handicap room that I booked and the room I had only had a shower. The bathroom door was also broken. The staff did what they could but the hotel was full.
