Single bed is OK, No any towel , No toilet paper at all , no tea, coffee or sugar bags , Free parking is Good , have kettle for boiling water , Wi-Fi is the name only , cannot use Wi-Fi , Found a bug under pillow in the morning, video and photo it and then killed it , left blood stain on the bed sheet . So I only slept for one night . Did not try that use TV , no shower ,use my own toilet paper. I cleaned my trash , and took them to trash outside The house. It is below rate 3 , It seemed that No people do house keeping . What will your Expedia do for me for spending money for stay one night in such a room

Only good thing was Plenty of free parking! Room smelled funny. Mattresses were 100 years old. Shower room was disgusting. Smelly molding bed sheet in the drawer. Wanted to not stay there but was so tired and had to force myself asleep. Left ASAP!

Awful... horrendous place. Pub was a worksite, not operational, workmen let us in. Shared toilet needs checking regularly.... no more needs to be said. Never again

This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost me a pound as I didn’t feel safe leaving it there.

Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being escalated internally and 3 days later I'm still waiting for a call back from them. I've stayed in hotels for work purposes since last 5 years but this is so far the worst experience.. paid £165 for 4 nights and that's excluding members 20% hotel.com discount.

The property smelled like mold and cat p*ss. The room was 7x7. The bathroom was on the other side of the building. The room looked like two military cots with flat pillows. It was so bad we left to find another place without asking for a refund. I will not let my wife stay in such a place.

Far below what i expected.no towels, no complimentary tea or coffee.shower room far below the standard , shower holder broken as well shower door broken. The wholeplace can be renovated. I enjoyed the canal walk and couple of beers. It surely can made into acceptable place.

This was frankly awful and we didn't stay. We can in. Saw the communal bathroom was disgusting and uncleaned. The passkey was given on a torn off bit of paper, and everyone can see what everyone has as a code. No keys. I saw the stains in the room and heard, what I assume, was rats in the wall and paid for another hotel which we went to stay at.

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... But, it was a little run down and was a victim of "deferred maintenance". Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

It was very bad experience bathroom, bed room not cleaned and also bed bugs in the rooms we couldn’t sleep all night and left the property early in the morning we booked the hotel for four days but just because of conditions we left early.

If there was a check in procedure, the employee did not follow it. I had to ask for towels, hand soap and the wifi code. NO HAND SOAP provided. He tried to put me in a room that was already being used. It appeared I was the only guest and I suspect the inn was being run by a family that lived there. I had trouble locking the door to my room so did not go to dinner since I could not secure my belongings. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was gross. I stopped drinking water to avoid using it. I became turned around trying to leave in the early morning and had to exit via the bar. BUILDING NOT LOCKED OVERNIGHT.

Literally the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen!! Dead insects on the floor, hairs everywhere, dirty used toilet paper on the side, no clean toilet paper, television on the floor, no towels…etc etc. I could go on and on! Changed my room but hardly any better! Checked in very late so had no choice but to stay. Shame I cannot upload the photos I took. Absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs. The streets are probably a better option.

Disgustingly dirty. The first room they put me in water was pouring through the ceiling. Then they put me in another dirty room with a tiny TV. I complained anyway I went to get my bag from my van. When I came back, they put me into a third room which was disgusting. I’ve got lots of photographs if anybody wants to see

Don’t book rooms from this site. I booked the room then I visited in the hotel and the manager was too rude he was very aggressive then i told him that i booked the room he said there is no room available go and aak from the members of site. After that I called on customer care no but there was no response then he said you pay again then and he will arrange the room for me. Why i pay again because i paid when i booked the room£44. Worst experience

This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.

I need someone to get in contact with me immediately. We reserved a room for 3 and when we arrived, you tried to get us to stay in two different rooms and use a communal bathroom. This was not acceptable to us so we did not stay at your property. I spoke to Expedia today, they reached out to you and you told them that we did stay in your hotel so you are denying a refund. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost me a pound as I didn’t feel safe leaving it there.

Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being escalated internally and 3 days later I'm still waiting for a call back from them. I've stayed in hotels for work purposes since last 5 years but this is so far the worst experience.. paid £165 for 4 nights and that's excluding members 20% hotel.com discount.

The rooms were disgusting the staff were rude so we left. We have videos and pictures of how the rooms were presented to us but could not upload them to the site. Suffice to say it was disgraceful with other peoples dirty clothes left on the beds, beds were unmade, lots of empty bottles and cans, hair sticking out of the shower plug hole, dirty hand basin and dirty floors and tiles.

I have booked like one day ago basically come on the hotel and meet 1 of the staff and he told me is full booked no place go back like i was shocking and fuming when u see online is like the space 4 beds empty.. i can lie i was fuming anyway asked to return my money jst waiting.

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... But, it was a little run down and was a victim of "deferred maintenance". Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

The place looked like a crack den , I had to enter the building through the back door in an alleyway, there was bits of material and broken furniture everywhere , my room was absolutely stinking , there was the bed looked like something from strange ways prison only worse , the pillow was thinner than my quilt and I woke up with bed big bites all over me , the reception was non existent as the manager lived in the room next to the one I stayed in , very impolite and I’ve been itching all day with bite marks all over me , stay away from this place if you want to stay hygienic and clean , I feel like you would get a dose of something just by walking into the property

Far below what i expected.no towels, no complimentary tea or coffee.shower room far below the standard , shower holder broken as well shower door broken. The wholeplace can be renovated. I enjoyed the canal walk and couple of beers. It surely can made into acceptable place.

Scam hotel avoid at all costs. Arrived to be told hotel was overbooked so we couldn't stay but would be refunded. When I saw it I was glad we were not staying, its a dump! No refund they do not answer the phone to me or Expedia and very frustrating. Never again

This place should be condemned - do not stay here!!! The car park is a dump, full of rubbish and glass. We were extremely wary about leaving our car here. The reception area is a complete mess, full of junk, dirty and untidy. Apparently there is building work going on but there were no signs of this. When someone finally bothered to acknowledge our presence, we were taken to a room. The dirty, smelly, dingy space which we were shown looked disgusting. There was no ensuite (which we had booked), so we returned to the reception area to ask about this. The response was very non-committal so we left.

This place should be condemned - do not stay here!!! The car park is a dump, full of rubbish and glass. We were extremely wary about leaving our car here. The reception area is a complete mess, full of junk, dirty and untidy. Apparently there is building work going on but there were no signs of this. When someone finally bothered to acknowledge our presence, we were taken to a room. The dirty, smelly, dingy space which we were shown looked disgusting. There was no ensuite (which we had booked), so we returned to the reception area to ask about this. The response was very non-committal so we left.

I am genuinely disappointed to have to write this review, but my recent experience at this property was extremely upsetting. I arrived with my son, and the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that the accommodation was nothing like the photos shown on Hotels.com. The air‑conditioning was not working, which I could have accepted, as this also happened at another hotel the day before. However, the real issue was the overall cleanliness and condition of the room. The toilet was visibly stained and brown inside, the shower area was rusty and grimy, and the general state of the room felt neglected and unhygienic. It was far below any acceptable standard. My son became very stressed and panicked because of the condition of the room, and I felt terrible for exposing him to that environment. We had no choice but to leave immediately. I tried to find alternative accommodation, but nothing was available at such short notice. After attending our event in London, I had to drive three hours back home and arrived after 2am. It completely ruined the final part of our trip. I have already submitted a claim to Hotels.com, but I have not received a response yet. I am requesting more than just a refund, as this situation was not caused by us choosing to leave — the room was simply not fit to stay in. The listing was misleading, and the condition of the property caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional travel. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved appropriately.

Utterly dreadful experience. Arrived to be told they had double booked so had no rooms. Despite there being no sign of anyone staying there. Staff didn’t seem bothered saying it happens all the time. Having seen the place and reading recent reviews, we had a lucky escape. The place looked disgusting and nothing like the pictures.
