El hotel está padrísimo, la habitación que nos tocó enorme, es una casa antigua restaurada con buenos espacios. El restaurante muy bonito y la comida ESPECTACULAR, fue una grata sorpresa. La alberca es muy chiquita y fría pero cumple. Lo malo de este hotel es la zona donde está. Justo en el mero centro.

Every aspect of our two nights stay was excellent. Perfectly well manicured property. Very private but lush gardens. Amazing patios to dine, drink or just relax. Great culinary offerings. Extremely pleasant and attentive staff! Would go again in a heartbeat! Frank from Germany

Well - it needs an upgrade. Pool área in good condition. Furniture completely outdated. room good and clean. Costumer service extremely rigid and complicacted/. Very you g staff without experience in tourism or business. Good great. What out - they send enormous quantity of messages via what’s up. Unnecessary and repetitive. I will not go back, maybe for brunch and dinner

First the restaurant: Excellent, amazing, delicious! The food is outstanding! The breakfast which was included is fabulous! It includes coffee, juice, fruit, fresh bread, and then the main course! The hotel is very small and intimate. The pool is heated and we had two days swimming during new year's. Plus the weather was 80 F. The rooms are very comfortable and the decor is beautiful, black and white with use of mirrors and black metal. It is an oasis in downtown cuernavaca. Downtown is not very beautiful, we expected better, but the hotel certainly made up for it. The service was outstanding. They even opened the restaurant 1 hour earlier to serve us breakfast before our early departure. Really outstanding service!

El hotel está en una mala zona, con mucho ruido. El precio de la estancia es muy alto en relación a lo que ofrecen las instalaciones. Las fotos de la página son maravillosas pero nada que ver con la realidad. No hay smart TV, tele vieja, no hay un espacio para estar . La zona de la alberca es diminuta. No es posible lo que cobran . Finalmente al salir , revisan el cuarto para que no falte nada. Nunca me había pasado una cosa similar y menos en un hotel con este precio. Que pena que les roben controles remotos, no es mi caso y sienta muy mal que desconfíen así del cliente . NUNCA VOLVERÍA Y POR SUPUESTO JAMÁS LO RECOMENDARÍA . EL lugar es simplemente un engaño!

Esta lindo, la comida es buena, pero de noche no hay ningun tipo de servicio a huesped, no puedes pedir nada, ni agua ni hielo, absolutamente nada, por que sencillamente no hay nadie para atenderte, y el estacionamiento esta oscuro, feo, y al regresar de ahi caminando da una sensacion de inseguridad.

The property needs an update. You can tell it’s seen better days. Smells moldy. My shower had a handful of hairs stuck to the wall, it was disgusting. My TV was not working either and it took a long time for the staff to figure out/fix the issue. All the while standing in my room when I was ready to be done with my day. Location is not safe either. Save your money.

Mantenimiento del hotel regular; el cuarto tenía humedad en varias paredes, se oía el ruido d ela bomba de agua cada que se usaba el lavabo o regadera. Tome la suit y la recamara NO tenía aire acondicionado, tuvimos que dormir en la cama de afuera. Las instalaciones en general aunque bien pintadas, había deterioro ( muebles rotos, oxidados). Personal muy atento y amable. Restaurant: platillos d ela cena normal platillos del desayuno muy rico. El hotel está en el c entro d ecuernavaca, difícil caminar por la zona, no est bonito y al parecer peligroso

Me gustó mucho la decoración y la limpieza del lugar, la habitación que me tocó era un poco ruidosa a primeras horas de la mañana porque daba justo a una avenida principal. El primer cobro que me hicieron fue 350 peso más que la tarifa de mi reservación y tuvieron que hacer la cancelación del primer cobro para cobrarme la tarifa indicada en mi reserva

There are not enough adequate words to describe our incredible stay at Las Casas!! we were a group of parents, traveling to Cuernavaca for the first time. None of us were familiar with the area… HOWEVER, Las Casas went above and beyond to make sure we had outstanding drivers too and from the airport. Rest assured, we were delivered safely. The hotel is incredibly charming and quiet. The staff knocked our socks off! They took beautiful care of us the entire week we were there. If we needed something, they didn’t hesitate to fill that need. Every member of the staff was friendly and caring. Our rooms were kept beautifully clean each day as were the grounds of our hotel. The on-site restaurant delivered meals we could only dream about. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

El personal de restaurante muy amable, lo mejor de nuestra estancia Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear para el costo que tienen. Si bien es cierto que los cuartos son de gran tamaño, nunca tuvimos agua caliente (aún cuando se reportó), la cama muy dura para nuestro gusto, no hay cobijas en el cuarto, la que tenían para cubrir los pies (estaba manchada), el agua de la regadera no cerraba bien por lo que desde que llegamos el agua estaba derramada en el piso y siempre goteando, por último no había enjuague (que por el precio no esperarías ello)

The sink was clogged and was not fixed. The tub would not hold water. There was no fridge or kitchen in the suite. A few things didn’t work. And I paid almost $400 for 1 night. I will not be going back and if I could get a refund that would be great.

El servicio del restaurante y la comida, delicioso. Fernando el mesero, espectacular y muy amable. El cuarto es el más ruidoso en el que he estado. Al hotel en general le hace falta una pintada y arreglada. No es como las fotos. No dormimos nada ya que está junto a muchos antros y apagan la música a las 5 am. Nuestro cuarto daba a la calle y aún que marqué para pedir que mi Cuarto fuera el más silencioso posible, no lo hicieron. Al hotel en general le hace falta una pintada y arreglada. No es como las fotos. No dormimos nada ya que está junto a muchos antros y apagan la música a las 5 am. Nuestro cuarto daba a la calle y aún que marqué para pedir que mi Cuarto fuera el más silencioso posible, no lo hicieron. El personal de restaurante muy amable, lo mejor de nuestra estancia Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear para el costo que tienen. Si bien es cierto que los cuartos son de gran tamaño, nunca tuvimos agua caliente (aún cuando se reportó), la cama muy dura para nuestro gusto, no hay cobijas en el cuarto, la que tenían para cubrir los pies (estaba manchada), el agua de la regadera no cerraba bien por lo que desde que llegamos el agua estaba derramada en el piso y siempre goteando, por último no había enjuague (que por el precio no esperarías ello)

El hotel está en una mala zona, con mucho ruido. El precio de la estancia es muy alto en relación a lo que ofrecen las instalaciones. The place looks great in photos, much different IRL. It's old, they had no hot water, the toilet broke within an hour, they had music playing and projected music videos on a wall visible from our room until well past 1:00 am. We paid for 3 nights in advance, one hour after arriving we had a family emergency and had to return to the US, they would not refund any of our money, and would not even let us use the credits from the nights we were not able to use to pay for food or drinks.

There are not enough adequate words to describe our incredible stay at Las Casas!! we were a group of parents, traveling to Cuernavaca for the first time. None of us were familiar with the area… HOWEVER, Las Casas went above and beyond to make sure we had outstanding drivers too and from the airport. Rest assured, we were delivered safely. The hotel is incredibly charming and quiet. The staff knocked our socks off! They took beautiful care of us the entire week we were there. If we needed something, they didn’t hesitate to fill that need. Every member of the staff was friendly and caring. Our rooms were kept beautifully clean each day as were the grounds of our hotel. The on-site restaurant delivered meals we could only dream about. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Every aspect of our two nights stay was excellent. Perfectly well manicured property. Very private but lush gardens. Amazing patios to dine, drink or just relax. Great culinary offerings. Extremely pleasant and attentive staff! Would go again in a heartbeat! Frank from Germany

Esta lindo, la comida es buena, pero de noche no hay ningun tipo de servicio a huesped, no puedes pedir nada, ni agua ni hielo, absolutamente nada, por que sencillamente no hay nadie para atenderte, y el estacionamiento esta oscuro, feo, y al regresar de ahi caminando da una sensacion de inseguridad.

El personal con excelente disposición, la propiedad es bonita pero a la habitación le hace falta mtto : muebles y piso, creo que por el precio podrían tenerla mucho mejor. La zona aunque no hay mucho que hacer es complicada.

The hotel is a beautiful old mansion nicely decorated. It is conveniently located close to all main attractions, walking distance. Has valet parking to facilitate move around when needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The property needs an update. You can tell it’s seen better days. Smells moldy. My shower had a handful of hairs stuck to the wall, it was disgusting. My TV was not working either and it took a long time for the staff to figure out/fix the issue. All the while standing in my room when I was ready to be done with my day. Location is not safe either. Save your money.

El hotel está padrísimo, la habitación que nos tocó enorme, es una casa antigua restaurada con buenos espacios. El restaurante muy bonito y la comida ESPECTACULAR, fue una grata sorpresa. La alberca es muy chiquita y fría pero cumple. Lo malo de este hotel es la zona donde está. Justo en el mero centro.

Once inside, the property was very cozy pleasant surroundings with great service from all staff members. Breakfast selection was also great. The closed street where the property entrance was located didn't feel safe. It was OK during the day, but not in the evening.

First the restaurant: Excellent, amazing, delicious! The food is outstanding! The breakfast which was included is fabulous! It includes coffee, juice, fruit, fresh bread, and then the main course! The hotel is very small and intimate. The pool is heated and we had two days swimming during new year's. Plus the weather was 80 F. The rooms are very comfortable and the decor is beautiful, black and white with use of mirrors and black metal. It is an oasis in downtown cuernavaca. Downtown is not very beautiful, we expected better, but the hotel certainly made up for it. The service was outstanding. They even opened the restaurant 1 hour earlier to serve us breakfast before our early departure. Really outstanding service!

Muy buen restaurante a cualquier hora del día, excelente sabor, servicio y concepto. El hotel es cómodo y bonito en sus áreas comunes, podría mejorar en sus habitaciones y sobre todo en las llaves de baño y regadera. El servicio es bueno también en el hotel y está céntricamente ubicado. Muy recomendado!

The concept of the hotel is excellent. It is a modernised set of traditional mexican homes. There are two pools. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good. The location is central and near to all attractions. My criticism is that there is no coffee machine/tea in the rooms, no robes or towels in the rooms to go out to the pools, one of the pools is next to the restaurant so is a bit odd you would be the only one in a swimming suit, no shower gel provided.
