Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Sanırım müdürleri olmalı biri, o biraz asık suratlı. Ama Ahmet olsun diğer resepsiyon görevlileri olsun çok sıcakkanlı ve iletişimleri yüksek kişiler. Bu konuda onlara teşekkür ederim. Burayı mutlaka önereceğim. Teras katında manzaraya karşı sınırsız ve ücretsiz çay ve kahve keyfini yaşayabilirsiniz.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, es waren überall Haare auf dem Boden, im Bad, auf der Bettwäsche und im Schlafbereich. Die Bettwäsche war genau so dreckig. Die Wände sind gefühlt aus papier, man hat alles aus den angrenzenden Zimmern und Wohnungen gehört. Zum sauber machen wurde dann ein „sehr sehr“ junger Mann geschickt, der sehr wahrscheinlich keine Ahnung vom sauber machen hatte, um das zimmer „sauber“ zu machen. Auch die Einrichtung ist runtergekommen, Zigarettenbrand am bett, Duschköpfe kaputt, Müll an der Fehrnseherhalterung und so weiter. Alles in einem sind diese Zimmer keine 150€ (die ich tatsächlich gezahlt habe) wert. Und eure Kohle kriegt ihr von Expedia auch nicht zurück.

This hotel is located at the perfect location if you're visiting Istanbul. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shop at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. You can't beat this deal! If I go back, I will stay there again.

Yatağın üstündeki o saçma dekorun üstünde başkalarının kılları. Çay fincanı tozlu, dolap tozlu. Yani daha ne demek gerekir bilemiyorum. Ayrıca taksi rica ettim kendilerinden, bizim havaalanı servisimiz var sadece çağırmıyoruz siz çağırın dediler. Bir sürü otelde kaldım, bir otel nasıl arayıp taksi isteyemez anlamadım. İlkti ve son olacak.

One of the best hotels here in Istanbul! I had booked 2 prior which I had to change since they were not the best and once I came here I loved it! Everyone was so nice and caring! Location is the best everything is accessible! SOOO CLEAN and just very homely! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!! Great service

Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Preis/Leistung war gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut erhalten. Negative: Dusche/Toilette riecht etwas schlecht. Abwasser Geruch. Die Zimmerwände sind zu dünn. Man hört die anderen beim duschen. Und die Fenster sind nicht dicht. Man hört die Autos!

I got injured at this property. Glass shattered as I was taking a shower and had to rush to the hospital to get stitches for my cuts. They front desk guy and the cleaning lady came up and cleaned it up. The cleaning lady was more concerned about the injury I sustained. The front desk did not ask me once if I was okay. Terrible place and will never book if I ever come back to Istanbul

Very nice location, close to shopping, restaurants etc. We enjoyed the terrasse with view of the city and free tea. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

This hotel is located at the perfect location if you're visiting Istanbul. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shop at the same time. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. You can't beat this deal! If I go back, I will stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for anyone visiting the nearby hospital. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service from Ahmed at reception. He was incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after during my stay.
