Wonderful staff. Great location with easy access to all the major sights and the Bosphorus. The rooms are luxurious especially the bed. Had wonderful night sleep. Gorgeous bathroom and good amenities.

The bed is wonderful. The room was lovely and bathroom is luxurious. Most of all the staff are excellent. Great service. Beautiful hotel with its most convenient location.

After we changed the room from 1st to the upper floor (5) - it was the best room/view! It’s a very nice hotel with a great roof top.

The room was not good, dirty handles for the bathroom taps, toilet door that would stay open so no privacy, gown and towels need to be replaced, tiles chipped where you could have an accident Unfortunately the hotel needs a good overhall
