Location is close to the mrt station. Staff is friendly, and the property is well maintained. The hotel also offers free coffee machine in the lobby area. Only gripe about the property is the room is a bit small for two small beds. The laundry room offers 3 washing machines. Overall, a great place to stay.

第一次入住,覺得很不錯飯店新就是王道.房間很有設計感,廁所也很舒適乾淨一樓有一些桌遊和撞球台可玩,每房有2杯迎賓飲料.健身房的設備也不錯早餐雖然樣式不多,但都好吃,也吃得很飽,水果非常新鮮也很甜可以12點退房也很加分,早上吃完早餐還可以到對面的秀泰商場走走,商場10點就開門了,逛個1.5小時再回飯店收拾東西

On the site, it says they don’t have parking. However, it was not entirely right. It seems like they do but in the first come first serve situation. I almost didn‘t choose them because of it because I was visiting a friend and I wasn’t sure where i can park. Luckily my friend‘s house is near by and we parked there instead. I just thought if the site can mark a bit clearer, I wouldn’t hesitate to book the hotel. Overall, I had fun staying with them. The room is very similar as the one I stayed in Frankfurt. I guess it‘s the vibes this brand is trying to create. It’s nice and hip. The lobby is also good for friends gathering.

It’s a chain and you have a certain expectation checking in. First, the parking is terrible. The drive way is narrow and tight. There r EV spots for charging but occupied by non-EV vehicles. Second, it has a hip and chic atmosphere it is trying to achieve. The decor and its hardware achieves that. But the people is young but not chic or energized. Third, when raised the question regarding parking, the response was “it is on the first come first serve base and we cannot ask our guests to move their cars.” This is quite off-putting. So you knew you had these spots available for EVs’ but you could not help by satisfying the needs of the guests that actually needs them? This is terrible! Fourth, the A/C is pointed directly at the bed. When lying down, the wind is blowing directly in your face. For a chain, this should be the minimal in avoiding such discomfort. I had to leave the A/C off over night and just bear with the stuffy air during my sleep. Of course, if you do not have a parking need and you are just there for the good night rest, it is an ok spot especially the bed is comfortable but just dress light when asleep cause you will have to leave the air conditioning off.

It will be a wonderful place for people staying for business or work despite the issue of parking. Although it's not roomy, the room is very quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is quiet and controls temperature pretty well. If you like sparkling water, this place will make you happy. There is a 7-11 convenience store within a few min walk.

Hotel seems new and trendy. Room is spacious. Clean as well. Only thing is that the soap and shampoo provided seemed cheap. But not an issue to me as i brought my own. House keeping is puncutal and good. Hotel is near the MRT but doesnt seem to be very near eateries within walking distance. Take a cab and its about 10mins away from the HSR only. KTV beside for song singing lovers

雖然房間沒有很大，但是整體的設計感讓人覺得住起來是很舒服的，沒有狹隘感。房間空間是高挑的，很舒適。住宿當天是禮拜五上面有電影院，因為租的樓層比較靠近樓頂會感受到重低音的聲響，一直要到10:30才結束。這個是美中不足，會影響到旅客休息。

When I asked for a highball(whisky soda) at the bar in the evening, I was told they didn't have it. Last time I stayed, you kindly provided it to me. . . When I checked out in the morning, there were 3 staff members, but only one staff member was there to assist us, Others ignored me even though I was in line. Even though I had time to catch a train, I was in a hurry. And even when I requested an invoice, they were slow to respond, so I was unable to check out smoothly. It's a shame because your facilities and cleaning are excellent.

Nice design. Unfortunately, my wife and my two children of 16 an 19 years, have been sent away eating a sandwich in the lobby. In house Breakfest only allowed. Two Chinese guest with outside food were allowed to stay arguing they needed to work at their laptops. That kind of unfair treatment is unfortunate. Have a look at the Google ratings. Completely unnecessary and a pity as we really liked the hotel.

Check in was super fast, we arrived 3hrs before the check in time, but the reception was kind and gave us a room straightaway! Nice modern hotel with a large shopping mall a few minutes away.

Hotel seems new and trendy. Room is spacious. Clean as well. Only thing is that the soap and shampoo provided seemed cheap. But not an issue to me as i brought my own. House keeping is puncutal and good. Hotel is near the MRT but doesnt seem to be very near eateries within walking distance. Take a cab and its about 10mins away from the HSR only. KTV beside for song singing lovers

Location is close to the mrt station. Staff is friendly, and the property is well maintained. The hotel also offers free coffee machine in the lobby area. Only gripe about the property is the room is a bit small for two small beds. The laundry room offers 3 washing machines. Overall, a great place to stay.

I am glad that I picked this hotel to stay overnight prior to my high speed train to Taipei next day. Excellent location and many dining options. Breakfast was superb. No doubt I will stay here again on my next trip to TaiChung.

When I asked for a highball(whisky soda) at the bar in the evening, I was told they didn't have it. Last time I stayed, you kindly provided it to me. . . When I checked out in the morning, there were 3 staff members, but only one staff member was there to assist us, Others ignored me even though I was in line. Even though I had time to catch a train, I was in a hurry. And even when I requested an invoice, they were slow to respond, so I was unable to check out smoothly. It's a shame because your facilities and cleaning are excellent.

第一次入住,覺得很不錯飯店新就是王道.房間很有設計感,廁所也很舒適乾淨一樓有一些桌遊和撞球台可玩,每房有2杯迎賓飲料.健身房的設備也不錯早餐雖然樣式不多,但都好吃,也吃得很飽,水果非常新鮮也很甜可以12點退房也很加分,早上吃完早餐還可以到對面的秀泰商場走走,商場10點就開門了,逛個1.5小時再回飯店收拾東西

One of my favourite hotels whenever I visit Taichung. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It feels like a familiar place to return to whenever I’m in Taichung. I’ll definitely continue to stay here whenever I have the opportunity to visit again!

First time staying here and it was only a one night stay. We got the twin room with 2 twin beds. The room was good. The bathroom shower was amazing with the water pressure. Will definitely stay here again.
