Tne room was clean. The staff was great. It was jsut what I needed for a long term stay in the area for work

We were in town for soccer. We overall had a great stay. Front desk staff was very friendly.Room was clean, kitchen top worked great. Buffet breakfast was good. Only complaint was some of the staff who handled the food area. We came in 15 mins before breakfast ended, trying to quickly get my kids a plate since we were gone almost the whole time at a game. My kids knew we had to be quick, and polite. At the same time a bunch of staff came down to eat all at once, my kid accidentally spilled some eggs on the floor, I had my hands full helping another kid and was holding a baby. I had him go sit his things down and planned to pick it up once I finished and I could set the baby down (so I stood there where the eggs were and told those to watch out) well this lady comes out and fusses saying "what happened here" loudly and waving her arms up & I tell her my kid accidentally dropped it but before I could finish she made these faces, scoffed and just walks off and someone else starts mumbling something. I tell them loudly theyre children, accidents happen and im going to clean it up, if they could give me a min, there is no need to be so rude. Someone walks out with a broom and I say thank you & Im sorry he dropped them and she refused to even make eye contact with me, scoffed and walked off. This was all in less than 2 mins. Another person came later & apologized for her behavior and he understood. Kids and pets stay here, things can get spilled. We dont have to be so negative.

The property is quite old, and my bathroom was falling apart in areas near the floor where water was. Mine was an accessible room. I am in a wheelchair. Many things were placed too high for me to reach. The seat in the tub was placed too far back to reach the shower head. A person would have to stand on the slick shower floor to reach it. I was on the 3rd floor, waaaay in the back. In a fire, I would not have had a chance of getting out. Maybe all accessible rooms on the 1st floor? The breakfast was outstanding. Cudos to the chef. I loved that the mattress was sealed in a protective cover. Renovation of such a huge property had to have its challenges!

Front desk staff was excellent. Overall hotel was well above average and we would certainly stay there again
