Room was clean but sheets were well worn and itchy I’d recommend new linens. Also the breakfast was lame. Parking was good. Not sure why queen rooms were only for smokers they had to change our rooms to doubles.

Easy parking. Easy check in. Polite staff. Room was clean and organized. Bed comfort was a little disappointing. Overall great value.

At check out I tried to explain problems with my room, black mold on bathroom ceiling and a lamp that had exposed wiring that someone will get shocked from but lady at counter spoke so poor English, I feel I did no good.

Our room was comfortable and the beds/furniture were good. There was a small issue with our room, and the employee immediately came from the lobby and fixed it. Breakfast was small, but a nice bonus, and the coffee was good. For a discount motel, I thought that it exceeded expectations and provided good value.

We checked in and upon entering the romm we found a big hole in the bathroom wall. I tried calling the front desk and the phone didn't work. I called using my cell phone and I asked for another room. The lady at the front desk said she couldn't move me to another room. The hotel was deserted so I know they had extra rooms. I then asked for a refund and was told no she could not do that. I went to the lobby and the girl gave me a lot of attitude saying she could not move me or give me a refund. A manager was needed for that so I asked for the manager and she refused to call him and told me i would need to come back in the morning and get it from the manager.and I would not be charged for the damages!! I was furious. I would never go there and the lady should not be dealing with the public.
