Great property. The front desk alerted us that the pool was closed, but said we could use the neighboring hotel's pool if needed. Breakfast was good, ran out of bagels and bread one day, but overall great. Enjoyed the maple sausage!

The property is going to be renovated and it is obvious that it is necessary. There is no parking as it’s being used for trailers on the property, very inconvenient.

Nice quiet clean, pool was good and warm grandkids loved it.

The bed squeeked so bad I had to change rooms the a shower but to tub by wife takes baths washers and dryers didn’t work but took money finally got one to work they said the manager was the only person with a key to take coins out so they would work and he was off

Nice quiet place my kids enjoyed the pool, room was very clean and welcoming! We also loved the haircare products they provide we usually bring our own but in a rush i forgot to pack them and good thing because shampoo and conditioner didnt disappoint.

Continental breakfast was not satisfactory, worse we’ve had from other hotel stays, could hear people stomping in the room above us when trying to go to sleep late at night, parking lot was full of shipping containers, so absolutely no parking (had to park at adjacent hotel, which was inconvenient). Beds were okay, bathroom was basic, and staff was mediocre.

Room was comfortable, pool was great, and gym was good! Was perfect for a one night stay on our way through Tacoma!

We had a wonderful time and we loved your indoor heated pool I mean the water was so nice and warm we loved it. We just wish the pool would be open 8am to 10pm not 10am to 10pm. We had a grandparent weekend with our wonderful grandchildren. We were very happy with our stay there.

Our room was pretty dirty upon our arrival with empty containers, cans bottles, wrappers, etc... underneath tables, chairs, beds. We were there for five nights, requested room service on three different days because they never showed up to do it and they never did do it. Had to go down to the front desk after coming in one day at 11:00PM just to get clean towels and toilet paper. There was something going on in the parking lot. There were a bunch of storage containers and one night we had to park almost a quarter mile away because there were no spaces available in the motel lot... When we mentioned this to the front desk they just kind of said, oh well... The overall condition of the property and the room, aside from being dirty, was fairly nice... I've stayed at several Hamptons and will seek them out, when they're available in vicinity of our travel, but I would not return to this one!!!

This place was rated a 9 on Expedia. Not even a 3 star in my book. This place is so run down and gross. The tub/shower hasn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long. The dirt grim line was noticeable and there were mold spots on the caulking around the tub. The beds were old and you can feel the springs. Not to mention the sheets were dirty!!! Full of dirt and hair.

Shower had brown residues around the bottom and the sink was clogged. Wall had marks from the rolling chair. Didn’t expect to have this type of property for a Hampton Inn.

Hotel was very nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, and very easy check-in and checkout process.

Our room was clean, but we encountered a few problems during our stay. The first day I had to ask the desk clerk to get maintenance personnel to fix the standing water in the lavatory sink. Our toilet would not flush properly during our last day and night stay. I asked for a plunger since no maintenance personnel was present to see if I could get the toilet to flush better, but it did not work. There were no other rooms to move us into, so my wife and I had to use the public bathroom in the hotel lobby area until the next morning. We also asked the hotel cleaning service to clean our room on our last day stay and when we returned from being away most of the day, we came back to a door that wasn't closed properly. The room door was not closed all the way shut by the hotel cleaning service. Luckily, nothing appeared to be disturbed and we had our important items in the safe.

We stayed in a queen suite and it was HUGE! What an awesome room for a family of 5. The hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was kind and breakfast was as good as continental breakfast gets.

Everything was great, but we could not sleep well because of the weird AC system. AC system has a motion detector, so it shuts off after 15 -20 minutes if no motion in the room, so it runs well as long as you move around in the room, but once you are in bed then it shuts off :(:( it was a hot day, and I had to get up from the bed and move around for few minutes every hour to get AC activated, so I had an interrupted sleep and felt groggy at the morning. That system is very disturbing indeed.

Only complaint is the freeway. It's noisy

A/C didn’t work well. Bathroom light was out and hotel itself was hot and humid. Loved the firm mattress, also loved the extra bedding and pillow in closet.

The area was nice and the hotel had nice pleasant staff. Breakfast was included and was great BUT the beds were horrific. Hard and lumpy beds. We had paid more money for the larger room to sleep 5. It had two queen beds and a pull out couch. The queen beds were hard and lumpy and had a ditch in the middle. Very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was so bad that it felt like you were upside down if you laid on it. I went and asked for a roll away bed but they didn’t have one at first. The gal finally did find one but it was in pretty much the same condition as the pull out couch. Springs poking out and the mattress was so thin it looked like a crib mattress. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor which was only slightly better. When I complained they said there weren’t any other rooms and that they are going to be upgrading the hotel and beds in a month or so. No one offered any refund or discount. Very frustrating considering we paid around $600 for 2 nights. I don’t recommend and wouldn’t stay there again. Disappointing.

Hotel itself was nice, but they had some of the worst beds and pillows I've ever experienced while traveling. Very disappointing for such a nice place.

A couple of restaurants nearby, but unfortunately they all close early. My main complaint is that you can’t control the thermostat - the ac would come on at random times and we couldn’t control when it does come on. Not a huge issue during winter, but come summer I imagine it would be very uncomfortable.

A 1 night stay for us. The room was huge! plenty of room for our family. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our son who slept on the pullout couch said he could feel the springs in the mattress all night. The breakfast was good and had many choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and all the typical breads/pastries and fruits. The pool hours were 10 - 10 and we arrived at approx 9:30pm so it was tough to get a swim in for the kids in the morning but the pool was heated so it was a nice swim. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is nice, however I booked and paid for a double queen room for 4 people. When I went to check in I was informed that several rooms were unavailable due to maintenance and they only had a single kid bed room available. I had even called earlier in the day to confirm check-in time for our room and no one said anything about not having the room we booked. They did provide us with a rollaway bed but I was still charged full rate and had I know ahead of time that they weren’t going to have a room with the beds we needed I would have checked other hotels for availability. The staff were nice, it’s clean and comfortable, I just felt duped by getting charged for a bigger room that they couldn’t honor. No discount or anything was offered to us.

Staff serving breakfast CHIDED me for putting a spoon in the wrong place and would not speak to me when I tried to apologize. Check-in clerk would not speak up even when I said I could not hear him. Bathroom had grunge under the faucet plate.

We chose this hotel because of how close it was to the base. We got there after a long 6 hour flight from GA at 2:50pm wanting to check in a little early. Check in was for 3pm. The front staff lady was super sweet but let me know unfortunately our room wouldn't be available until closer to 4pm. So we had to go find something to do for about an hour with incredibly tired children. We got back to the hotel close to 5pm. Room is ready. Drop off our bags. The bathroom was dirty. My kids were ready to crash so I said okay we'll ask them to clean the bathroom tomorrow while we were out. Got up the next morning, had breakfast which had alot of options so that was a win. The breakfast lady wasn't very friendly and slightly rude when asked a question. Then left for the day.Came back that night and Nope they never cleaned the room at all despite asking. We ended up having to shower at our families home, kinda stinks when you're paying for a hotel room. We also had to use the main bathrooms ih the hall. The rug in the main hallway leading to the room was bunched up. I got tripped up over that too many times to count,front desk guy was rude when we mentioned it. He also made fun of my husband's military hoodie and yelled at our 7 year old son for shaking his hands dry because there wasnt any paper towels. All in all the price was fine, breakfast good. Staff could use a lesson in manners and the rooms could be cleaner. Ill pick somewhere else next time. This experience wasn't enjoyable.

I used to frequent this property a lot years ago and never had an issue. Until this last time. I booked through Expedia per usual. Check in was 3pm we got there about 4pm. Room was not available yet as it was still “dirty” according to front desk. She said it would be 20-30 min. I said okay. Waited patiently for over an HOUR for our room we booked in advance. When we walked in they did clean it but the noticeable damage to the walls, dirty chairs, water stains on wall, shower squirted everywhere but center mass. The beds were very comfy and it is a safe area which we appreciated. But our stay could have been 10x better.

The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast & staff were awesome. Highly Recommend this hotel

Hotel overbooked on rooms and we had to find a last minute place to stay and I am still waiting for a refund.

Conveniently located close to Hwy 5 and within 45 drive to Seattle.

we tried to go to different restaurants around the area and it was blocked as its a military base. he had to drive 40 min to find restaurants.

Was a great stay with easy freeway access. Other than the Happy Teriyaki (super fast) there isn’t much else for meal options near by. The room was clean and comfortable. The lamp on the table /desk was always in the way and just terribly thought out when placed. Other than that great deal!!

Checking in was an absolute breeze in spite of the global IT outage. Staff was awesome! While staying at this location, the person in charge of the breakfast area ordered me to get shoes. I don\'t wear footwear of any kind for health, faith, and safety reasons which are legally protected by Washington State and Federal laws. The staff member persisted that it was for "safety" and in doing so admitted that the team was negligent in their floor care duties, and then told me she would get the manager to explain. I stuck around for a bit before returning to my room, but the manager never came, and I never saw the staff member on subsequent trips to the free breakfast. That was the only negative interaction in my entire stay. Checkout staff was awesome, and no one else ordered me to put on shoes that I don\'t and won\'t own as my health and faith needs require. Could have been a perfect score, but that pushy interaction ruined it.

Many issues with this property for the price. Poor inernet seevice, uncomfotable pillows (appear old and worn down), breakfast with very limited option and galf the time items weee out and unstocked. Water

Horrible bed and we had a suite. It may have been the hardest bed I have slept on. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It took a very long time for an employee to come to the front desk to check us in. Needed a wipe down in the bathroom and bathtub.

Great staff and great breakfast

Room was very large. We booked for my family of 5 and we ended up with a huge room that could actually sleep 6 (nearly 600 square feet). Room has a coffee in pot, refrigerator, and microwave too. Plus, they are pet friendly so our sweet canine family member could stay with us. They also have a small indoor pool and a gym. Breakfast was awesome. Make-your-own waffles in two flavors, a different kind of eggs and breakfast meat every day of our stay, plus toasts, muffins, cereals, yogurts, juices and a coffee/tea bar. Oz

One of the rooms that I booked was missing a shower curtain and the bedsheet was filthy. Although the other room that I booked was fine. The room service staff with carts were congregating at the elevator area, blocking usage of the elevators. Breakfast area was small and not that neat and food was not replenished.
