It was filthy and smelled like urine and there was pubic hairs all over bath tub

Dirtiest room I've ever had.

Was assigned a dirty room. Bed was not made. The toilet was backed up. It needed vacuumed, and my room was broken into along with my vehicle.

This place needs condemned, I checked in which was very unprofessional, got that done and opened the door to the room cockroaches running on the floor and walls, room literally only had a bed on some kind of metal supports nothing else just a bare room. Closed door and went back to the sketchy office area and said I was not staying in that filth and was told they do not give refunds for online bookings. Travelers beware the pictures of their property on the website are nothing close to the place. Again it needs condemned.

I would never ever stay again!!!! I stunk, dirty,no place to sit except on the bed, no soap, no drinking glasses, and the floors were filthy.

Clean room but they took stuff out of my refrigerator. There was a lamp in the room with no light bulbs and I had no where to sit and relax it was a bed and a table but my tv was sitting on the table.

I've stayed at this hotel, and it's sister down the road, off and on for a year while I'm contracting in the area. Let's be honest, you sorted your search to "lowest price first" and this is what came up. So go into it with that expectation. It's not a fancy place. The furnishings are minimal and probably from IKEA or Walmart. The fixtures may have come from the recycled building materials store. The weatherstripping on the door needs replacing and the Wi-Fi coverage isn't great. If you've lived in the dorms or the barracks, that's what you're looking at. With that caveat up front, the rooms have been clean and comfortable enough. The staff has been very good, are all locals and always very helpful. In the last year I had one broken shower and one (pretty bad) bug problem. Both were fixed with a room swap right away. I'll keep using them, because it's a good price for a bed and a shower, which is all I really need.

I was assigned a dirty room, no toilet paper. The bed wasn’t made. It was not vacuumed. Somebody entered my room when I was not there, and my car was broken into. I asked to switch rooms because my toilet would not flushand they told me they were not gonna renew my stay and then put me on a list of do not rent to for no reason

The room was disgusting actually, the entire place was they were stains on the sheets. There was roaches. There was no hot water in the shower. I contacted hotels.com asking for a refund because the office would not give me one so that I could go elsewhere they put me on the third floor, even though I requested a lower floor due to my RA And then when there was no hot water in the shower, they offered to move us a floor down on clear on the other side of the building after we moved a lot of our belongings which we had a lot already to the room hotels.com said someone would be contacted me in 24 hours and that I would receive a refund But no one ever contacted me so I was forced to stay there the first night and take a cold shower, but I left the next day even though I had paid for the room for two days because it was so disgusting. I’m very disappointed and the service in the condition of the hotel along with hotels.com for never reaching back out to me I will never book through them again if this is not handled, and I will for sure never ever stay at the hotel again. Oh, and they did not have a smoke detector in the room. It was ripped out of the ceiling.

I wasnt able to get a room there was wer carpet from them shampooing. Waited from 4 until 7 for rm. Couldnt get one so i wound up Getting a rm at another wecome inn in Blue Springs.

The ac unit works well that's about it . The shower and tube do not drain. The bed is sitting on a rolling frame so when you lay down it moves all over the room . The sink and the shower have no water pressure. The room smells like cigarettes. The floor and counter top in the bathroom and the main room are dirty the back of the toilet and the vent are caked with dust. The bathroom sink countertop it's separating from the wall. There's only one light in the whole room besides what's in there bathroom. There's only one bed which is not setting on the proper frame it literally moves around when you lay on it. There's no bath towels there were only hand towels .there's half used conditioner and shampoo left on the counter along with a couple of bars and new soap the nightstand was dirty.

All it had was a bed, microwave (on the floor) amd and a dresser that would fall apart if you sneezed on it. No wonder it was so cheap, but yet was STILL overcharged at the front desk. Absolutely atrocious

very stark bleak large room with small bed no furniture. State of extensive repairs. It was cheap inexpensive what I wanted. Had no trash can or remote for TV. Staff addressed it and resolved.

Overall it was okay. Definitely felt like a jail cell. But it was very cheap and a bed to sleep in and a bathroom to shower in! O just think it my need to feel a little more homie is all.

I arrived late from the airport and was unable to check as the staff had locked the front office, left the light on, and left for the night. The condition of the property was sketchy at best, not welcoming at all, and had the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby...which was empty.

this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life took us over 3 hours to get checked in

The only reason I stayed was because it was freaking cheap It is a crappy hotel with crappy management crappy staff and they will kick people out in the middle of the|They will kick people out in the middle of the night that are American disabled veterans and not care if they freeze together or not considering the fact that at night it has been below zero with wind chill factor making it even worse I can speak the truth on this because it happened to me I would never recommend this hotel to anybody not even my worst enemy because when I tried to walk up the cases I was hitting the back of the head and I was robbed management refused to call the police or help me knowing that I am currently carless and this is happening to guess that their hotel and then what they did to me That is s***** management and all management needs to be fired and re-staffed and that's needs to go to their home office to let them know how crappy they teach treat an American veteran

Management at this hotel you s***** I believe they let my dogs out of the room because my door is not shutting like it was before They have people now stalking me outside my window while I'm trying to get my stuff together and get another hotel book I would recommend this place as the worst place to come and stay They kept my money for tonight and they're telling me to get off the property That exit date for the 22nd is absolutely wrong They did not refund the 22nd so they are keeping the money so I'm staying in the room tonight to clean all my stuff up That's all there is to it I have never seen s*** service like this anywhere else when they put somebody stalking me outside my room watching me and if they're going to be that kind of shady I would tell people never never never never stay here This place should be closed down and the management team fired because they didn't even call me the first time my dog's got out and my dog's normally do not get up The winter kicked out of the disabled American veteran in the cold of the night and tell my ride could get to me I had to sit and zero weather with no shelter except for a couple of blankets I had and my dogs which are service dogs and I was charged fees for them That's here and her there for 4 and 1/2 hours because my friend had to drive that part to come and get me and and take me to my mom's That is unlawful and shows in no concern for human life I think this hotel should be shut down and new management brought in Let the p

It looked more like a homeless camp.
