I did not like being changed twice for my one day stay at the hotel. Despite my best efforts to explain and attempt to explore options, I was being required to pay again. If you two (Expedia &hotel) would communicate, I would not be mistreated. It became so miserable that I booked a different hotel, using a different agent, for my remaining 25 days in the Philippines. And to Expedia, according to Google maps, I traveled 2.9 times around the world. I stayed in hotels, and traveled 352 days. You will see me do it again this year. But not a penny through Expedia. Four different years in my dozen years of travel, I used you, same bad results.
