Indoor pool is small & closes too early. Hot tub was closed during our visit.

This property charges for you to park in their parking lot even tho your paying to stay there . It’s $10 a day per car. We paid $60 in parking after paying $500 to stay.i wish this was in the description because if it was I would have choose some where else to stay

Pool was very small and hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was ok but options were limited. Place was a little beat up but thats what you get being so close to sesame place. Very annoyed to find out after our stay that they charged $15 per day for parking at the hotel especially with how expensive the room already were. Definately not a good value for the price.

Walking distance to Sesame Place. Don't get general parking at the park. However, parking here costs $15/day. Also, check your bill. I was charged for two purchases at their market. I made none. Our room was fine, but there was mildew in the shower. Overall, okay, as none of the near properties get very good reviews.

I wish I would have known the pool the pool was only open until 8:30. And the gym was 1 treadmill and a set of dumbbells

Hotel common areas and room were as represented online. The pool was seriously oversold - looked quite large in the photos.

Staff and accommodations were fine. Having to pay $15 to use the parking lot-not so great. Yes as I re-read the bottom of page to secure the room it is stated, however that is a bit deceiving. Just show the fee up front.

For a 7 year old hotel it looks like it has seen better days. Items, such as a treadmill in the exercise room, weren't working. There were unauthorized charges put on my cc in the middle of the night by someone on staff at Springhill. When I called to ask about those charges I was told that someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did so I called again only to be told that the charges would be reversed. No explanation nor apology was given. Police were notified. Very disappointing.

Close to sesams st, room was huge and bed was comfy. I loved the privacy divider by the king bed. Didnt love that online it says pool open til midnight but got there and it had changed to 830. Most hotels have it open to 10. We arrived at 8:30 and were checking out the next day so my kids were disappointed no night time swim to releieve their ebergy after a 5 hr drive. But otherwise great and id stay again

The pool was closed and we should have been notified beforehand - we brought our kids here specifically to swim and would not have come otherwise. This needs to be communicated to anyone who makes a reservation.

Kind of dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, peeling trim, there was blood on the sheets, then no sheets available for the pull out bed so we couldn't use it even though we paid extra for the extra bed. We booked our two nights separately but when we checked in they said we'd be able to stay in the same room but they checked us out and I had to run to and from the room and my car three times to get them everything they needed to re-check us in, with an exhausted toddler, again with no apology. We did not get housekeeping. Loud until 10:30 and the alarm went off at 6. I would recommend paying a little more for the slightly more expensive hotel in the area or save money by going with one of the cheaper ones because it's probably similar or better quality.

The people that work behind front desk are super nice and professional. Housekeepers present in hallways all friendly. Everyone asks how your stay is going and if you need anything. Room and place in general are kept squeaky clean, even smells clean! Tons of food options in the area, some even walkable! This was our 3rd stay here we will def be back (we have small children that love Sesame). Def a family friendly hotel!

There are stains all over the sofa and blankets. The elevator did not stop on the second floor. The other elevator does but only if the one on the right didn't come to first floor. What a stupid thing to deal with. Service improved marginally. The front desk seems waay over worked. She did best she can alone. Breakfast was gross. Never enough seats in lobby.

After being in Sesame Place for about 6 hours, and spending 2 hours in the hotel pool, my family & I headed to our room to shower & go to bed. Unfortunately, when we pulled the shower curtain back, we discovered that the tub was dirty. I called the front desk to ask that it be cleaned. The representative’s immediate response was ‘we don’t clean rooms everyday’. So, the room I was checked in to was dirty? He went on to tell me that no one from housekeeping was there so to basically deal with it. I asked him if he could move us to another room that was actually clean & he told me he would have to call me back. Finding this unacceptable, I went downstairs to speak with him in person. Not at the desk when I arrived, he came from the back office, eating something & speaking to me with a mouth full of food so, I couldn’t understand what he was saying. Once he finished chewing his food, he told me he called housekeeping to see if my room had been cleaned and was waiting to hear back from that person. That he ‘already had another room’ for me but he was just waiting to hear back from housekeeping. ‘I’m sorry about that, let me get you a new room while I look into why the tub wasn’t clean’ should have been his immediate response. I didn’t need to know anything else. I ultimately changed rooms but the effort I had to put in just to get a clean tub was completely unnecessary. Proximity to Sesame Place makes this place ideal but a clean room is just as important.

Very clean

Very clean and well designed room. Staff was excellent throughout our stay.

We stayed here before going to Sesame Place and chose it because we could walk across the street to the park! Room was clean, but the shower was a little dirty with no conditioner. For breakfast, they used styrofoam plates and bowls. Other than that, great stay!

My stay was very good. You can tell that some maintenance and minor aesthetic items weren't maintained. For example, the exercise room only had a couple pieces of equipment and 1 was non-functional, the pool needed some cleaning, and the wifi was inconsistent. On the positive side, the room was perfect and roomy, the staff was helpful, and I appreciated the complementary breakfast and free parking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, complimentary breakfast was enjoyable though a little busy at times; go early if you can. Pricing is to be expected for proximity to Sesame Place and though there is a parking fee, it is cheaper than parking at the park lot. Lots of dining options around as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again when we visit the park.

We stayed only for the proximity to Sesame Place. The location is great, but since the property appeals to families with young kids, cleaning could have been amped up. We had to have our room switched because an odor in our clean room was pretty musty. The carpets don’t smell great and the AC unit was loud and rickety. Would have appreciated some variety in the breakfast offering. 4 days straight of the same exact options.

The bathroom doors , they slide back and forth, but they dont shut tight up againsnt the wall so if someone goes in there you can see right in the side of the doors

King Ed room is small for 3 people, they should have 2 queen size bed. Whenever we stay there my husband need to sleep on the couch. It’s not comfortable for him. Btw I love to stay there.

The room was not as reserved. the 1 bed with a "day bed with a trundle" room only has 1 light in the desk area. the bed does have 2 small, very small reading lights on the side of the bed but not light in the microwave and refrigerator area. Again, the only light is in the small desk area that divides the room with the TV in the middle. this light, when on, shines through to the "bedroom" area. very poor layout for a Marriott property. The main eating area for breakfast is very, very small. The high tops are not great for small kids as i would think this hotel caters to many of the kids for the Sesame Place park - not enough seating, poor layout.

The hotel was ok. If you're visiting Sesame Place it's the closest to walk over especially if you have young children. Breakfast has limited options. The customer service is where u felt it's severely lacking. I don't know the name of the young lady at the front desk during the day, she never wore a name badge or introduced herself, but her demeanor and response to requests seemed like you are bothering her. Example: our room has what I assumed is their standard 3 towels, I went down and requested 2 additional towels since it was 5 of us. She seemed bothered by the request but wrote our room number down, after waiting for 3 hours I went down and asked again about the towels, another worker with her asked if I was requesting extra towels or if the ones we had were dirty, to which I responded "we didn't have enough". The next morning at breakfast the same young lady walked over to the breakfast area and said to the person refilling that she should not add more French vanilla creamer once what's there runs out, she didn't seem to care that guests were around. We paid almost $1000 for three nights to feel like anything we needed was a bother. The hotel was clean. If you're planning to walk over to Sesame place this is it, but the customer service and breakfast isn't that of a typical Marriott property.

Bedding was dirty and when addressed we were told there is only 1 person working all night and we had to replace the sheets our selves. Apparently there were max capacity but only had one employee in the whole hotel. Ridiculous, never again

The staff was super friendly and accommodating!

The property and the staff were terrible. Didn't provide proper room service nor supplies, had to go down to lobby to pick up extra toilet paper and towels. Our parking pass was stolen, and the property conveniently doesn't have surveillance cameras on the exterior so we couldn't see who did it. Management said it wasn't their responsibility because parking violations are handled by a third party company yet the hotel collects the parking fee. They couldn't vouch for us against the third party company. They were rude, and didn't care of the inconvenience.

Exceptional and very professional staff. We were politely greeted and check in was fast. Enjoyed the breakfast and Friday free social dinner. Such a great touch. Ruben, Fanny, Bruce and Shanika are some of the few names I remembered who were super pleasant to chat with and super helpful. Definitely will be back.

The staff is the best of any place I've ever stayed in 30+ years of travel. They are helpful, witty and fun. I like the king rooms the best super roomy, clean and comfortable.

Very, very lose to Sesame Place. Clean and reasonably priced

We stayed here to go to sesame place anx the location couldnt be more convient. There is a path from the hotel to the entrance of sesame place it is about a 5 min walk at most sp super convenient as you dont have to pay 35 to park at sesame place each day. Room was clean and a good size for our family of 4. They also have a small pool that we did use one day after the park. There is a bonefish grill which ia in an adjacent parkinglot that you can also walk to or a margaritas restaurant across the street which you could also walk to we didnt use our car once because everything we needed was right there there are also a lot of restaurants and fast food on the main strip but we were really just there for sesame for 2 nights so we didnt venture out much. Staff was incredible everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful i wish i got their names because they really were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The free brekfast and coffee was great plenty of options for a free breakfast. We are planning to come again next year snd without a doubt will stay here again.

Super convenient to Sesame Place - saved money on parking when we could just walk across the street! Breakfast was great each morning. Rooms were comfortable for my family of four.

The location is key. Right in front of Sesame place you can't get any closer than that.

I loved how close sesame place was to the hotel, we stood two nights and the room was never cleaned so that's why I gave 4 stars. Other than that the staff was super friendly and resourceful. The breakfast bar was nice too! Waffle maker was great.

Never had that in any other hotel, I thought that was very nice. Just can't wait to stay again. Also plenty of restaurants, stores and mall near by. There was a $15 charge for parking per night. Very short walk to sesame which is why we were there. The rooms were ok nothing too fancy. We stayed on the third floor and can hear stuff falling in the rooms above us. Breakfast was very crowded and chaotic. Very limited options not appetizing at all. Not a single fruit was available.

Great stay and will return. Family of five rented a suite with late checkin. Front desk staff was very helpful in getting remote check in done ( special mention : Amparo Keaton). Hotel system automatically cancels reservation if not checked in by 1am even if you prepay the room in advance. The hotel authority need to update the system. Overall great experience, clean and good size rooms. Breakfast was good with hot foods and good options of bread, cereal and dairy products.

Everything was great! Staff was very nice and hotel had some minor maintenance being done but was not bothersome. The only things that were slightly disappointing were the size, temperature and cleanliness of the pool (very cold, murky) and the fact there was no fruit at the breakfast station. Quick walk to sesame place and local shops/ restaurants.

Overall it was a good stay for 2 nights while visiting Sesame Place. The location is perfect for walking to the park. Our room was decent. Our toilet did plug and they had to come and fix that. They only clean room every 2 days. The breakfast is the biggest complaint. It is very busy and they do not refill food enough. They ran out of basically everything, even coffee creamer. They do not clean the tables between guests joining. It is definitely an area they need to work on.

Overall nice play to stay but didn’t have many options for breakfast. Good thing is it’s only 3,4 minutes walk to sesame place.
