I specifically booked there for the pool and then arrived to be told it was closed due to high chlorine levels

The property was run-down and smelled like smoke. The swimming pool was dry ( due to broken pipe) The room reeked of smoke ( it was supposed to be non-smoking. My grandson is allergic .Water pressures in sink -- really low. The Tub would not drain. I called the desk and was told that there was maintenace man had gone home. the only other room was a smoking room. We could not stay there and left. Our room smelled like cigarettes and then we had the toilet back up in to our shower. The lobby was under construction and the pool was not open as promised. Luckily we were not at the hotel for long just to sleep.

The bed was comfortable, but this is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed in. everything screamed cheap cheap cheap. Dirty, loud party crowd, halls smelled. They placed the sink in such a way that if anyone standing at the sink will be hit by anyone opening the door to the hall. The bathroom was so small, the door opening was like a tight restroom stall. Only florescent lights. Pool was disgusting, green. It was not clear to me if the pool could be cleaned and opened in 10 days for the Summer season. We only stayed there because the weekend we needed to stay in the area, there must have been a big event, since all the other hotels around had inflated prices. Motel 6 too, $130.00 for 2 adults and a child. Outside lock at the back of the hotel was supposed to be closed and only enter with motel key, The door was open all the time, like open 2 inches. Thus no safety in the motel.

The room had a few cosmetic issues and the table wasnt secured to the wall right. it moved around a lot when i tried to use it. Besides those things the stay was exactly what i wanted from the motel. All the staff were wonderful; friendly, helpful, and very respectful. Would have liked if the guest guide website had a map of the property and had the hours and rules for the pool. But those are small things. The weather kept me from the pool but it looked clean and maintained.

The property is in need of maintenance in a dire way. Exit / security doors were unsecured. The hallways were filthy. My room had a foul odor to it. It was clean but everywhere else on the property I was met by unpleasant odors pretty much everywhere. Then night shift attendant unpleasant, I seem to be an inconvenience. The morning shift attendant was the complete opposite. Very kind and cheery. Until maintenance and property upgrades I wouldn’t recommend the property.

The pool was not avaliable and completely closed, even though It said there was a pool. No notice on their website. False advertisement. The room was dirty. My feet turned black from walking around in the room. They obviously have plumbing issues. I had to get a plunger from them twice. Toilet would barely flushed. Every worker I encountered was extremely heloful and nice.

The Hotel is really close to the mall, walking distance to a Wawa and my room was quiet and clean. Only problems was bathroom was a little small,WIFI service was 50/50 at best and no pool. But I would definitely stay there again especially for the good rate I got on the room

Honestly it was beyond horrible and I stayed in some questionable ones before and this my friends on hotels.com knocks it out of the ball park (maybe the Phillies should take tips on how to knock it out of the ball park and you all would be winning the World Series now) but let’s start with the hotel smelled like a mix of cigarettes weed(which is okay pa is a medical state just warning folks who hate weed) and mix with piss prob from the junkies they allow to live there or the free two pet policy or both. Get there tv doesn’t work hot water is the cold temp in normal places like ur home and if u count luke warm as hot than ur be happy. The nail polish stains on the top was amazing im glad to see they can’t spend a few bucks on nail polish removal for when guests have accidents. No bed bugs and bed was clean. Floor was sticky but clean showing they either are lazy and over kill the soap or use cold water to mop. I was happy the elevator worked. I guess impressed since WiFi was hit or miss thank god for my hot spot. When called and ask for a new room they sent up a maintenance guy who did fix tv and explain the shower nothing could really be done about the WiFi. When reading other 1 star reviews please do over look the traffic sound if you don’t do ur research on ur surroundings that’s on u not the hotel. I would not stay here unless I had no other choice. The motel is not clean, smells of weed, and generally felt unsafe. The rooms said non-smoking, but there was nowhere that I didn't smell weed. I paid for two nights and could only be refunded for one night.

The model is very dirty. It looks fine from outside. When I entered the model, I noticed that the hall way is very dirty. It probably has NOT been cleaned for a very LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOG time. After entering the room, I found that the AC is not working. Asked front desk to switch to another room. The room floor is very sticky. I also noticed that the bed sheets are not changed. They only made the bed, and did not change the sheet. You can still find the hairs from the person before. I talked to the front desk and get clean sheets and changed them myself. Also, the bath tub is dirty, there are many brown spots on the bath tub (probably burned by cigarettes). Bath tub looks like a scene in a horrible movie. Avoid this model if you can.

We had called to ask about a possible early check-in, and the man on the phone said yes, but only 30 minutes before the regular check-in time. We got there 30 minutes prior, and the guy at the front desk said our room wasn't ready, and to wait an additional 30 minutes. Annoying, but the room was more notable. There was dried green sludge on the floor in multiple spots. No idea if this was vomit or some cleaning product. It made me question how clean the rest of the room really was, as there were dust and crumbs underneath the tables. We did have a tv, fridge, and microwave, but the microwave was a little gross. Outside of the room, the entire motel smelled like cigarettes, weed, chlorine, and other mystery smells. They must call in Motel 6 due to the 6 smells lingering all over the place. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Bathroom was completely uncleaned. Tons of dirt in the tub and sink and what looked like blood on the floor.

The room was not properly cleaned, blood or makeup all over the bathroom light switch, stain on the bed sheet, hair on the shower and used toilet paper in the bathroom under the sink..

Awful! We stayed for about 45 minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel. Dirty! Toilet was filthy. Fecal mater in the tub. We were afraid to sit on the bed. The whole hotel smelled like EVERYTHING. Weed, alcohol, old food. We have pictures and video from before we left. When we checked in to our second hotel, I had to shower because I felt so dirty. I will say the young lady at the front desk was very nice.

The overall property is disgusting, worn, dirty and in disrepair. The toilet did not flush in the room. Their anwer, they give you a plunger.The water in the sink just from brushing my teeth never drained. Where is the health department????

Rooms are very austere, concrete walls, no decor. ice machines, vending machines and elevator all noisy and in need of maintenance. Loud neighbors & kids running thru hallways. Clean bed and working TV the only positives, probably won't stay again.

Motel 6’s are great for a simple nights sleep if you aren’t interested in any amenities. This Motel 6 smelt bad, the beds were the worst I have experienced, felt like a pull out coach, the sheets felt like there was sand in the bed and the location is beside a highway so you he can hear the cars go by. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Internet was down > I am disable and they put me on the 2nd floor and could not put me ground floor which made it very hard for me as I have a severe breathing problem.

Liked the location, however the hotel is old, needs paint and new carpet in the halls. The beds are cheap with poor mattress and thin pillows. There are no amenities other than a couple little bars of soap and some paper cups. There is some weak coffee and vending machines in the lobby. We stayed two nights but got no housekeeping service.

The location area is nice. The rooms are nice sized. The service is good. The front desk ladies are nice. My only complaint is the room isn't very clean. The bathroom floor is not swept well. Especially behind and next to the toilet there is debris on the floor. The room floor is not swept good. There are pieces of debris here and there. The clothes hangers in the room had human hairs hanging from them. I would not recommend this place and won't be back.

Wifi was complete crap and only worked properly in lobby, not in the room at all. Room had constant vibration and noise from some loud machines running nearby. Bed was so-so. Found someone else's hair within our linens. Overall the price was low, which matched the quality of the stay. If your just looking for a place to sleep for the night and are on a budget, it isn't bad, average I'd say. But overall it was not a great experience. There was huge line at check-in because other guests were extremely upset with staff about something. Location was convenient for travel and visiting the city.

The front desk clerk did not know how to check me in. She tried to charge me twice for the room. It took over an hour for me to finally get checked in. It was a horrible experience because she wasn’t properly trained.

The lady at the checkin Friday was excellent. I didn’t get her name but she went out of her way to help me. She was the person on duty around 4pm

Manager on duty was unprofessional, the hotel is mismanaged

There was no remote for the tv, I called & informed them of this, yet nothing was done to fix the situation. So when I checked out the next day, the lady at the front desk informed me that I’d receive $15 back on my bank card for the inconvenience. The t is several days later & I haven’t received the money yet.

This property is great to have for just sleeping and basic needs. I was in the area for a lacrosse tournament, and my son and I were never in. It’s very close to the King of Prussia Mall, which is an awesome mall. And there are great restaurants nearby (as well as a Costco and Wawa). But it’s not a family vacation type of place. I was fine with the whole experience as my son and I weren’t there to lounge around and enjoy the amenities.

No coffee, no fridge, no microwave. No hot water in the morning. No toothpaste. The room was under construction. The water in the sink wouldn't go down. Nobody cleans there. It's cheap and filthy. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Hallways were dirty. Vacuum? Room was basic. Sink was by door not in bathroom. I swear there was a mention of continental breakfast but there was none. Otherwise you get what you pay for.
