Hotel Igeretxe

Primera impresión al llegar bastante negativa, ningún tipo de iluminación en las escaleras de acceso al hotel, recepción con horario muy limitado, interior del hotel en bastante mal estado, la habitación con una decoración muy austera, sin ningun cuadro y todo de color beige, solo 2 capsulas de cafe y no leche en ,a habitación,televisión muy pequeña, no usb points, no canales de televisión internacionales, rodapies en muy mal estado, buenas vistas a la playa de Ereaga, no buffet de desayuno tuvimos que usar el buffett del hotel Tamarises, las areas comunes del hotel en muy mal estado y muy poco cuidadas, el hotel en si necesita una reforma total.

it is being refurbished during may 2024 so avoid it. There is little service. It was the first hotel I have ever stayed when one could not get a cup of tea. There is no breakfast,lunch or dinner. Metro is an arduous climb. My wife. Likes a hot water bottle, no hot water available. The following night Xavier (Havier) did the needful. Location is stunning,but a hostel would be better.

Hotellet ligger smukt direkte på stranden . Meget venligt personale i receptionen. Store værelser med kaffefaciliter og god rengøring . Hotellet er lidt slidt nogle steder, men er ellers charmerende . Man kunne købe morgenmad i Restauranten nedenunder, men der var lang kø og et mindre udvalg, så vi valgte at spise morgenmad på hotellet overfor.

A bit tired generally, we paid for a sea-view - it was across a balcony we could not use, so therefore obstructed - yes you could see the sea but !!! The descriptions were (immediately agreed by the receptionist who started working on correcting them) to be out of date and inaccurate. It was suggested we pre-book parking we tried but although the call was answered by an automated switchboard - we shall be with you shortly - no one picked up. The receptionist tried herself and found the phone did not ring at her desk, so hardly surprising it was not answered. We had a window which opened and that cooled the room (advertised air-con did not work so that was the only option). Possibly as a result we had mosquitos in room and were both bitten at least 20 times during an over-hot night. I found at least 3 mosquitos the next morning in the bathroom Breakfast was not available in hotel although there was the Solera bar / restaurant below that offered a (seemingly grudginly) breakfast service. Well located on the beach-front and hotel parking (no charge) in an open area beside the beach was relatively convenient (the alternative finding pay parking wherever you could in street) albeit perhaps 100 yards and up steps from hotel entrance Hotel is well-located for beach side walk and funicular to upper town for evening eating / drinking options. A function of proximity to beach is early morning dog-walkers let their yapping dogs wake you up.

Faltaría una alternativa para ingreso de discapacitados

Televisión anticuada y cama y incómoda (parecía supletoria). Además que no se pueda aparcar en el parking a partir de las 22:00 de la noche tampoco nos pareció bien.

No sé si necesita reforma integral o derribarlo y hacer uno nuevo . Además no tiene cafetería hasta las 09:30 h , ni recepción después de las 22:00 .Le sobran 3 estrellas

The staff at the front counter was amazing and very helpful! The property is under construction, which I did not realize when I booked. It’s noisy and the bed was quite hard, but the surrounding area and location are wonderful.

Dejligt hotel, direkte på stranden. Stort værelse, god aircondition. Ingen mad inkluderet. Der er 2 restauranter, den ene åbner kl 09.30. Parkering, enten kan du ringe til hotellet og reservere en af deres, eller du kan holde på gaden og f.eks. betale med Easypark. Tæt på bykernenen med mange små hyggelige cafeer og restauranter.

Tuvimos que pedir el cambio de habitación por el ruido de un concierto que se celebraba en el bar/restaurante debajo de la habitación. No dispone de servicio de desayuno. La recepción cierra a las 22.00. Hay una pronunciada escalera para llegar al vestíbulo del hotel. El estado de la habitación correcta y dispone de aparcamiento al aire libre junto al hotel.

Nos picaron mosquitos o chinches, no tengo claro que ha sido. Menos mal que a mi hijo pequeño no le dio reacción como otras veces porque habríamos terminado en urgencias. He visto que a otros clientes les ha pasado, la bebe estaba con la cara como si tuviera varicela

Due to a terrace outside this room the beach view was limited. However, the room was kept clean, all the staff were helpful and were always happy to assist us whenever we asked. We did not need to touch the air conditioning. There was a coffee maker in the room and coffee supplies were replaced as used each day. We came back to this hotel as it was on the beach and our previous experience was great.

No pude dormir, habían unas goteras que tuve que tapar por mi cuenta pero seguía expandiéndose el agua y lo peor era el ruido que hacia

En general muy bien, ubicación excelente, para comer excelente, un poco desfasado, pero limpió y agradable

El hotel no cumple con los estándares de cuatro estrellas, la habitación sí es grande pero está vieja y sucia, olía muy fuerte a pescado que venía del restaurante, la habitación está para tres personas pero solo tiene mobiliario para dos (sillas, sin mesa)

Hotel tranquilo, limpio y con zona para aparcar.

Se ve el paso de los años y de la brisa marina en las instalaciones. Aseo de la habitacion solo digo que durante dos días estaban cabellos de no sé qué persona (yo soy calvo) en el piso y allí estuvieron dos días. Fatal ese detalle. Sillas manchadas, alfombra con polvo de la construcción y manchada de humedad o agua.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel. Reception is only partly manned and then by a sour, rude woman who clearly doesn’t want to be there! Seaside room was mainly obscured by an inaccessible deck area. Room wasn’t clean or there was blood on my pillow. Access to car park is closed at 10pm (in Spain!) and hotel to bar area is via a dirty service corridor. Don’t be fooled by old reviews. This is barely a 3/10.

La habitación con vistas es muy bonita y acogedora. Las camas son cómodos y grandes y el baño es amplio y cómodo. El sitio es tranquilo y tiene fácil acceso para aparcar en los alrededores.

Aucune insonorisation dans les chambres. Nous avons passé une nuit à ne pas dormir car la chambre à côté les clients ont fait du bruit. Pas de petit déjeuner continental malgré l'annonce. Chambre vue jardin ve n'était qu'un palmier devant la route. Personne à laccueil la nuit. Fuite dans la sdb.

El hotel es bonito y está a pie de playa (en una especie de bahía en el puerto) es fácil aparcar ya que no hay OTA hasta Junio-septiembre. Mi habitación, 8, no le funcionaban las luces de las mesillas y las del cabecero tampoco, el interruptor no hacía buen contacto. Por lo demás, la habitación esta muy bien. Es paso directo al aeropuerto y los aviones vuelan bajito por encima del hotel. Volvería? Seguramente.

Très satisfait, bon rapport qualité prix, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Notre fille avait oublié son portable. On est pas passé le récupérer, hôtel honnête et sérieux cela fait plaisir

Spacious room, pleasant staff.

Tanto al llegar como el estar, me senti bien acogida, el personal muy simpatico y atento. Para mi gusto, lo recomiendo. Voy a volver. Gracias.

J ai fait beaucoup hôtel je n ai jamais vu ça pas de réception pas de petit déjeuner sur la terrasse mobilier cassé pour une chambre de luxe même pas de kleenex je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Personal de recepción. Sin aptitud de buen servicio, La habitación. que reserve no estaba disponible, ni cuentan con estacionamiento propio es en la calle, falta mantenimiento en general al hotel. Televisión es muy pequeñas !!

Un excellent accueil du personnel.

No dan desayunos y te tienes que buscar la vida. Por la noche no tienen recepción y si tienes algún problema ajo y agua , en nuestro caso no había agua caliente a si que ducha fría o desodorante al canto . Para un hotel de 4 estrellas deberían de mirar tener recepción 24 horas

Meget lidt service - virkede uvenlige og ikke om ønske at gå opholdet til at være behageligt Rod med restaurant og bar Ikke til at få kaffe om morgenen Til 2 kopper på værelset - gok i receptionen og spurgte til mere kaffe - det kunne hun aldeles ikke hjælpe med - jeg kunne bare finde rengøringen - aldeles uvenlig og ikke service minded

Nice Hotel on the beach in Getxo, Bilbao. Excellent view from the room towards the beach. The restaurants were closed for renovation / change of owner and this meant no food was available in the hotel. There are restaurants close by and this covered up for this.

Fin beliggenhed nærmest på stranden med udsigt til havneindløbet i Getxo. Metro station (Neguri) få minutters gang fra hotellet med forbindelse til Bilbao. Kan varmt anbefale at lade bilen stå og tage metroen. Stoppested 8-10 min gang fra Guggenheim museet.

Hotel Igrerexte is due a renovation. - a little tired but very comfortable - everything we needed. Great location - excellent dining options on site and easy access for awesome walks to Algorta and L:as Arenas. Happy to recommend

Lugar único en Vizcaya. Vistas espectaculares. Un hotel super acogedor.

La ubicación impresionante

Un hôtel très agréable face a la mer dans un beau quartier de Getxo mais le niveau de service était très limité car hors période touristique donc pas de petit déjeuner

We had a lovely stay. A very nice place and the food in the restaurant below was fabulous.
