Was very dissappointed that the pool facilities were out of order. We had planned to swim and had called the hotel before booking to make sure there was a pool. I do Water Aerobics for physical therapy and was unable to do so. Everything else was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Everything was great. The second tv in the room didn’t work, so mom and I had to sacrifice what we wanted to watch for the little one, then maintenance came the day we were leaving to ask about it… breakfast was free 6-9am if I remember correctly. The waffles were good, everything is was what you’d probably expect for hotel breakfast. Indoor pool was kinda cool. Overall a good stay.

Staff were very accommodating when we requested to change rooms. Collins (desk clerk) was very understanding of our situation. Lobby and breakfast areas were kept clean during our stay. Indoor heated pool was a little too cold. Loved having towels available at the pool.

It could have been better. The worse part were the fleas in our room. Waking up to a flea on you is not pleasant. The hotel is obviously pet friendly since we saw several animals upon arrival. They need to do regular treatments. Very unsanitary. The thing out of their control is the very thin walls. We could hear people talking in the next room. The area around was very nice though.

The property was nice and the service was excellent, but i got ate up by either bed bugs or fleas all over my body. I woke up, checked out and got directly on the road to Houston and have been miserable the whole drive and still at home while i try to treat the bites

The rooms were not cleaned especially the floor and bed prior to my visit. It was so bad that I winded up not staying there and having to ask a friend to come pick me up. There were blood spots on the blankets, along with dog hair and wrappers on the floor. When I asked to speak to a manager there was not one, hotels.com refused to refund me without speaking to a manager and the staff of the hotel had no care in the world. Pls zoom in to the photos to look at stains. They have the rooms very dem on purpose.

The hotel is terrific except the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from the occupied rooms next to you. The staff were great and friendly, breakfast was good, and the location and easy access is all wonderful. If you can sleep through other people talking, watching TV, etc. this is a great place.

Everything was over the top wonderful about the whole experience. But one strange thing does stick in my mind, and that is the room, by design, is intentionally dark. There's no way to brighten up the room. It is dark with all of the lights on.

This is a newer hotel and the rooms look like they have been renovated already. Carpet was removed from the rooms, which I love. The bed/mattress was extremely comfortable and the room was very roomy, temperature was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We usually stay here every time we are in Frisco to see our family. I highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is very good also.

Bed was comfy, plenty of room, blinds actually let it be dark in the room. THE ISSUE…Walls and floors are paper thin…could hear tons of noise in the adjoining rooms and from above…if you value a quiet place to rest, this is not the place for you. SHAME on the contractors / developer for constructing a hotel building like this!

Room was spacious and very clean and modern. No complaints on accommodates. Little noisy with kids running up and down the halls and also had someone above us that walked like they had sledge hammers for feet, it was ridiculous. Not hotels fault. Our stay otherwise was quite nice.

The property was very nice and welcoming, perfect for the vacation I had with my friends and cousin. The surrounding area was great, with plenty of good things nearby. The Dallas stadium was super close just about a 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive. Breakfast was excellent!

The area was not walkable to anything and was in an industrial park type area. The outside areas had trash and there was traffic noise. However the beds were comfy and room was clean. And plenty of dining. And shopping options were driveable

The receptionist on the second day Aug 17 was very helpful. The receptionist on the firs day (August 15 night) was not helpful at all. The wifi was not working, no shower caps, no additional towel availability, there was some plastic covers with some liquid in some of the drawers (not cleaned thorougly before providing the room). Long queue wait times ( it took 30 mins to get my questions answered, had to return back to ask questions). The rooms was smelling mould and when requested for air freshner, they did not provide it. Breakfast is good though.

The wifi was not working, no shower caps, no additional towel availability, there was some plastic covers with some liquid in some of the drawers (not cleaned thorougly before providing the room). Long queue wait times ( it took 30 mins to get my questions answered, had to return back to ask questions). The rooms was smelling mould and when requested for air freshner, they did not provide it. Breakfast is good though.

Night clerk was unpleasant and not helpful. Multiple guests told me they also had poor experiences with her. Carpet was dingy. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good.

I would like to start by saying the property is gorgeous in and out. The staff is wonderful too. However, the walls are paper thin. We were woken by an alarm clock next store that was going off for at least 10-15 minutes. I had to call the front desk to check into it. Then about an hour later the guest on the other side were so loud, I almost knocked on the wall. All before 7 AM.

When we visit Frisco, TX we always stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and roomy, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great, indoor pool is nice to have and this hotel is right in the middle of Frisco and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.
