Royal Orchid Golden Suites Pune

We had to ask multiple times for towels. If they provided bath towels they missed hand towels. Bathroom was clean but grout lines were dirty. Nice location with lots of shops and amenities nearby

1st issue: Some of my toiletry personal belongings were thrown to the dustbin by the housekeeping and I had to repurchase the things 2nd Issue: No AC was there in the restaurant, 3rd Issue: Multiple times, they gave me wrong bills which I had to correct. Finally, a bill which INR excess was charged and they refused to return, stating that they would adjust next time. They didnt even adjust the loss of my personal belongings. Name of the Manager was Prashant.

Room was not clean at all. There was some issue with the AC in the bed room since it was not cooling enough. I have not received the King bed even requested it in advance. I have been to this hotel multiple times but this time was the worst experience. Staff at the dinning hall (during the breakfast) was very helpful.

Great place Better Indian food than most places
