A fantastic hotel with wonderful views. We received a very nice welcome from the hotel manager Nando and his team and they were very helpful during our stay. /David - Sweden

The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.

The staff is exceptionally good! Rooms are spacious, clean, wonderful bar and restaurant, good breakfast. SPA is great!

Room clean. Staff excellent. Special thanks to Patricio who helped me dig out car from snow. Very nice spa. Only complaint was I did not enjoy the food at dinner so recommend against full board
