Parking was easy. Breakfast above avg. Room was not cleaned. Shower leaked to the bath area. We did not towels and we used the ones we had for the floor. We requested fresh towels and the front girl got us those. But the wet towels were left on the floor. The rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed every day. Fresh towels. The shampoo and other were basically out.

I was very happy with the comfort of the room and the pool. In the middle of the night the room got very warm and switched on the air conditioner only to find out that it blew out hot air only. I contacted the front desk and the man there tried to help fix it but was unable to. He offered to switch our room, but it was already 2am and i was traveling with 2 young children. The room was 77 degrees overnight. I wouldve been very happy here, if it were not for this issue. We were staying only one night, the maintenance man came only as we were checking out at 10am to fix this issue.

Great for a one night stay. The bed was confortable and air conditioning worked well. The sheets did have a stain. And the bathroom shower had mold in the grout- those were the only 2 negatives. But over all it was in a safe feeling location, close to a few shopping centers with multuple options for food.

The only complaint we have is that the bed was supper hard and thr pillows.... well what pillows. You might was well have just slept with out them. Our necks where so sore for the week after and our backs are still hurting.

We stayed in one of the recently refinished rooms and while a bit small, it was new, comfortable and clean. I was most impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff at the hotel, especially the front desk. It's been awhile since I've been greeted in such a friendly manner, even remembering my name at check-out, and had such a hassle-free experience. We stayed over a tournament weekend and it was busy but I thought the hotel handled it well.

There are restaurants a short drive away but nothing in walking distance. You can hear the road and the ac is very loud, which doesn’t bother me but might be a problem for others. Nice staff, clean, affordable.

Our 3rd time stayjng here. Lovely facility, easy access, lots of parking, super clean. Frontvdesk staff us always welcoming and gracious. Also, great Italian restaurant across the road!

Parking was easy. Breakfast above avg. Room was not cleaned. Shower leaked to the bath area. We did not towels and we used the ones we had for the floor. We requested fresh towels and the front girl got us those. But the wet towels were left on the floor. The rooms need to be cleaned and refreshed every day. Fresh towels. The shampoo and other were basically out.

The hotel was clean & updated. Breakfast was adequate. Enjoyed dinner at an Italian restaurant, Zabbibo across the road. Perfect place to stay halfway on our road trip.

There were no privacy curtains. Only the sheer light filtering ones. We ended up tying the extra blanket to the curtain rod for some privacy and to block out the street lights at night. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. They did lock us out of our room before checkout, but that was quickly fixed with no problems, they handled it well. Curtain thing was really the only weird thing.

The first day in the room, we noticed the toilet didn’t flush properly. You had to flush multiple times for the tissue to go down. The second day, toilet overflowed causing the whole room to flood. We (3 of us) had to quickly grab our thing and exit the room. We were then placed in an handicap accessible room. The bed in that room was literally 6-8 inches from the floor. I complained and was told they were fully booked. Then I was told they would have another room ready in 30 minutes. My party and I waited in the lobby with all our belongings. About 10 minutes later a room happens to be available. The new room was fine and the toilet worked properly, but there were only 2 sets of bath cloth/towels. I paid for 3 guests. I asked for an extra set and was told they didn’t have any available. They were low on stock. I called the next morning and asked again, and was told they would send up a set, however i did not receive it by checkout time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. 😡 ~GA Girl~
