A lovely room in Banica apartments with a good size en suite bathroom with excellent shower. Right in the middle of the old town of Split so a very convenient location and a great roof terrace & kitchen facilites available for guests use. Church bells ring early morning and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Very helpful receptionists with clear instructions of how to access the property.

It was a fantastic experience. I was warmly greeted by Ivan and given a tour of the amenities. He gave me a list of places to see and miss from a list I had and other tips about Split. My room was bright, immaculate and spacious with a balcony that overlooked part of the palace. I had laundry that needed to be washed at no additional cost. The covered terrace had plenty of seating and tables, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. Plus, a rooftop terrace with a jaw dropping view of Diocletians Palace and Split! Early mornings and late nights were spent enjoying the view from said rooftop! The location dosen't get any better than this, you are literally in the heart of the Palace! When visiting Split, there's no question that you must stay here! I can't recommend this property enough! *note that this property dosen't have an elevator.

Fantastic stay, the roof terrace & shared kitchen were a great option that we used everyday. Luca & Petar were great hosts making sure we were informed of everything. We booked the private taxi pickup through them which was excellent & very convenient as one of the Banico team met us & helped with our luggage.

Petar reached out via What’s App ahead of our arrival. Luca then met us out front at the our estimated time and gave us a run down of the property as well as a list of restaurant recommendations. Both were excellent in customer service. The room while small, was very clean and met our expectations. The bed was quite comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The property is well situated in old town adjacent to Diocletian’s Palace. It was about a ten minute walk to Marjan and the path taking us to the top. Very convenient and close to good dining and drinks. The bar next door is hoping and allows for a night cap before turning in. The property kitchen is very good to have and offers a great coffee machine with all amenities for morning Java included. I would recommend this property.

Apartments Banica is about as central as you could ask for, about halfway between the Iron gate and the bell tower. Surrounded by gelato shops and restaurants, we never had more than a five minute walk to anywhere except the beach and the Marjan Hill and marina. Ivan and Ante were on duty and super informative and helpful, setting up our rides to and from the airport and giving us plenty of tips about the apartments and the city of Split. The room was very comfortable with one large bed and one fold out twin. (We were traveling 2 1, and it was perfect.) The small in-room fridge was supplemented by a full kitchen in the common area/terrace where we could bring our snacks to enjoy in the shade. There's even a rooftop with seating to enjoy some of the local wine. We would happily stay here again!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Split – 10/10 Absolutely excellent location right inside Diocletian’s Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted with luggage and went above and beyond with any help we needed. The terrace offers a breathtaking view over the historic city, truly one of the best views in the world. We didn’t even feel the need to go to restaurants in the evening — we just grabbed a beer and enjoyed the view from the apartment terrace. Superb kitchen facilities made it easy to prepare meals. Everything is nearby: shops, sights, and the waterfront. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend — 10/10!

The property was in an excellent position at the heart of the Diocletion palace. Facilities were really good with a rooftop kitchen ideal for snacks and breakfast with great views of the town. Sixty steps to the rooms could make it challenging for the less fit.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was new & worked well. Small balcony overlooking rooftops with a small table & chairs was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful & the roof terrace with kitchen a great bonus. The fridge was not very cold and there was no big mirror in the room, just a small table mirror.

Great place to stay in old split city if you like to stay mostly around that area and take boat tours. Close to restaurants, green market, Riva, beaches and many tours. Center of old city and a bit nosiy at night because of the bars nearby. Bed is comfortable and size of room was standard and basic amenities. The terrace was a nice shared space to sit and relax to have coffee in the morning and have an overview of the city. Only little hiccup was that the showerhead fell off but was fixed and resolved within an hour.

These apartments over look Apollo's Temple in the old Palace. They are easy to find but you have to negotiate 3 or 4 floors of stairs. They are spacious and clean and have a roof top Balcony with a small communal kitchen. We are in our 60's and really enjoyed our stay. The young man who checked us in was extremely helpful and carried our heavy bags up for us. It is very central to all of Split and the waterfront. We had 4 days and loved our time.

The staff was super nice and accommodating. The property was clean. The shared kitchen was a nice touch. The patio and rooftop level were great amenity. The proximity to the City Center was great. The only thing I would caution is this building has no elevator. The unit we were in was on the 5th floor. So having to walk up 5 flights of stair every day.

Adoramos a estadia. Ficamos a poucos metros do Palácio Dioclesiano. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Para o viajante de carro é difícil encontrar estacionamento. Ficamos 3 noites e foi uma delícia!. O quarto era novinho, limpo demais, moderno, com um banheiro enorme reformado. Tudo com muito capricho e um terraço comum a todos os hospedes. Com máquina de café gratuito, vinho, geladeira e fogão para fazer comida rápida. A ideia é genial. O interessante é que a cidade era super alegre e movimentada, mas o apartamento era silencioso demais. O único inconveniente são 4 ou 5 lances de escada. No nosso caso, saíamos cedo e só voltávamos para dormir, então não podemos reclamar, mas é bom o hóspede saber disso, porque, como leio sempre os comentários, não fui pega de surpresa. Stella, a administradora da propriedade, é muito engraçada e atenciosa. Não tivemos nenhum problema com a estadia, pelo contrário, foi inesquecível! Voltaremos um dia e ficaremos hospedados lá, com certeza!

Très bien situé ! Magnifique vue du toit terrasse !! Seul petit bémol un jour le ménage n’a pas était fait je pense mais surtout les fenêtres qui ont beaux etre doublées laisse passer tout le beur de la rue ! Prévoyez vos boules quies Nous avons dormi dans le studio , rien à redire bien spacieux ! Propriétaires très aimables :)

Die Unterkunft liegt superzentral mitten im Diokletianspalast. Dort ist viel los, so dass man - insbesondere am Wochenende - wegen des Lärms nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Aber dafür gibt's ja eine Klimaanlage. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gross mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Traumhaft sind die beiden Dachterrassen (1x überdacht, 1x offen), von denen man einen Blick über die Spliter Altstadt und bis zum Meer hat. Sie bieten auch eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Kaffee-Vollautomat steht zur Verfügung, um gebrauchtes Geschirr kümmert sich das Personal. Rundum-Service für eine Übernachtung ohne Verpflegung, richtig klasse! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, man konnte selbst entscheiden, ob bzw. wie oft das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Es wurden sogar kostenlos Badetücher für den Strandbesuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: in der Dusche war keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo, Duschgel etc. vorhanden.

It was a fantastic experience. I was warmly greeted by Ivan and given a tour of the amenities. He gave me a list of places to see and miss from a list I had and other tips about Split. My room was bright, immaculate and spacious with a balcony that overlooked part of the palace. I had laundry that needed to be washed at no additional cost. The covered terrace had plenty of seating and tables, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom. Plus, a rooftop terrace with a jaw dropping view of Diocletians Palace and Split! Early mornings and late nights were spent enjoying the view from said rooftop! The location dosen't get any better than this, you are literally in the heart of the Palace! When visiting Split, there's no question that you must stay here! I can't recommend this property enough! *note that this property dosen't have an elevator.

Great room in the center of town! Lovely view from the communal terrace! Caution if you don’t like stairs or a bit of town noise, but perfect if you would like to stay in the middle of the old town of Split- which is gorgeous.

These apartments over look Apollo's Temple in the old Palace. They are easy to find but you have to negotiate 3 or 4 floors of stairs. They are spacious and clean and have a roof top Balcony with a small communal kitchen. We are in our 60's and really enjoyed our stay. The young man who checked us in was extremely helpful and carried our heavy bags up for us. It is very central to all of Split and the waterfront. We had 4 days and loved our time.

Petar reached out via What’s App ahead of our arrival. Luca then met us out front at the our estimated time and gave us a run down of the property as well as a list of restaurant recommendations. Both were excellent in customer service. The room while small, was very clean and met our expectations. The bed was quite comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The property is well situated in old town adjacent to Diocletian’s Palace. It was about a ten minute walk to Marjan and the path taking us to the top. Very convenient and close to good dining and drinks. The bar next door is hoping and allows for a night cap before turning in. The property kitchen is very good to have and offers a great coffee machine with all amenities for morning Java included. I would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, the terrace and kitchen facilities were excellent and the atmosphere was so chill. The staff was really helpful with everything we needed help with. Also situated right in the center so it was so easy to get around on foot. Highly recommend staying at Banica!

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was new & worked well. Small balcony overlooking rooftops with a small table & chairs was lovely. Staff were extremely helpful & the roof terrace with kitchen a great bonus. The fridge was not very cold and there was no big mirror in the room, just a small table mirror.

Die Unterkunft liegt superzentral mitten im Diokletianspalast. Dort ist viel los, so dass man - insbesondere am Wochenende - wegen des Lärms nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Aber dafür gibt's ja eine Klimaanlage. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gross mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Traumhaft sind die beiden Dachterrassen (1x überdacht, 1x offen), von denen man einen Blick über die Spliter Altstadt und bis zum Meer hat. Sie bieten auch eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Kaffee-Vollautomat steht zur Verfügung, um gebrauchtes Geschirr kümmert sich das Personal. Rundum-Service für eine Übernachtung ohne Verpflegung, richtig klasse! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, man konnte selbst entscheiden, ob bzw. wie oft das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Es wurden sogar kostenlos Badetücher für den Strandbesuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: in der Dusche war keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo, Duschgel etc. vorhanden.

Great place to stay in old split city if you like to stay mostly around that area and take boat tours. Close to restaurants, green market, Riva, beaches and many tours. Center of old city and a bit nosiy at night because of the bars nearby. Bed is comfortable and size of room was standard and basic amenities. The terrace was a nice shared space to sit and relax to have coffee in the morning and have an overview of the city. Only little hiccup was that the showerhead fell off but was fixed and resolved within an hour.

Fantastic stay, the roof terrace & shared kitchen were a great option that we used everyday. Luca & Petar were great hosts making sure we were informed of everything. We booked the private taxi pickup through them which was excellent & very convenient as one of the Banico team met us & helped with our luggage.

Location is perfect. Its within the old town. Few meters away from the cathedral. Gelateria and bakery here and there. Picasso bar on the ground floor. It can be noisy until 1am. Studio unit is spacious. Receptionist responds right away when you message them for something. Its close to the promenade and port. When its available on your search dates grab it right away! You wont regret with its convenience. One thing that im not so happy is that there’s no elevator and we stayed on the 3rd floor. But, most boutique hotels in the old town dont have so its quit. Hahahaha

We stayed here for three nights and had a fantastic experience. Peter was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, always ready to help with any questions or needs. He even helped arrange tours we were hoping to do. The location is just steps from the city center near the Bell Tower. Peter also coordinated a private driver to pick us up from the airport and walk us right to the front door—and did the same for our departure. Each night, we relaxed on the roof top patio with a view of the clock tower, winding down after busy days of exploring.

Brilliant location, two seconds from all the old town stuff. The room was very comfortable too. The highlight was the hosts Ivan and Ante, they went out of their way to meet you, get to know you and help answer questions. Two nicest guys in Croatia! The patio was out of this world awesome. And a free espresso machine!! Five stars all around, highly recommend!!

Apartments Banica is about as central as you could ask for, about halfway between the Iron gate and the bell tower. Surrounded by gelato shops and restaurants, we never had more than a five minute walk to anywhere except the beach and the Marjan Hill and marina. Ivan and Ante were on duty and super informative and helpful, setting up our rides to and from the airport and giving us plenty of tips about the apartments and the city of Split. The room was very comfortable with one large bed and one fold out twin. (We were traveling 2 1, and it was perfect.) The small in-room fridge was supplemented by a full kitchen in the common area/terrace where we could bring our snacks to enjoy in the shade. There's even a rooftop with seating to enjoy some of the local wine. We would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It made it easy when the location within the walls was so close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suitcases were carried up the many stairs to the apartment on our arrival and back down when we left which we were very happy about. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed having our breakfast and some drinks on the rooftop terrace. It was great to have the common kitchen on the rooftop to make our own breakfast and have coffee from their very awesome coffee machine. We would happily stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Luc is very helpful and kind. The room is spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the rooftop balcony and the kitchen for making coffee. The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town.

Adoramos a estadia. Ficamos a poucos metros do Palácio Dioclesiano. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Para o viajante de carro é difícil encontrar estacionamento. Ficamos 3 noites e foi uma delícia!. O quarto era novinho, limpo demais, moderno, com um banheiro enorme reformado. Tudo com muito capricho e um terraço comum a todos os hospedes. Com máquina de café gratuito, vinho, geladeira e fogão para fazer comida rápida. A ideia é genial. O interessante é que a cidade era super alegre e movimentada, mas o apartamento era silencioso demais. O único inconveniente são 4 ou 5 lances de escada. No nosso caso, saíamos cedo e só voltávamos para dormir, então não podemos reclamar, mas é bom o hóspede saber disso, porque, como leio sempre os comentários, não fui pega de surpresa. Stella, a administradora da propriedade, é muito engraçada e atenciosa. Não tivemos nenhum problema com a estadia, pelo contrário, foi inesquecível! Voltaremos um dia e ficaremos hospedados lá, com certeza!

The small in-room fridge was supplemented by a full kitchen in the common area/terrace where we could bring our snacks to enjoy in the shade. There's even a rooftop with seating to enjoy some of the local wine. We would happily stay here again!

The property was in an excellent position at the heart of the Diocletion palace. Facilities were really good with a rooftop kitchen ideal for snacks and breakfast with great views of the town. Sixty steps to the rooms could make it challenging for the less fit.

Great place to stay in old split city if you like to stay mostly around that area and take boat tours. Close to restaurants, green market, Riva, beaches and many tours. Center of old city and a bit nosiy at night because of the bars nearby. Bed is comfortable and size of room was standard and basic amenities. The terrace was a nice shared space to sit and relax to have coffee in the morning and have an overview of the city. Only little hiccup was that the showerhead fell off but was fixed and resolved within an hour.

Fantastic stay, the roof terrace & shared kitchen were a great option that we used everyday. Luca & Petar were great hosts making sure we were informed of everything. We booked the private taxi pickup through them which was excellent & very convenient as one of the Banico team met us & helped with our luggage.

Petar reached out via What’s App ahead of our arrival. Luca then met us out front at the our estimated time and gave us a run down of the property as well as a list of restaurant recommendations. Both were excellent in customer service. The room while small, was very clean and met our expectations. The bed was quite comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The property is well situated in old town adjacent to Diocletian’s Palace. It was about a ten minute walk to Marjan and the path taking us to the top. Very convenient and close to good dining and drinks. The bar next door is hoping and allows for a night cap before turning in. The property kitchen is very good to have and offers a great coffee machine with all amenities for morning Java included. I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It made it easy when the location within the walls was so close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suitcases were carried up the many stairs to the apartment on our arrival and back down when we left which we were very happy about. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed having our breakfast and some drinks on the rooftop terrace. It was great to have the common kitchen on the rooftop to make our own breakfast and have coffee from their very awesome coffee machine. We would happily stay again!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Split – 10/10 Absolutely excellent location right inside Diocletian’s Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted with luggage and went above and beyond with any help we needed. The terrace offers a breathtaking view over the historic city, truly one of the best views in the world. We didn’t even feel the need to go to restaurants in the evening — we just grabbed a beer and enjoyed the view from the apartment terrace. Superb kitchen facilities made it easy to prepare meals. Everything is nearby: shops, sights, and the waterfront. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend — 10/10!

Die Unterkunft liegt superzentral mitten im Diokletianspalast. Dort ist viel los, so dass man - insbesondere am Wochenende - wegen des Lärms nicht bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Aber dafür gibt's ja eine Klimaanlage. Das gesamte Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und bemüht. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön gross mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile. Traumhaft sind die beiden Dachterrassen (1x überdacht, 1x offen), von denen man einen Blick über die Spliter Altstadt und bis zum Meer hat. Sie bieten auch eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein Kaffee-Vollautomat steht zur Verfügung, um gebrauchtes Geschirr kümmert sich das Personal. Rundum-Service für eine Übernachtung ohne Verpflegung, richtig klasse! Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, man konnte selbst entscheiden, ob bzw. wie oft das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Es wurden sogar kostenlos Badetücher für den Strandbesuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: in der Dusche war keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo, Duschgel etc. vorhanden.

The most amazing location right in the centre of the old town within the palace walls. Felt very traditional. Lots of steps to the apartment but you really feel you are in the centre of things. Lovely roof terrace. Would definitely recommend

Excelente quarto. tem banheiro amplo e varanda. Fácil de achar e localização incrível. o Ar condicionado estava ok. no primeiro dia o frigobar funcionou direito, no segundo dia, não, mas vale demais pela localização. Algumas boas escadas.

Et fantastisk opphald midt i gamlebyen i Split! Utsikta frå balkongen og takterrassa må opplevast. Rommet hadde alt ein trengte. Hyggelege og imøtekommande tilsette. Kjem gjerne attende!

Recomendo 100% a hospedagem! Localização melhor impossível literalmente dentro do palácio diocleciano rsrs do lado da torre do sino. Quarto limpo, grande, confortável, com varanda e um terraço sensacional que dá pra ver o melhor pôr do sol. Além disso atendimento cordial e chegamos mais cedo que o esperado e gentilmente nos ofereceram ficar no terraço com acesso ao banheiro, café e cozinha. Foi ótimo!!!

Tout etait parfait. Nous y avons passé 3 jours. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse commune pour le petit déjeuner. Un soir nous avons même dîner sur la plus haute terrasse sur le toit et vue sur la ville avec une bonne bouteille de rosé. Le personnel est toujours present si besoin. La chambre est au coeur historique de Split à 2 mm de la Cathédrale. Nous recommandons vivement.
