It was fine, no airport service and had to pay cash for them to call us a cap which was weird seeing almost everyone only took card. We also had to pay double the cost to go back to airport than we did coming from the airport.

Small but quaint. Very clean and friendly staff. We enjoyed the neighborhood. They provided a great parking option with great rates. We were visiting for a Mets game at Citi field and the subway ride was quick and easy ride to and from the game. We would definitely come back.

Parking is not included. It cost $24. Room was small. Overall my stay was ok but I definitely wouldn’t book again.

The Asiatic is our go-to hotel when we drive to NYC to visit our son. Easy check-in, and as always, our room was spotless, comfortable, and decent size for New York. Nearby parking for only $23/night with hotel validation. Plenty of restaurants nearby, but lack of spoken English is a bit limiting (this IS NYC's largest Chinatown). 5-7 minute walk from the train. Very safe, secure, interesting area.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Service, I recently booked a stay at the Asica Hotel in Flushing, NY, through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the misleading property photos and accommodations. The hotel did not match the expectations set by the listing, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the property appeared outdated, and there was an unpleasant odor as soon as I entered. The check-in area was poorly lit, and the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, making for an unwelcoming atmosphere. The room itself was in poor condition—outdated furnishings, bath towels with holes, and visible hair on the floor. There was mold in the shower, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The amenities were severely lacking, and the room had a rundown, almost transient feel. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, and the security safe was not even bolted down, raising serious safety concerns. Given the overall experience and the unapproachable nature of the staff, I felt it was not worth addressing these issues directly during my stay. The only redeeming factor was that the bed was comfortable, but that alone does not justify listing this property on your platform. I strongly urge Hotels.com to reevaluate the accuracy of this listing and consider removing it from your inventory to prevent future customers from having a similar negative experience. the room was adequate the staff was helpful unfortunately, i had several bug bites all over my body I'm unsure if they had bed bugs, took precautions with my suitcase and clothes. I'd never go back there

Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN. Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese. There are several supermarkets in the vicinity. The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun. The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.

Didn’t get enough sleep due to a very loud noise coming from the room AC unit whenever it’s running and shutting down. The bed mattress was very firm. Free breakfast and great front desk customer service though.

I love the fact that the rooms have hardwood floor, it's so much cleaner than carpet. Our room was spacious and really quiet.

It’s an older property, in need of a renovation, but everything works, and our bed and pillows were comfy. The staff is terrific and the location in the heart of Flushing’s Chinatown, great for Asian food at reasonable prices. The breakfast was plentiful featuring Baozi buns.

I liked that my room was neat & clean & had a small refrigerator, microwave, safe, & electric kettle. I would've preferred a small coffee pot, however. Also, the toilet paper dispenser is too hard to reach under the far side of the sink. It would be much better placed on the wall directly across from the toilet.

The room looked like a clean, small dorm room. I just stayed at the hotel overnight because my flight was canceled. I did not explore much or have breakfast at the hotel. I slept well, however.

Was moved around twice because yje keycards were not working properly. Front desk attendant did his best but took about 40-50 mins for us to get in a room, very incovenient after going up and down in elevator nunerous tmes after each key card would work. Their ice machine was oit of order as well whcih is really inconvenient since the rooms dont have refrigerators. The hotel is clean and service was professional

The Staff is always friendly and helpful! Chose a room with a fridge, microwave, etc. this time. Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel again. I also got to explore more around the area and saw a lot of well known places to eat, shop, etc. Keep up the good work! :)

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Walking distance to transportation and restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing concerns us is the safety as the hotel door is not locked. When the doorman is not at the reception, basically any strangers or random people can easily go into the hotel even without key card. Also, the door of the room doesn't have peephole and deadbolt. Anyone can easily break into anyone's room any time. Also, the lady at the breakfast station is very unwelcoming and lack customer service skills. At the breakfast time, she's constantly watching everyone eats during breakfast. Instead of waiting customers to leave and have private time for breakfast, she just stands next to everyone and watches everyone eat and she's very rude and strict about bringing food up to the hotel rooms which made us very stressed when eating breakfast. The shower curtain has a pee smell despite we asked the house keeping to clean the room. We like the location but we won't recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel three years in a row for the NY Mets Opening Day. The room is simple, with no refrigerator and only one ice maker, which is on the 6th floor. The free breakfast is excellent and the dining room is always spotless. The staff is not been overly friendly, but they are very good at their jobs and very professional. If you just need a place to stay that is clean and affordable, this is the perfect place

Good location within vicinity of the airport with easy access to subway, bus station, and trains. Good for easy transport into Manhattan. Clean interior with comfortable conditions. Good breakfast options in the morning with local market just 10 minute walk away.

Located about 5 minutes from the Flushing Main St. Metro terminal. Very comfortable room. Nice breakfast served in the morning with fruit, pastries, hard boiled egg, cereal, juice and coffee. In Chinatown so many oriental restaurants in the area. Also, one block from shopping mall.

It is very close to Citi Field. If you like Chinese and Asian food, this is your place. It was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Asiatic is in a great spot in Flushing. Plenty of places to eat and nearly across the street from the Tangram Center. Everything is within walking distance.

This hotel is super clean, cool breakfast, close to so many restauants and services. Also a stones throw from the subway!

Second time staying here and was as pleased as the first time! The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Every morning there is a complimentary coffee/tea and breakfast with steamed buns, congee, hardboiled eggs, and Western-style breakfast things like cereal. My only critique from last time to this time was a new rule that you now must eat the breakfast items in their cafe room. I personally am not a morning person and my husband went down the first day and tried to bring a coffee and bun back to the room for me and the attendent wouldn't let him. I do understand that people may have taken advantage of this and reasons it may have been changed! Again, just a small critique amongst every other positive. I will only stay here when in Flushing.

Parking was horrible and the buffet breakfast was very limited. Hotel was clean but A/C unit did not work properly and when we arrived the room was very warm.

Breakfast options were limited, vu there is so much affordable food nearby that it wasn't an issue. Room was larger than those I've had elsewhere in the city, and the AC was strong.

This was incredible value. For a very reasonable price, this place was comfortable and clean, the room had a nice updated feel, and the breakfast was great, with Chinese buns and veggies mixed in with pastry etc. Service was generally friendly. Also, staying in Flushing was super fun with all the small Chinese businesses. Also a short walk to the 7 train into Manhattan.
