Friendly DH Naissance Hotel by Mindrum Group

Room size was okay. Room decor was atrocious…. Some DIY gone wrong. Was passably clean but bathroom a bit old and grungy. Day we left the elevator was not working and we had to carry our heavy suitcases down twisty dangerous stairs. Would not stay here again.

酒店距離誠信女子大學站數分鐘路程，附近有購物區加食市，到晚上11點還有很多店鋪逛，也不愁沒東西吃。四人家庭房蠻寬敞，而且整潔舒適，有個大按摩浴池，床兩個大人睡也很足夠，重點是價錢便宜，性價比高。

아주 편안하게 쉬었습니다. 자쿠지 욕조는 예상치 못한 기분좋은 안락이었습니다.

選擇了有按摩浴缸的房間，很舒服！

Convenient location close to the public transportation. Many walkable dining options. Olive Young and Daiso nearby. "Unique" decor. Friendly staff. AC unit in each room that we could control. Complimentary travel size toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as well as complimentary shower sandals, bathrobes, etc. The only negative was that the plumbing can't handle toilet paper in the toilets, so there was a sign to place toilet paper in the bathroom trash can instead of flushing down the toilet. Overall a good experience.

제일 저렴한 방이었는지는 몰라도 너무 오래되고 허름해서 놀랬습니다 주차비도 별도로 2만원이나 받던데 좀 아닌거 같아요

가성비와 간단한 조식이 제일 좋았습니다. 복잡한 거리와 시장주변이라 말끔한 호텔을 기대하시면 안됩니다. 하지만 그 복잡한 곳에 숙소주차장이 있다니 되려 신기했습니다. 도착한 날 예약이 많이 주차가 어려울수도 있다는 문자를 받았지만 다행히 주차하고 숙박했습니다. 들어가자마자 바닥이 완전 뜨끈했고, 월풀욕조가 재미있었습니다. 우리가족은 매우 만족했습니다.

駅から近く周りにも夜遅くまで営業しているお店がたくさんあり、とても便利でした。 部屋のトイレはペーパーを流せないので、友達と宿泊するにはハードルが高そうです。またトイレの扉は鍵がない上にきちんと閉まらないので注意が必要です。 ランドリー設備とあったのでスタッフに聞いたら、歩いて5分ほどのコインランドリーを紹介されました（笑） 部屋は広くて使い勝手が良かったのですが空調のせいなのか、ずっと虫の鳴き声みたいな音がしました。 朝食付きだったのでその点は非常に助かりました。

部屋が広く、浴室とトイレが別れていて使いやすかった。浴室はバスタブがありゆっくり入浴できた。建物は新しくはないが、綺麗に清掃されていた。アメニティも全て揃っていた。

대체로 무난하고 친절하시며 침구는 청결합니다. 다만 건물이 노후화되었고 차량 주차가 불가하여 인근 주차장을 이용해야한다는 점이 단점입니다.

1박동안 3마리의 바선생을 목격하였습니다. 사진도 찍어두었지만 다른분들에게 혐오감을 줄 수 있어 올리진 않을게요. 비용이 들더라도 세스코같은 전문 방역업체를 쓰셔야 할 것 같습니다. 조식 및 룸 컨디션, 주변환경등 다른부분은 숙박비용 생각하면 매우 만족하였습니다.

청소 vaccum이 제대로 안되었어요. 머리카락 먼지청소가 매우 미흡해보이네요. 셀프라카가 6시간 무료이용인데, 잘 몰라서 허둥댔는데 직원분이 친절히 안내해주셨습니다.

今回2回目の宿泊です 前回とても気に入って今回も予約しました 朝食付きもうれしいです　 お部屋も広く3人でもスーツケースを広げれました 地下鉄駅からも近いし、また次回もお世話になります

室内は、きれいが、他が汚い。

I'm glad I stumbled on this hotel while looking for a place to stay in Seoul. I was looking for somewhere central enough but not too touristy. It's located in an area where there are a few universities so it's mostly the student crowds that are found here. Students mean student-friendly prices from food to clothes to shopping. There is also a stream nearby which you can follow either way which will lead you to Seoul's central district by foot. The hotel is divided into 2 buildings. I stayed at the older building which was still quite comfortable and cosy. Although the room looked a bit tired and could use a refresh, it was constantly kept clean and well stocked by the competent and hardworking housekeeping staff. One thing I really loved about this hotel was the quality and quantity of the free single use toiletries they provided. I ended up keeping the leftovers to take back with me! It was very cold in Seoul in my first 2 days but there was underfloor heating and the toilet was a Japanese one so even the seat was heated. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very spare and simple and the hotel is very honest about this. I only tried it once but if you're not fussy about breakfast then you should be ok. I was more interested in trying out the cheap places around the hotel. There are convenience stores all over the hotel and one just directly opposite. The owner Charlie and his staff or family (it felt like a family-run hotel) were very friendly and helpful.

全体的に古くて狭くて汚い。説明の日本語がすべておかしい。壁にデザインのつもりで謎の模様がついているが、かなり汚くみえる。

部屋、お風呂がすごく綺麗なのがびっくりでした。スタッフの方も、すごく親切丁寧に対応してくださってまた次回も宿泊させて頂きたいと思いました。

Nous avons aimé : L emplacement de cet hôtel ! Vraiment idéal, autant pour le métro que pour les bus qui sont à deux pas ! Notamment pour les visites culturelles, je le recommande ! L hôtel est également situé dans un quartier très animé, et il est agréable de pouvoir flâner autour des street-foods, restaurants, faire du shopping ou se rendre dans des markets sans contrainte d horaire. D'aspect, l'hôtel en lui-même est moyen, mais cela convient très bien pour les séjours de types courts ou moyens. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. La chambre etait propre, mais nous avons moins aimé : - les équipements de la chambre qui laissent à désirer (coffre-fort bloqué au premier usage et non réparé, cache-fil cassé, ancien équipement télé non démonté et qui pend le vide). - le cafard trouvé sur une assiette en se servant le petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant !! Le cuisinier très sympa s est confondu en excuses certes, mais bon ça calme la faim !!! - le chahut des jeunes sans interruption dans la ruelle (independant de l hôtel).

Friendly staff and nice place. The area was pleasant because it wasn’t as crowded as Myeong-dong, and it was easy to get to other areas by metro. There were also really good restaurants in the area. At night, the hotel was a bit noisy because the area is popular for its nightlife. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it for light sleepers, but as a good sleeper myself, I really enjoyed it.

Væggene er tynde så alt kan høres fra det ene værelse til det andet.

I would have given this hotel a 5/5 if they had windows. The windows were so small, it’s a major problem for people with phobias and a fire hazard. The free breakfast was the worst in all of my stays. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. Had a really nice restful sleep and everything was close by. Great selection of restaurants and subway station only a few blocks away.

We are willing to go back again on our next stay in Korea!!! Keep in mind that the beds are very hard than normal, but you can get use to it. Also for a for moment there was no hot water, but if that happens let it know to the staff, they were very helpful and we got the hot water really fast. Overall, very wonderful experience! Amazing staff!! And very good breakfast!

法規の関係か、小さな窓が1カ所あるだけですぐ隣にビルがあり外は見えませんでしたが、宿泊には全く問題ありませんでした。

一般のツインルームに泊まりました。 ◾良かった点 ・駅から近い ・地下鉄降りて出口までもすぐ(韓国は出口まで結構歩く場合が多々ある) ・近くにコンビニや飲食店が多い(人気店は少なそう) ・夜遅くても比較的明るく、怖いなという印象はない。 ・部屋はオートロックでカードキーで開けるタイプ ・ベッドは高級ホテルと同じクオリティ ・水捌けが良い ・熱いお湯も即でる ・アメニティはしっかり揃っており、入浴剤・ボディスポンジ ◾マイナス点 ・写真と印象違う(ホテルというより韓国で言うオフィステルの感じ) ・隣の部屋の声が夜中に聞こえてきてうるさかった(女の子たちが盛り上がってる時のみ、普通の会話はきこえないので壁が少し薄めかな？くらい) ・冷蔵庫の冷えが弱い、冷凍機能はなし ・トイレにトイレットペーパーは流せない

My room is a family duplex for 4 people, but only has a small desk. And no place to hanging clothes. The washroom has smell! I won't recommend people to stay in this room.

部屋が広く、浴室とトイレが別れていて使いやすかった。浴室はバスタブがありゆっくり入浴できた。建物は新しくはないが、綺麗に清掃されていた。アメニティも全て揃っていた。

The family suite we stayed in was very tiny with a small bathroom. The bathroom door is a frosted/clear glass door which didn’t provide any privacy. There is no lock on the bathroom door, and you can see right into the bathroom from the narrow spiral staircase. We felt very cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not what I was expecting for a family room. I found this place to be inadequate even for 1 person. I know this is a budget friendly hotel but I don’t recommend it for a group of 3 or more unless you are traveling very light or don’t plan to spend time in the room.

There was no problem with the hotel facilities themselves, and the service staff’s general service was fine. However, their crisis management ability was inadequate. Details are as follows: On the morning of our second day, there was a power outage lasting about 30 minutes. The power outage itself was not the hotel’s fault. However, The hotel did not proactively inform guests about the situation. I had to go to the front desk myself to ask what was going on. I mentioned that my friend, who was traveling with me, wanted an explanation from the hotel manager. The front desk told me that the manager would provide one, but I never received any explanation before checking out. I later sent an email to the hotel but received no reply. When the third party platform helped me contact the hotel, the hotel responded that I had not reported the issue to them “immediately” (the outage happened in the morning, and I inquired that same afternoon). I completely disagree with how they handled the situation afterward — they don’t seem to understand what their problem actually was.

The hotel is also in a very convenient location for the both the metro (Line 4) and the direct bus to Seoul Incheon Airport (6011). I had chosen to stay in one of the Basic rooms and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well appointed the room was: particularly the bathroom, which was relatively spacious. The free breakfast was sufficiently nutritious and the menu varied enough to make each morning a little bit different. The No 4 metro line takes you direct to or connects you with a lot of the worthwhile attractions in downtown Seoul or elsewhere in the city. The nearest stop (Sungshin Women's University) is 5-10 minutes walk away from the hotel. Conveniently located though the hotel is, it might still be a bit confusing to locate the hotel if arriving at night. If you use Exit 1 at the metro, or alight from the 6011 Airport Bus, you will see a branch of Olive Young (a Korean chain of cosmetics shops) ahead of you. Take the small street that goes up to the right of it. Then take either the second or third turning on the right. The hotel takes up the space between these two small streets.

The service of the front desk and housekeeping is excellent. Reception staff speak very good English. Room is spacious with separate toilet, sink and bath facilities.It would be nice if a map is sent to customers via 24 na-gil instead of 22 na-gil as it is easier to find the hotel. It is easier to locate Olive Young and Burger King.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! And, the room was cozy and clean! I would suggest this place for solo trips or if you have others with you!

The front desk agent speaks English fluently which is very helpful. As he overheard us talking about finding a coin laundry. He immediately checked if there was any washer available for us. He found the washer was available and patiently showed us how to use it.

The staff at the hotel were so kind and welcoming. They were very helpful and did their best to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend staying here!

Charlie and his staff are very active and friendly to assist the guess. The restaurant is cosy and clean. The room service is excellent for cleaning and maintaining facilities. I recommend my friends and relatives to book this hotel when they come to South Korea.

Great service and courteous staff

Have stayed here every time I’ve been to Seoul. It’s outside of the central/touristy areas but that just means you can experience the “real” Korea. Lots of great food options, close to both the subway and bus lines. The GM is so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is substantial. The rooms are clean. I will be staying again.

Very clean and convenient location. Near subway Line4 and bus stop. Lots of shopping options around. Good stay and friendly staff.

4-5minutes away from metro subway line 4 and Airport Limousine Stop. Good location for shopping and walkable for dining. Next to convenient store. Breakfast was nice. Kind staff. Everything was perfect!

誠信女子大入口のバス停からも地下鉄駅からも、とても近くて便利。ホテルの周辺にもコンビニや飲食店があって賑やか。

Très bon hôtel très bien placé par rapport aux transport en commun et aux commerce. Calme. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner mais en même temps il est gratuit dans la réservation.

It was a very comfortable accommodation. There were no vegetables for breakfast, so it would have been nice to have a salad.

ツインルームに３泊まりました 立地が良かったのでお茶したりご飯食べたりが便利です 部屋も狭くなかったですしシャワー室も広く使いやすくてバスタブ付きなので温まる事が出来て助かりました 朝食付きのこの値段はお得感有りですが もうちょっと品数が多いと有り難いです

The breakfast is very simple (no tea, no bacon, no sausage…). Can be improved.

激安だったので期待はしていなかったものの、wi-fiや寝間着の説明が、説明書きになかったのは残念。元々モーテルらしく、風呂は韓国式で足ふきマットはなし。 朝食は簡単でパンかシリアルが主食でおかずがソーセージ・捻じれ茹でパスタ・茹でじゃがいもです。 アメニティの歯ブラシセットに何故か歯磨き粉がないのが不思議。シャンプーやボディソープはありました。 お風呂でゆっくりしたい人には向きません。（湯船小さい）シャワーだけでよく寝るだけと覚悟していくなら安くていいのでしょう。

ホテルは少し古い感じでした。朝食がパンとシリアル、ベーコン、たまご、と数は少なめです。朝食はついていますが、外で食べることをオススメします。周辺はコンビニやレストランなど沢山あり、夜まで遊べます。スタッフの方はとても親切です。
