We had a jacuzzi room which was on the back side of the building. The parking lot was small and very steep to get to the back lot (only for the 3 jacuzzi rooms). Since the room was in the back, it was very quiet. The pool was in the back as well, but not busy. The jacuzzi worked well. The bed was satisfactory. The smell in the room when we arrived was over-powering of mildew/mold. We had to air out the room, and turn the air down. The refrigerator was open & not cold when we arrived. Given the reasonable rate we paid, we might consider staying here again.

Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Quick checkin. Sheets and blankets were nice. New paint and nice wall decor. My complaints are some fixtures need updated, pillows were pretty flat, soda can under the bed, the parking was very slim and had to squeeze in pretty tight. The ac in the room was completely off when we arrived and it took forever for the room to cool off to be comfortable.

The unit was clean but the shower could take chrome off of a trailer ball! Staff was nice. Price was reasonable and we were allowed to park our motorcycles under the canopy. The ceiling was repaired but only partially repainted and the unit seemed a little dated. Would I stay there again? Yes if it was me and my Buddy on another bike trip. Probably not with the wife.

The only thing we truly didn't like is we never saw an attendant. They hide the key for us to find. The ice machine didn't work. Sink wasn't clean. But the beds were comfortable and clean. Great air conditioning which was a plus with the July heat. But not a 100% for the price of the room. But was a beautiful location.

The staff was so professional! Even over the phone.I have been to more expensive hotels and have been in the presence of rude hotel staff! Our room was so cute and cozy and peaceful. I like the fact that the pool stays heated for most of the year. This is a cute point place to have peace and quiet. I like to let the staff know I really enjoyed my time there.

Great hotel in a great location. The view from our door was beautiful. We didn’t get in until late and the employee at the front desk was super friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. Room was super clean and the bed was really comfy. We definitely plan on staying here again and will be recommended it to our friends.

The place is old as are many buildings in the area so that’s a given. The room was kind of clean but the bathroom needed a good cleaning. Aside from that the stay was ok thankfully only overnight is long enough.

Property has gone down hill in the past few years. Rooms are dated (normal for this area) and that isn't a big issue but you have to ASK for housekeeping, and the room honestly wasn't very clean to start with. Used to love staying here but will be staying elsewhere from now on.

It was a very nice place, staff were very friendly. Our room was on the back side of the building facing the woods. Very quiet and peaceful. Only thing bad I would say is that he room need a good deep cleaning, baseboards were a little dusty but overall room was very clean.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was Clean. Little bit of paint chips on bathroom door, but other than that, good for the money, and the AC worked good. Jacuzzi tub was nice. Very pretty grounds and we saw a deer right outside our room. Would stay here again.

We were very excited for our one night get away, to relax and unwind. Our room was musty so we used the can of febreeze in the room to help, but it didn't help. The staff put a dehumidifier in our room and it helped, but we were awake most of the night to empty the water in the dehumidifier. The staff never checked on us after giving us the dehumidifier and when we checked out, they were not in the office and didn't answer the door. We did notice other rooms air conditioners were working, just not ours. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't cool the room at all. The room should have not been given to us.

We stayed at the lodge in one of the jacuzzi tub rooms. For an older Lodge we were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the place. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the price was very affordable. We definitely got more than what we paid for. When we entered the room there was a very elegant wine glass setup on the bed and it was very inviting. There was also a wine chilling bucket in the room. The double jacuzzi tub was very comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again

Property was ok for the price. Nothing too bad, just the regular old, long time outdated, cheap builder's grade furnishings, appliances, bathroom fixtures. Everything was functional, but extremely outdated and ugly. A/C was horribly old, noisy unit, which kept me awake all night. The office stuff was friendly and helpful, after you call them on the phone and wait for them to show up... Overall, not really happy about my visit. If I know that a little extra money would give me something better, would try to find a better place for my next trip

This was a really cute hotel and gets five stars considering the low price we paid. It’s very basic, but it’s very sweet and homey. The room was small, but very clean. The bathtub was narrow, and the shower curtain kept sticking to me while showering which was a little bit gross. The beds were too firm for me, but I have back issues. My hubby slept fine. The pillows on the bed were great!! We loved the vintage look of the hotel. It was so cute, and we felt like we were back in the 1950’s and 60’s!!! It even had an old 70’s push button phone on our nightstand that worked!! 😆 I would definitely stay there again!!

Got checked in fine. Room was a very basic room. Bed was co.fortable, however not wnough towels were in the room for a two day stay. Tried twice to go to the office only to find it locked and no one there.

The hotel was adequate for what we were looking for. The area that I feel needs attention is the check in. We arrived about 2-1/2 hours ahead of the 3:00 pm check time. I asked the clerk if it was possible to check in early, as I have done this at numerous other hotels over the years with no problem. The clerk stated that we could not check in that early but could check in at 2:00 if we paid an extra $20 which we declined. Maybe this is something new but I have never before experienced a fee to check in early. We went ahead and stayed the night but it has made it so that we won’t stay there again.

The room was clean but needs updating. Remove old carpet. Originally, the person st front desk was going to charge $100 cleaning fee for bringing our service dog. I sent her the ADA service dog documentation from the ADA website and she agreed not to charge the fee. The ADA law has been in place since 1990, it is frustrating that most businesses do not abide by the law.

This was a great property! I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was professional and polite. Room was very clean - more than I a lot of more expensive chains that I see when traveling. The Trolley stops out front, so you don’t have to drive downtown and fight for parking. I’ll definitely stay there again!

My husband and I came in very late and they accommodated us, which we were so very grateful for. They were so sweet, bed was supper comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Requested an “easy access” room due to mobility issues… room was changed within minutes!!! During stay found iron didn’t work - new one delivered in minutes!!!! What more could I ask for??? Clean and tidy… close to where I needed to be!! Owners/Operators were very friendly and welcoming!!!!

Check in process was easy, staff was very pleasant. It was very clean, beds comfortable. My only thing was we stayed two nights and no one came in to freshen the room and give clean towels. I had to request them but the staff was very courteous. The Lodge was quiet and cozy. Conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay got off to a shaky start. The front desk lady did not respond to my ringing of the bell on her counter. After 10 minutes of ringing the bell, I called the property and told the lady that I was at the front desk. Then I got some service. Overall the property was clean and cute in appearance. The air conditioner in room 101 was not cooling properly but I didn't mention it to the front desk. It was cooling enough to make the room bearable in the heat outside. The property is on the East Side of Eureka Springs and fairly accessible to all the restaurants on Hwy 62. We did not use the amenities at the motel so I can't comment. Our stay was okay and I would consider it again if our air conditioner was working properly.

My stay got off to a shaky start. The front desk lady did not respond to my ringing of the bell on her counter. After 10 minutes of ringing the bell, I called the property and told the lady that I was at the front desk. Then I got some service. Overall the property was clean and cute in appearance. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We loved the fact that there are soo many restaurants nearby. The location was almost in the middle so everything we planned to do, was only a few minutes from the Lodge. It was very quiet and neatly kept. If we come that way again, we will stay at the Lodge for sure.

This was a great property! I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff was professional and polite. Room was very clean - more than I a lot of more expensive chains that I see when traveling. The Trolley stops out front, so you don’t have to drive downtown and fight for parking. I’ll definitely stay there again!

Cute little lodge close to much of what we wanted to see without the problem of traffic noise. We were in the front and didn't hear the traffic at all. Out back, you can sit by the pool or the pond and enjoy the woods and wildlife. Room was clean and quiet, and the reception was very friendly and helpful with info about the area.

Very nice owners, always quick to front desk. Microwave, fridge, small pod coffee maker; no breakfast but it was fine with us bcz we aren't breakfast people. Very peaceful on the backside, by request, overlooking woods and pool.

We stayed two nights, no room cleaning was done after our first night stay. The bed had an older egg crate foam topper which my husband and I had to remake the bed as the topper rolled up (huge bump in middle of bed). Since no room service we didn’t have restock of our coffee. Not much interaction with the front desk. It was not like we remembered the last two times we stayed there. I believe we will look elsewhere next trip to Eureka Springs.

The property was OK, the beds were comfortable. We slept pretty good! There were no muffins there were no coffee or nothing. They said they would have every morning! I don’t see five stars four is the best I can give it!

On there web site this was posted Complimentary Fresh Muffins Served every Saturday & Sunday morning in our office 7:30 - 10:00 am We waited till 7:45 on Sunday morning and the office was still locked so we left. Also the room we had did not have a security clasp looks like it was ripped off the door jam. Also the ceiling looked like piece was ready to fall out. Would not stay at this place again.

Our room was really nice, and clean!! When we walked in there was a cute tray on the bed with wine glasses, napkins and wine bottle opener arrange very cute on the bed! Our only disappointment was there was no hand soap in the bathroom and we didn't have coffee cups to drink coffee with the next morning. I ended up drinking my coffee out of a wineglass... I know when you're a coffee drinker like I am, you improvise!!! 😂 But, it was so nice and quiet, very relaxing! The jacuzzi was awesome and very relaxing! Thank you to our hosts!

The Lodge has definitely seen better days. It was clean but worn down. The beds were okay. We only stayed a couple of days but if we were staying longer, my back would not have been happy. The pool was not well maintained. Paint is chipping from the sides into the pool. There are several trees around the pool. I get they’ll drop leaves but it appeared that no one was cleaning the pool out. For a tourist town, I expected a little more. The location was good. Walkable to a BBQ restaurant.

Very clean rooms. Price was great. Air worked perfect, slept very well. Allowed to park motorcycles under Canopy , they even had cleaning supplies and towels to shine your bike. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Close to everything. Staff was great. Definitely recommend for your stay in Eureka Springs.
