The property is great but not without some issues that were super frustrating especially with no staff on site. Our room had no hooks or anywhere to hang our coats. The pot didn’t work on the stove and our tv didn’t work to get any local stations.

Nice property in good location. Wonderful staff. We initially did not receive our code to check in because the hotel insisted that we had not paid for half of the stay. I had to email them copies of my credit card statements and copies of the receipts (that they had sent me) to clear things up. We paid extra for a larger "Comfort Apartment, 1 Bedroom" but were given a standard size room. The place has been recently renovated and several things didn't work in the room (safe did not lock, deadbolt on front door would not engage due to misalignment, wall switch for bathroom heat lamp was frozen in place and inoperable.

A great stay. Spacious and comfortable rooms with a kitchen. Easy check in/out. In a lively neighborhood close to train station and lots of shops and restaurants. Free luggage storage as well. Would highly recommend!

Similarly to other reviews, the staff were kind and tried their best. The first room was in the basement, not at all what is shown in the images online. It was dark and not at all inviting or hospitable. We stayed in an alternate room, street level the first night while waiting for another room. The second night we were moved to another room, similar to the one as seen on Expedia. This room had a broken sofa, the staff were aware, as well as a broken coffee machine. The coffee machine was replaced with another broken and leaking machine. After wasting a sleeve of coffee we gave up. The location is as expected. I would not return and I advise any future guests to expect similar experiences.

I love that this location was close to public transportation and near restaurants and cafes. It was very modern and clean. I loved that we were able to do laundry here too (you’ll need the app for that but it wasn’t complicated to figure that out). I went with my family, so the pullout couch was already set up for us with linens when we arrived. It has air conditioning too. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would come here again.

The property and rooms are very nice and generally well maintained. The linens are good quality and the bed is very comfortable. There is a laundry room, a lobby with tea and coffee. We stayed for a week and therefore we're hoping to cook some of our meals. The stove and oven did not work and could not be repaired in time. The hotel gave us a discount. I would stay here again but I would get confirmation first that the appliances are working.

Great location with the no. 9 tram outside to take you to the pier, Madurodam, city centre etc so its very convenient. Otherwise around a 20 minute walk to the centre. Lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Our 4 person apartment was comfortable, functional and clean and had everything we needed. The only comments is that the extractors in the bathroom/toilet didnt work and the aircon seems to be connected to the next apartment so we had strong whiffs of cooking on both nights. A toaster would have been useful and they also wanted to charge €9 for a baby high chair.

Nice room, very clean, everything worked. Nice central location on edge of old city, near tram & 10 minute walk from central station. Good communication from staff who were very friendly. Its a little way from any food stores so plan ahead if you want to make good use of the in-room kitchen. Parking on site is limited & worth booking ahead if you are bringing a car

Easy to check in and out via online ( email sent by hotel), no cleaning services during the stay, so no one to disturb you in the mornings, clean rooms and bathroom. Per total a good experience on this property. Recommended.

Das Apartment, war pünktlich für den checkin bereit. Es war sauber, kein heruntergekommenes Interieur. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Das ein sowie auschecken ist sehr einfach und schnell. Wenn verbrauchsartikel (Klopapier, Spülmaschinentabs ect. benötigt werden hast du die Möglichkeit in dem Raum in dem der Kaffeevollautomat steht aus dem ersten Schrank die benötigten Gegenstände zu entnehmen. Vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahn mit der man zügig in Scheveningen am Strand ist (8 Haltestellen, bis Casino) du benötigst kein Ticket sondern kannst mit der EC, Maestro, Visa per Karte oder PayPal am Smartphone ein bzw. auschecken (bezahlen). Die Geräte sind unmittelbar vor der Tür befestigt, nicht zu übersehen. Hin und Rückfahrt p.P unter 4€. Es ist auch möglich in der Bahn am Automaten ein Tagesticket zu kaufen befindet sich im letzten Wagon. Alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Große Vielfalt an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie viel shooping Möglichkeiten. Ich habe Q-Park gebucht oder ParkBee steht als Alternative zur Verfügung.

Es war alles gut. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und immer da, wenn man sie braucht. Einrichtung Zimmer ok. Bei Ankunft hätte das Zimmer etwas sauberer sein können, beim zweiten Housecleaning war das Appartement sauberer. Topf und Pfanne könnte man austauschen, waren schon etwas beschädigt. Aber im Großen und Ganzen zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten zu Viert ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit Schlafzimmer und großem Schlafsofa. Platz war genug vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, in der Nähe gibt es einen tollen Bäcker und mehrere Lokale und Cafés. Wir werden bestimmt wieder hierher kommen!
Wir hatten zu Viert ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit Schlafzimmer und großem Schlafsofa. Platz war genug vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Reibungsloser Check-In & Check-Out, super ausgestattetes Zimmer, sehr groß mit Balkon, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Lage war sehr ruhig. Nur die Schlafcouch war sehr laut, die könnte mal ersetzt werden aber die Zeit dort war so schön, dass man darüber hinweg sehen kann! :)

The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It is advertised to fit four people, yet I found it only suitable for two. The bedroom is small and has a big bed so it is very difficult to move around and difficult to open the small closet in the bedroom. You can’t have more than one person in the room if you want to move around and open the closet etc. The kitchen was good. The appliances were good. Nice oven and a tiny fridge. There was a dishwasher which was good but very small. The bathroom was the only spacious thing compared to the rest of the apartment. The closet space in the apartment is a joke! How can this apartment be suitable for 4 people when the closet space is only enough for one?! The living room is cramped. There was no washer or dryer. You have to go outside the apartment and use the common laundry machines. There are three washers with one broken most of the time and three dryers for the entire building. The staff in the entrance aren’t always there. Staff was kind and communication via WhatsApp was very good. We stayed almost a month and we were only allowed cleaning service once a week. In the end, I would say this is more of a studio apartment fit for no more than two people (we were two adults and two children).
The room was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. It is advertised to fit four people, yet I found it only suitable for two. The bedroom is small and has a big bed so it is very difficult to move around and difficult to open the small closet in the bedroom. You can’t have more than one person in the room if you want to move around and open the closet etc. The kitchen was good. The appliances were good. Nice oven and a tiny fridge. There was a dishwasher which was good but very small. The bathroom was the only spacious thing compared to the rest of the apartment. The closet space in the apartment is a joke! How can this apartment be suitable for 4 people when the closet space is only enough for one?! The living room is cramped. There was no washer or dryer. You have to go outside the apartment and use the common laundry machines. There are three washers with one broken most of the time and three dryers for the entire building. The reception staff was all really lovely (including Kevin) who helped us especially given I was almost 9 month pregnant they were super accommodating. Everything you need inside & the coffee was lovely. It was walking distance to the main centre and very close to the main station. I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

The property is great but not without some issues that were super frustrating especially with no staff on site. Our room had no hooks or anywhere to hang our coats. The pot didn’t work on the stove and our tv didn’t work to get any local stations.

Nice property in good location. Wonderful staff. We initially did not receive our code to check in because the hotel insisted that we had not paid for half of the stay. I had to email them copies of my credit card statements and copies of the receipts (that they had sent me) to clear things up. We paid extra for a larger "Comfort Apartment, 1 Bedroom" but were given a standard size room. The place has been recently renovated and several things didn't work in the room (safe did not lock, deadbolt on front door would not engage due to misalignment, wall switch for bathroom heat lamp was frozen in place and inoperable.

This property is perfect for a stay in Hague especially if you want to visit surrounding towns. The tram (line 9) is literally across the street which takes you everywhere local including down to the beach. Tram line 1 is just a few blocks away and will take you straight to Delft. The main train station and historic district is a lovely, scenic 12 minute stroll away. The staff could not be more friendly!

Das Apartment, war pünktlich für den checkin bereit. Es war sauber, kein heruntergekommenes Interieur. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Das ein sowie auschecken ist sehr einfach und schnell. Wenn verbrauchsartikel (Klopapier, Spülmaschinentabs ect. benötigt werden hast du die Möglichkeit in dem Raum in dem der Kaffeevollautomat steht aus dem ersten Schrank die benötigten Gegenstände zu entnehmen. Vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahn mit der man zügig in Scheveningen am Strand ist (8 Haltestellen, bis Casino) du benötigst kein Ticket sondern kannst mit der EC, Maestro, Visa per Karte oder PayPal am Smartphone ein bzw. auschecken (bezahlen). Die Geräte sind unmittelbar vor der Tür befestigt, nicht zu übersehen. Hin und Rückfahrt p.P unter 4€. Es ist auch möglich in der Bahn am Automaten ein Tagesticket zu kaufen befindet sich im letzten Wagon. Alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Große Vielfalt an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie viel shooping Möglichkeiten. Ich habe Q-Park gebucht oder ParkBee steht als Alternative zur Verfügung.

What a great place! We spent 3 nights, and everything was perfect for us. Kitchen was fully functional - I can live here for a long time! Only complain I have is there is no supermarket or bakery in waling distance i.e. 5 mins walk. But the tram station is about 100m away. We could take the tram to city centre and Den Haag cenraal in 10 minutes. I loved the walk in the Frederick street which leads to Echer Museum and Binnenhof. I love the stay at YAYs apart hotel and Den Haag!

Nice room, very clean, everything worked. Nice central location on edge of old city, near tram & 10 minute walk from central station. Good communication from staff who were very friendly. Its a little way from any food stores so plan ahead if you want to make good use of the in-room kitchen. Parking on site is limited & worth booking ahead if you are bringing a car

I love that this location was close to public transportation and near restaurants and cafes. It was very modern and clean. I loved that we were able to do laundry here too (you’ll need the app for that but it wasn’t complicated to figure that out). I went with my family, so the pullout couch was already set up for us with linens when we arrived. It has air conditioning too. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would come here again.

Die Kommunikation verlief über WhatsApp und ging eigentlich ganz gut. Mit dem Auto ist es jedoch sehr schlecht zu erreichen, weil es kaum Parkplätze gibt.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. All staff we met were extremely courteous and helpful especially Katriana. She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. Thanks for the great stay.

This location is situated between two tram stops, making it just a couple of stops away from Den Haag. Additionally, it is a short walk to several excellent restaurants. I would definitely choose Numa again for my next visit and plan to use Numa for my upcoming flight to Munich.
