The location is perfect and the scenery is magnificent. The house is very functional for a family. Plenty of room and seating.

This was one of our favorite places of all of the VRBOs we stayed. The views from the deck were special. Great kitchen.

This was a great house for our group of five friends. It is a ten minute drive to Estes Park and a twenty minute drive to RMNP. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the supplies that we needed. The couches in the living room are showing their age with wear. Parts of the house are updated, such as the kitchen and main floor bathroom. I love the wrap-around deck! We saw deer, wild turkeys and other birds while sitting outside and enjoying the views of the mountains and the fresh pine-filled air. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in the home. It was very well stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms were comfortable, the house was clean, and the location was great for activities and downtown.
