No chair. Parts of property work being done. Overall good basic room with basic amenities.

I read reviews on dozens of Hotels and Motels near La Puente and Baldwin Park (have relatives there), and this was one of the few good ones. I must say its accurate. The room was renovated recently, mattresses firm, everything clean. Sam was fantastic and very kind at check in and showed me a couple room so I could pick. Check in was fast. The parking was almost full one day I showed up around 11pm but still managed to find a spot. A bit of noise from traffic at times since its next to the street but I would say average level. The fridge was making a bit of noise at night but my Family was so tired we slept like logs on the comfortable mattresses. Only weird thing is that the box spring has a metal valance all around and it would make a sheetmetal noise whenever you moved on the bed. Shower was good being clean, nice water temp and pressure. Maybe only thing missing was a plastic liner to keep the water inside, it only had the fabric curtain and kept getting wet. The area around the motel was pretty quiet, seemed safe. I did not spend time in the area during the day so that was just my experience showing up at night to sleep and leave early mornings. We stayed for 2 nights in an upstairs room so we would not have noise above us. Would definitely stay again here.

They were in the middle of remodeling. Off the bat they asked for a cash deposit which wasn't described in the booking (they said they would waive it because I didn't have cash). The room they gave us had new carpet, beds, and paint. However, there were holes cut into the walls (for wiring?), the beds were thin and very hard, and none of the tvs worked(which they did warn us about when we checked in).The outside landscape was destroyed and covered in dust from the renovations. Within an hour of being there, we had a cockroach running around on the floor (still daylight, lights on inside, us walking around -this guy was running around without a care). We handed them back the keys. They offered us another room, but that was enough for us not to stay there. We found somewhere else to stay for our trip. They were unwilling to refund any of the three days we prepaid for. DO NOT GO HERE!

Free parking. Room is clean. I will come back again.

Worst experience in the county of la I got woken up 7 o’clock every day after nighttime shifts because they were remodeling next-door, both sides and top rooms feel like a lot of it was because the management

Uncomfortable beds, not firm just plain hard. Floors were very dirty, did not pass the sock check. Toilet wasn't perfectly clean. Towels and sheets were so dingy that they felt unwashed. Couldn't sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable, then construction started before 7am, at 7:15 the manager knocked on the door and asked us to move our vehicle for construction work. Worst stay ever!

I was evacuated due to the fires in Altadena and Pasadena. I stayed in room 350. The room was overall clean. However, once I settled in, a cockroach went scurrying down the wall. Not OK, Ever. I'm an elderly woman with arthritis and when I parked in front of the room it was a little difficult to navigate between the bushes and make-shift steps where someone could easily fall. I turned on the TV soon after I got to my room so I could check the news to see if I even had a home to go back to. The TV didn't work. Regarding housekeeping, the room looked inviting, the bed was well made and the room was very clean. Regarding the front desk - he was great. He helped me bring my bags in, and fixed the TV so that I could get the news. HOUSEKEEPING: 4 stars FRONT DESK: 4 stars. PROPERTY OWNER: 1 star. Please be a good person and give these people credit and a raise. I don't know who you are, except probably greedy. Would I stay there again? Maybe. Also, make the check-in more friendly, like you're not checking into Rikers Island.

Tv didn’t work and when it did it only showed news channels, bathroom has rusty rods and broken toilet paper holder, shower starting to grow mold

I liked the staff, disliked the stay. The guy who checked us in was nice, but when we got through the room everything was filthy. I didn't sleep well, the bed was gross, the floor was dusty, the bathroom wasn't clean, The door was tacky, but still locked.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. It's very clean and great place. The service at this property is excellent. Sam is a nice young man, and the young lady is also wonderful. They were all very friendly, and it was definitely a great choice to stay here.

The woman up front was very rude. They say you can’t have a visitor which was why I chose the area to visit my friend. There’s baby roaches running around. The room I choose had a leek in the bathroom. Water all over the floor. Hair everywhere. The a/c unit stinks when you turn it on. Furniture is very outdated. Glad I had cash cause there’s a random cash deposit. Will never come back here.

Excellent clean rooms

Newly renovated rooms, nice area, close to market and restaurants, fast wifi, good value. This is one of the best deals in the area, good rooms for a decent price.

It's wasn't that clean and is a small room and the bed was the worst, it was super hard like for real hard, couldn't sleep well and I pick this room because of reviews for my wedding night T.T horrible

Owners are friendly. Rooms are not kept cool when unoccupied. Walked after checking in and it was like walking into a sauna that people smoked in. Mattresses are very hard. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The manager was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Our room was upstairs and included a fridge, microwave, soap, and towels. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. The mattress was a little firm for our taste, but it wasn’t a real problem for us. Some guests who prefer softer beds might want to keep that in mind. Overall, a great place with good service and a kind staff. We will definitely come back!

Booked this hotel last minute! Absolutely wonderful for the price, had enough space for privacy and plenty of room inside the rooms. Comes with fridge and tv with easy access to hdmi

The room given to me was interesting because of the ceiling. A fun and cool ambiance. The room was fresh and super clean. The bed was huge. The only thing was the bed was more firm than i like. I woke up well-rested, as the property was quiet. Night staff was very welcoming, communicative and quick with check in.

I really enjoyed the large shower! clean room with a large space. This place was quiet and had everything I needed, like a fridge and a microwave. will come back!

The service was terrible they literally laughed in our face when we told them our concerns. The BEDS ARE HARD AS A ROCK it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The doorway had no base so hot air was blowing in through the gap and it was a very hot weekend the AC made no difference. Also the gap allowed bugs to come in. When I mentioned a refund they said that was not possible because I had been there for more than 30 minutes. They make you pay your deposit with cash only probably because they constantly get complaints and don’t want to give the deposit back. Overall I would not stay here ever again based on the fact that the beds are basically like sleeping on concrete even if every other issue was fixed.

It started when I first checked in on Friday, the woman who helped me expressed her dissatisfaction about a previous guest. She told me a long story about how she didn't abide by the rules; stating that the woman may have snuck in a private guest and hid this by putting bed sheets over the window. I felt like it was too much information, but then she stated, "You know how your people are." which I felt was extremely ignorant. Saturday morning around 11:15am, I heard movement and cleaning going on outside my door; I figured it wouldn't last too long. Someone knocked and before I could open the door, he opened the door two seconds after he knocked. Luckily, I had the privacy latch on so he couldn't barge in. However, why was it so important for you to come in my room to tell me your cleaning the door? You couldn't call? When I opened the door, a man stated he was going to clean the floor and outside my room including my motel door. He did not have on a uniform like the other hotel attendants and when he started spraying water, the floor inside my room was soaked with water and dirt. When I was about to leave to get food about an hour later, he was still out there, this time with a motel attendant stating they had to NOW come inside to clean the air conditioner unit. I asked was this necessary and could it wait? Why do this when a guest is staying here? This couldn't wait until I checked out? I asked how long this was going to take and he stated 15 minutes and it had to be done.

Staff was very accommodating for a last minute trip and the room was very nice! Overall a great experience

This stay was surprisingly so much better than I imagined it would be - especially for a solo retreat. Of course the best part was the jet Jacuzzi, then I would say the location if you’re a foodie! And the price was affordable and fair. Btw, next door has amazing Vietnamese food. Also, I appreciate that *THIS!* room was tucked in the corner… plus if offered other factors that I thought were cool.. like the white lights and interior art/paintings that made going to sleep entertaining. The manager was very helpful and showed me how to work the various amenities in the room related to the jet tub and he even came a second time when I called to clarify how to work it. As much as I want to give 5 stars, I’m knocking one star because in the evening after midnight, it got pretty loud, which made it difficult to have a good night’s sleep because of neighbors in adjacent units being noisy or people making a lot of noise in the parking lot or crazy drivers on the main road driving really fast and loud…. Or people sitting or standing right outside my door talking loud in the early morning… things the motel owner can’t do anything about. Even with all that said I tried to book a second night just because that jet Jacuzzi deserves a two or three night minimum stay lol but someone else beat me to it. I think I’ll be back anyways because the room features a nice respite and that personal jet Jacuzzi was incredible.
