Great location, well presented. Seamless self check in. Perfect for a city break at a competitive price. Also despite its centrality it was very quiet throughout the weekend.

The two bedroom apartment was ok. They mention that there's noise from the pub on a Friday and Saturday, but we were staying Sunday, so we thought we'd be OK. My daughter had a terrible night's sleep as her bedroom window was on the fire escape. She didn't manage to get to sleep until 3am as the staff from the Indian restaurant next door sounded like they were on the fire escape talking very loudly. Also, there were a Mancunian couple having a blazing argument next door whilst blasting out music. Non of this was the fault of the letting agents, it's just something to be aware of if you get room number 3.

Had an issue with the keylock box being empty but it was soon fixed as the cleaner was still there and the let me in and gave me a key. Great communication, all check in instructions were sent via WhatsApp. I was asked for a large damage deposit when checking in which I wasn’t aware of at time of booking but that was wavered as I had nowhere else to stay! There’s obviously no lift so be aware there’s a fair amount of stairs to the rooms especially if you’re on floor 2. Quite noisy with a pub/bar being next door. Lovely little apartment would stay again.
