Resepsiyon çalışanları çok güler yüzlü çalışıyorlar ve rahat konaklama için yardımcı oldular.Açık büfe kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, sauna naneli nefes açıcıydı, havuz suyu soğuk ve havuz içinde göz açılmıyordu,koku vardı. Tekrar tercih edebiliriz barida hoteli, çalışanlara teşekkürler tekrardan.🙏🙏

Tertemiz, mükemmel bir spor salonu, güleryüzlü yardımcı olmaya çalışan personel. Her şeyiyle öneririm.

Restoranları ve kendi bünyesinde barındırdığı eğlence mekanlarıyla gerçekten çok başarılı. Otel dışında çok fazla bir yere gitme ihtiyacı duymuyorsunuz yeme içme anlamında. Fiyatlar gayet makul.SPA olanakları da gayet iyi. Otopark imkanı mevcut. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Oktay Bey rezervasyonun başından otelden ayrılışımıza kadar bizimle çok ilgilendi. Kesinlikle Isparta‘ya geldiğiniz zaman hiç düşünmeden kalabileceğiniz en iyi otel diyebilirim. Tavsiye ederim.

I always choose this hotel whenever I go to Isparta. Good location, fabulous breakfast, professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms,,, it will never turn down your expectations. I used the pool and it was very refreshing. Thank you so much!

Disappointing is the word to describe our stay at Barida Hotels in Isparta. Nothing like the luxurious relaxing break suggested by the hotel and booking site web pages. There were some positives. The hotel is on a main road into Isparta from the north so it is easy to find. There is a large underground car park with direct lift access to reception. The lift does not go to the upper floors despite the buttons being there for those floors. This is positive for security. Staff offered to bring our car from the car park. It is easy to walk into the centre of Isparta and the bus station is 100 metres from the hotel, as is a large shopping centre which has a range of eateries. The room was large and the bathroom had adequate towels and cleaning products. Powerful warm shower. Kettle and coffee with bottled water in the fridge. Clean room and bathroom. But... The top floor restaurant with the al la carte menu and long range views was closed. The indoor swimming pool was only usable for a few minutes as both air temperature and water temperature were cold. The steam room was also too cool for comfortable use and there was no water to place on the coals in the sauna. Staff remembered to charge for swimming caps before using the pool, which was fair enough, but staff did not offer towels nor advice on the available facilities. We even had to ask for directions to the changing rooms. We booked a room with 2 beds, but we were given a room with one bed. The non-smoking room was confirme

Odamız ilk gittiğimizde çatıya bakıyordu, rica ettik hemen değiştirdiler. Ayrıca taleplerimiz anında karşılık buldu çok kısa süre içinde, gayet başarılı personel ve resepsiyon kibar arkadaşlar. Kahvaltı başarılı. Otopark ücretli. Teşekkürler

Great location, welcome at reception was excellent, and an upgrade was much appreciated. Large rooms. Excellent pool and spa. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Standart oda almamıza rağmen bizi suit odada ağırladılar. Çok temiz ve konforlu konakladık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar temiz ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Çalışanlar da gayet güler yüzlü ve sevecen yaklaştılar. Girişte de bize yardımcı olan Engin Bey’e de teşekkür ederiz. Sabah kahvaltıları da güzeldi zaten çarşıda merkezde bulunan otelin çevresindeki olanaklar da sınırsız.

We were upgraded to a suite so had a lovely stay. The restaurant on the top floor was very good with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful

Comfortable overnight stay travelling from Muğla to Ankara. Our room had a great view of Mount Davraz over tbe surrounding rooftops. The Airon in the room was superb set at 24 degrees and kept a good temperature through the night without noısy fans. The Old Irish Pub served a good pint (can) of Guiness and and some nice good value pub grub. Good sized well kept swimmimg pool.

Yataklar be tv’ler biraz eskimiş yenilenmeleri gerekiyor.kahvaltısı gayet yeterli . Otelin konumu mükemmel . Etrafında çok alternatıf yeme içme yerleri (avm vs ) var .

Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı ancak odalardaki ses çift yönlü içeri ve dışarı çıkıyor. Otelde yapılan düğün ya da etkinlikten dolayı yan odama sürekli giren ve çıkanlar vardı kapının önünde yaptıkları tüm konuşmalar oda içerisinden net duyuluyor. Seyahatten genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. fiyat ver performans olarak bakıldığında tercih edilebilecek güzel otellerden birisi.

Odanın bir ışığı bozuktu ve yanmıyordu . Böyle bir otelde her odada diş fırçası ve macunu olmalıydı istepe bağlı getirilmemeliydi .

Karşılama gayet güzeldi standart oda seçmiştim ama kalmadığı için suit odaya verdiler bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim, odalar gayet temiz ve konforlu, otelin var gece kulübü imkanları da mevcut, kahvaltı çeşidi de çok tavsiye ederim.

Standart oda rezervasyonu yapmış olmamıza rağmen lobide çalışan arkadaş odamızı yükseltti ve suit odalarından birini verdi. Nazik ve yardımcı personeline çok teşekkür ederim.

Karsilama ve bilgilendirme eksik Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı konusu saklanmış otele giriş sırasında kahvalti icin konaklama ucretinin yarisi kadar para alinmasi bence son derece etik dışı bir uygulama. Otel temiz evet ama sadece temizlik bir otelin beş yıldızı hak etmesine yeterli degil. Bu yaşadıklarımızı anlatıyorum ki insanlar bilgilensin Otel yonetimi de belki bu konuda kendini duzeltir.

İlk girdiğim andan itibaren çalışan arkadaşlar çok nazik ve kibarlardı. Oruç tutacağımı söyleyince kallavi bir sahur sofrası gönderildi, kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Oda çok rahattı tavsiye ediyorum

Arkadaslarimizin düğünü için gelmiştik, bir gece konakladık, odamiz güzeldi, sıcaktı, gayet memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı da yeterliydi, otelin yeri güzel, merkezi, etrafında cafeler ve avm var, ayrıca kapalı otopark da var, güzel bir konaklama oldu bizim için.

Davrazda kayak yapmak için Ispartaya geldik. Otel şehirdeki tek beş yıldızlı oteldi sanırım. Temizlik, hizmet ve konfor olarak da zincir otellerden aşağı kalır yanı yoktu. Otelin kendi bünyesine dahil tesisler de çok güzel. Hot lounge da derbiyi izledik. Mekan çok keyifliydi. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. Konaklama süremiz boyunca tek olumsuz durum kahvaltı inanılmaz zayıftı. Çeşitlendirilmesi gerekiyor. Personele teşekkür ederiz her türlü durumda çok ilgilendiler.

Oda, personel, otelin genel hali ve misafirperverlik iyi. Ancak kahvaltısı çok vasat, tüm ülkede en küçük benzin istasyonunda bile espresso varken, otelde su bazlı yani aslında suyu çok kahvesi az bol sulu bir şey veriyorsunuz. Kahvaltının genel sunumu kötü ayrıca çocukları hiç düşünmeden hazırlanmış, bol peynirden başka çeşit olmayan bir sunum olmuş. Çayları üstü üstüne demlediği için personel aşırı acı, sıcak suyun üstüne de kaynamadan kalan şişe suları(gözümle gördüm) döktüğünüz için ılık ve acı çay sunan bir kahvaltı olmuş. 15 gün sonra geldiğimizde tercihimiz otel ve personeli görünce siz olacaktınız ancak kahvaltıyı gördükten sonra fikrimiz değişti, yazık…
