Otele girişte ricamız üzerine açılır yatak yerine fazladan yataklı bir odaya geçtik, ancak bunun için ekstra ücret alınacağı o anda söylenmedi (genelde boş ise sizi daha iyi bir odaya alırlar ve ücret talep edilmez). Bu pek hoş olmadı, o anda çalışan kişinin acemiliği olarak görüyorum. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan hanımefendi çok pozitif bir insan ve taze hamur işleri sunuyor. Kahvaltıda omlet olmaması ve haşlanmış yumurtaların bayat olması ise üzdü.

Otel az katlı yeni bir binaydı. Merkeze yakın ve otopark sorunu olmayan sakin bir sokaktaydı. 1+1 bir odada konakladık. Temiz ve yeterli donanıma sahipti. Hesaplı bir fiyata, güler yüzlü bir hanımın servisinde yeterli çeşitin ve güzel lezzetlerin olduğu bir kahvaltı yaptık.

I'm sorry it was one of the worst place I ever stayed in Turkey! I don't know why the staff gave me the ground room, because of Im foreigner? Or because only myself? The room didn't clean, even bread , dust on the floor! and the smell! from the bathroom. and could hear machine sound all the time . my god! I will never stay here ! and the reason I chose was I saw the good comment . its ridiculous. maybe the standard is really low in the city. and the breakfast! is so poor! only bread and some jam and cheese. nothing else, even no toast machine. how could this kind of place got 5 star on GOOGLE? it s really shame!

Ett bra hotell med utmärkt personal. Frukosten helt ok. Vi saknade sänglampor och Wifi fungerade bara korta stunder på hotellrummet. Rent och fint i övrigt. Bilderna på åtminstone det rum vi valt stämde inte men det var ändå bra.

Bu otelde 3. konaklayisim ve verilen odalar giderek kötüleşiyor. Otelin konumu, fiyat politikası ve benim için en önemlisi evcil hayvan kabul edişi icin tercih ediyordum. Rezervasyonumu suit oda olarak girdim ve ona göre bedel ödedim, aksam giriş yaptığımda alt kattaki twin odayi verdiler, sanirim tek kisi olduğum icin buyuk odayı baska birine tahsis ettiler. Bir de uygulama uzerinden rezervasyona alt katta olan, basik ve rutubetli odalari veriyorlar. Ayrica buzdolabi çalışmıyordu, meger çoğu fiş yeri bozukmuş, buzdolabini tasidilar. Sadece temizliği iyiydi.

L’hôtel Rosa Therapy est un bon hôtel à Isparta. Les chambres sont grandes et disposent d’un coin salon. Attention il y a une cuisine mais sans aucun équipement (pas de verre, couvert…) ainsi seul le frigo peut être utilisé. La chambre était relativement propre. Nous avons quelques difficultés à trouver une place pour nous garer. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon malgré tout.

L’hôtel Rosa Therapy est un bon hôtel à Isparta. Les chambres sont grandes et disposent d’un coin salon. Очень приветливый, готовый всегда помочь персонал, вкусный завтрак, тихий район. Милые названия комнат, каждая комната какой то цветок, мы жили в Жасмине. Единственный недостаток, практически не работал вайфай, а для нас это было очень важно,так как мы работаем онлайн. Пришлось покупать турецкую сим-карту. Странно, что была кухня в номере, но ни приборов, ни чайника, ни посуды в комнате не было.

Очень приветливый, готовый всегда помочь персонал, вкусный завтрак, тихий район. Милые названия комнат, каждая комната какой то цветок, мы жили в Жасмине. Bina temiz ve yeni, ancak gürültü çok büyük bir problem. Koridorlarda koşanlar mı dersiniz, alt katta ya da üst katta eşya çekenler mi dersiniz, sabaha kadar uyuyamadım. Sabah da mutfağın tüm gürültüsü ve kokusu odaya doldu. Kaldığım oda oturma grubu ve yatak odasından oluşan iki kısımdan oluşuyordu, yatak odasında pencere yok ve çok havasız. 2025 yılında kalınan bir otelde klima olmaması zaten çok garip. Sanırım otel eskiden bir öğrenci yurduymuş, sonra otele çevirilmiş.

Bina temiz ve yeni, ancak gürültü çok büyük bir problem. Koridorlarda koşanlar mı dersiniz, alt katta ya da üst katta eşya çekenler mi dersiniz, sabaha kadar uyuyamadım. O hotel é novo, confortável e com uma boa infra-estrutura. Cobra um preço muito bom também. O check in, no final da tarde, feito com um funcionário muito gentil e atencioso, foi ok também. No entanto, um funcionário que trabalha à noite, isso depois do check in, quando viu o cachorro, queria nos mandar embora, dizendo que o cachorro poderia latir e atrapalhar os demais hóspedes. É um funcionário despreparado para a função. Sugiro que o Hotel o oriente, pois o hotel aceita pets e não pode criar situações de tensão e rispidez com os hóspedes de maneira desnecessária!

O hotel é novo, confortável e com uma boa infra-estrutura. Cobra um preço muito bom também. O check in, no final da tarde, feito com um funcionário muito gentil e atencioso, foi ok também. We wanted a one night stay in Isparta, a city we very much like and have been to before. We rejected more expensive options for the relatively new Rosa Therapy. We are very glad we did! The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The room was immaculate but could have done with some drinking glasses and a kettle and cups. We decided to try the buffet breakfast which turned out to be amazing value for Morley and run by an absolutely delightful lady. The area is quiet and residential but within an easy walk of the shops and restaurants. A very good stay at a reasonable price. Well done to all the staff.

We only stayed one night, but the experience was so good we could imagine staying over a longer period. The reception was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very nice size and very clean. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Gölcük Tabiat Parkı (also recommended) and the taxi driver also did everything to make our visit to the Park great. Thank you Rosa Therapy Hotel for making our visit to your beautiful country so nice! James and Evy

We only stayed one night, but the experience was so good we could imagine staying over a longer period. The reception was very helpful and very friendly. The room was very nice size and very clean. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Gölcük Tabiat Parkı (also recommended) and the taxi driver also did everything to make our visit to the Park great. El hotel es muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable. Está en una calle alejada del centro ,pero que andando en 40 min.se puede llegar. Incluso sé podía ver la montaña Davraz nevada (marzo) desde la calle del hotel. Recomiendo este hotel.

We came to Isparta to see Sagalassos. It was an excellent choice. 5-10 mins walk from bus station and taxi station. Close to good eating places (Antre Caffe) and the mall if you need to shop. Very quiet residential area — the quietest sleep in the 3 weeks we have been to Turkey. The hotel is very zen and our room was actually a suite with a separate living area. If you are going to Sagalassos, we were in shoulder season so needed to take a taxi — cost 1400 TL. Well worth it.

We wanted a one night stay in Isparta, a city we very much like and have been to before. We rejected more expensive options for the relatively new Rosa Therapy. We are very glad we did! The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The room was immaculate but could have done with some drinking glasses and a kettle and cups. We decided to try the buffet breakfast which turned out to be amazing value for Morley and run by an absolutely delightful lady. The area is quiet and residential but within an easy walk of the shops and restaurants. A very good stay at a reasonable price. Well done to all the staff.

Good stay in a peaceful area. Staff was very nice , room was comfortable abut the fixtures in the bathroom not up to standard. A bit of work needed to fix or replace some of them. Other than that , the breakfast was very good and a good choice, parking was available outside property free of charge.

Turizm otelcilik sektöründe daha önce hizmet verdiğim için sektörün inceliklerine dikkat eden bir yorum yazmak istedim. Öncelikle otelin konumu itibariyle bahçeli müstakil evlerin yoğun olduğu bir bölgede olduğu için sessiz ve sakin bir konumda yer alıyordu. Oteli çok sevdik, Tüm personel son derece nazik ve güleryüzle karşıladılar. Odaların temizliği ve buklet takımları (Terlik, sabun, şampuan, duş jeli vs.) eksiksizdi. Ocak ayında olmamıza rağmen oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi. Odamızda kombi mevcut olduğu için kalorifer ısısını isteğimize göre ayarlayabildik. Sıcak su ve banyo temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı servisi güzeldi. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan Sevgi hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz. Yeni yapılan kahvaltı salonunun yanındaki teras çok şık döşenmiş. Butik otel olmasına rağmen fiyat performans anlamında çok olumlu bir etki bıraktı bizde. Tüm otel yetkililerine çok teşekkür ederiz.

I'm sorry it was one of the worst place I ever stayed in Turkey! I don't know why the staff gave me the ground room, because of Im foreigner? Or because only myself? The room didn't clean, even bread , dust on the floor! and the smell! from the bathroom. and could hear machine sound all the time . my god! I will never stay here ! and the reason I chose was I saw the good comment . its ridiculous. maybe the standard is really low in the city. and the breakfast! is so poor! only bread and some jam and cheese. nothing else, even no toast machine. how could this kind of place got 5 star on GOOGLE? it s really shame!

Positive: friendly staff, warm welcome, location close enough to Rose Festival, shopping centre & restaurants whilst in a lovely residential clean area. Queries and communication from hotel was quick. Breakfast area pleasant apart from 'spa' music. Reception area with comfy seats and a display of rose cosmetic products for sale. Discount given to guests. Negative: the room - awful. Put into a family room (tho called a suite)! Why put a 'family' on 3rd floor - NO lift. NO air conditioning. I would never have stayed in a hotel with no lift and AC but it was late when we arrived to find somewhere else. NO full length mirror except small bathroom one. No kettle for tea/coffee refreshments (despite there being a kitchen sink in room)! Why not? No safe. No door on shower. No cotton pads, earbuds, tissues - just 1 soap and 1 shower gel. Thin towels. The room had damp on ceiling which I told reception about. Net curtain torn. Shower needed cleaning. Basically a 1-2 star hotel despite the 4.6 reviews 🤔 The breakfast was very basic - only fresh fruit was watermelon. No simit. I had to ask for yogurt. The usual plastic cheese, white bread and chips! boiled eggs, tomatoes, olives, salad. Had to pay for coffee!!
