Axiom Park Hotel

En general muy Bien, la zona del hotel muy buena.. Cómodo, pequeño.. cumple ampliamente con un viaje para no estar en el hotel.

unos estafadores... te ponen unas fotos de un apartamentazo con una cocina inmensa cama king etc y cuando llegas te meten en el sótano (seguro que no tienen licencia de habitabilidad) y no tiene ventanas únicamente una foto de un bosque de engañabobos. El baño tenía un olor a tuberia/hospital insoportable

Llegué temprano y me querían cobrar un día más, tuve que esperar una horas para poder hacer check in y no en el establecimiento sino fuera de el

We were scammed, received a Whatsapp message asking us to confirm our reservation by confirming our credit card details. The message had our itinerary number, corrects dates etc. Multiple amounts of hundreds of pounds were taken. I phoned the Axiom, who already knew about this scam but had not warned any guests. I raised this on arrival, receptionist said data must have been leaked by Expedia (we didn't use Expedia) and denied any responsibility. Hotel was in a good location for us, close to Battersea park and power station, but a bit scruffy, the window didn't close properly and someone must have been smoking on our floor.

Staff were courteous and helpful and an okay price for a decent location for our needs. Secure parking available, as per their advert but with an additional charge but it's not an unreasonable rate for London. BUT the family studio room needs some work! Plaster missing from ceiling above bed, aircon/heating not working (windows were open when we got there with an unpleasant smell in the room) and the heating was not working so pretty cold! TV not working. Shower head needs replacing. The room generally needs quite a bit of attention and redecoration.
