Dive Palm Springs Hotel - 21 & Over

Lovely spot for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely return

Room clean Staff ok We prefer the sister property called Talavera in downtown Palm Springs. We stayed in room 13. Dislike tub option with rain shower. Awkward to use and rain shower lacks water pressure. Air conditioner struggled to keep room cool. Pool loungers are hard and uncomfortable. Bed sheets are terrible! Feel like burlap. Jacuzzi was dirty and not quite hot enough. Outside water dispensers were often near empty. Bikes need care. First bike had a flat tire. Second bike needed brake adjustment and had a wheel rubbing on the frame. My husband fixed it. Our room was quiet as it was furthest from the main street. Pool area has street noise.

We got to check in early & were served a glass of rose’ wine upon arrival. The room, amenities and service all outstanding!

Nice service and relax clean

My room had water leak. Woman manager was mean and snotty to me. Yelled at me at 8am because their plumbing was crap. No radio or similar in rooms. Cute concept. I ordered door dash and was yelled at for giving them gate code, when my co worker did the same and they never said a thing. Food was mediocre at best. Staff was snotty. Treated me like I was a problem when their hotel had issues. Was not treated very well my entire stay. Felt targeted for some reason. I was there on business.
