Most terribly maintained hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures we saw online showed a room with a kitchen and a full size fridge. Upon arrival we were told we had to request a fridge. After asking a second time, we finally got the full size fridge the next afternoon. Our kitchen in our room was barely stocked and we had to ask for items. When we got to the room, we had one fork and one spoon. The juice machine was broken at the buffet. When I asked when if it was going to be fixed, the woman at the front desk said very rudely, "Obviously not!" She then went on to tell me that she was tired because she was pregnant, which seemed to excuse the condition of the buffet. When I asked for the manager's name, she gave me her name (which I found out when I finally spoke to the manager). In addition to the juice, the hot food was pathetic. Most of the days we were there, very little hot food was kept in the warmers. One day, with 1 hour to go until the breakfast hours were over, there were 2 sausages in the warmer. Most of the equipment in the gym was out of order. The pool was freezing and we had to ask for towels to be restocked at least twice while we were there. One of the elevators was out of order. The ice machine we were directed to use was out of order. I asked for a partial refund and was told I would get one. Then the day we left I was told I would get some extra "points" added to my Best Western rewards. Pick any other hotel in town.

I love the screaming TVs by this day is horrible after the cardio equipment doesn’t work one elevator is working and my AC in my room completely didn’t work from from the moment I checked in and the maintenance guy had already gone home for the day and the place was full up so I had no way to see so I got zero sleep because it was 90° in my room
