16:00 pm check in is ridiculous. There’s no fridge or AC in the room There is no room cleaning or change of towels There’s a kettle and cups but for nothing, not even instant coffee is offered. Furniture is very old and the room smells. The shower head holder is broken Reception is not open 24/7 and it’s weirdly behind an office with a door.

Not a bad place to stay. The room was clean and location was convenient for getting around Warsaw. The fridge did not work and the shower and toilet had their quirks. The road outside is used at night for some sort of drag/strip racing and this meant on night 1 we barely slept. Night 2 was slightly quieter but if you have a front face room you're going to hear a LOT of noise. The room was too hot to close the window. In a pinch I'd stay again but I'd probably look elsewhere first

Breakfast was very basic, lift kept breaking down and we were on yhe 5th floor and my husband is disabled. We were relocated to the 1st floor but downgraded with no air con, no wardrobe and a shoebox of a room. Still waiting for a partial refund for the downgrading. Avoid at all costs
