The management has an annoying 'policy' of having you ring them to 'confirm' a booking. Have they heard of an email system, if they have a terrible experience of customers playing truant with them after paying for a room?

Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside. We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers! Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier Inn which we usually rely on. Would recommend.
