The room was in need of dusting and wiping down of surfaces with disinfectant. Tile floors were sticky, and carpet was very stained. We checked in as a couple, but there was only 1 towel.

Clerk wanted $100 CASH rather than take credit card. Is he in business for himself? Room had swarm of ants on air conditioner. Bathroom cockroaches. Walls had brownish smears/drips on wall, looked like old blood. Stuck to the wall were EKG electrode stickers. Someone was critically ill in that room, resuscitated, and no one cleaned up.

Extremely filthy. Sheets were full of hair, carpet left black marks on items, crusty bits on walls and counters, either caked dirt or mold in appliances. Items had thick dust. The only thing that had been cleaned was the toilet, thankfully. Only stayed for a few hours and got out after sleeping on my own blankets. Was initially placed in an unbreathable smoking room but they did switch me.

The WORST room I’ve ever been assigned. Open soap with beard or pubic hairs on it by the sink. Same hairs in sink. Toilet seat I used TP to wipe off a bunch of black residue. The porcelain part had hair and dried pee. The front below had thick dark pee, a months worth? I asked the front desk if he’d make it right. He said I should have told him when I noticed. I cancelled my reservation for later and will NEVER go there! I am used to cheap motels but not body fluids and hairs.

This property offers little more than a roof over your head and a hot shower. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, obvious water damage and damage to outlets, filthy walls, and stained bedding. Most importantly when we checked in we were informed our bathroom door did not have a handle, we then discovered the drain plug to the bath tub was broken, and the handle to the tub was not installed correctly. The area around the hotel was noisy, the walls thin, and very clear gaps in the door that showed abundant daylight. Their facilities maintenance is very heavily lacking. However the staff was open, honest and polite. We got our deposit back no problem however we will likely not be staying here again due to the risk of mold exposure.

Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is filthy. Carpet and chairs stained with things I don't even want to think about. Black hairs on the sheets, bathroom disgusting. The place looks like a homeless shelter pretending to be a motel.

This place was gross. The carpet in the room was so gross you couldn't walk in the room without shoes. The blankets all had holes in them. The bathroom had no shower curtain so water got everywhere. There were holes in the walls and when i needed to run out to my car i stayed getting followed by a really creepy guy. Will never stay here again

The truth is that it is a very disgusting place. The beds were all dirty, the room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke, there was a lot of hair in the sink and in the bathtubs. I regret having stayed there.

Terrible Experience – Never Staying Here Again! This was by far one of the worst motel experiences I’ve ever had. Check-in was a nightmare as the front desk couldn’t even find our Expedia booking and made us wait unnecessarily long. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner, so we had to switch rooms. The second room was even worse—filthy, stinky carpet, a clogged bathroom bowl, and a terrible smell throughout. The bed sheets had a huge dirty burn mark and even blood stains—absolutely unacceptable! This place is poorly maintained and feels completely unhygienic. I would never recommend this motel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

Convenient location for picking up a car from nearby dealer who warned me that this was a problem neighborhood. Had no trouble myself but Fred Myer across the road is getting a bad rap. I did notice that the security lock on the door to my room was missing the slider. Otherwise, I slept well, even overslept and missed breakfast.

Booked a week out, called early to let them know we would be arriving late, they said it was okay but when we got there they still gave our room away to someone else. They kicked out another reservation to get us a room. I booked the room as 2 guests but they refused to give us more than one trowel. Cigarette burn holes in sheets. Missing smoke alarm. All TV stations had bad static. AC fan was horrifically loud. Sticky carpet and floors. How bad is bad?

Very comfortable. Frig, Microwave ... even a 2 burner plate to cook on if need be. Love that. Desk attendant was so helpful... even for Friday the 13th and the fact the he was having trouble with some other people. I felt sorry for him but, he did awesome. Thank you ever so much. <3 :)

While the service person was pleasant and was accommodating as best they could, the hotel itself needs some major remodeling as the room we stayed in seemed like it was far past its time and the hotel grounds looks very dated and old.

The staff was pleasant but not educated about service animals. The staff made me leave because my dog (service animal) barked to alert me. The staff (his name is Will) told me that service animals (dogs) do not bark. I told him that was the silliest thing i ever heard. I am 66 yrs old and have had my service animal for 10 yrs

The front desk fellow asked for a $100 cash deposit . I had to ask for a receipt. He wasn’t going to give me one. He said no one has ever asked for a receipt before.. I said I wasn’t leaving without a receipt. I just gave him cash.. He reluctantly made me a receipt. This is a very old motel. Our room smelt very strong of Pine-Sol. Almost too much so. Maid service was excellent! Minus the pine sol smell lol.

This place makes you pay a $100 cash, not credit card cash. I wasn't informed. We didn't read all the spring fine print. When you click on and reserve this room, you gotta click on to another box to see that which is kind of bogus. And then on top of that, I had to run back out to get her ID. Because he needed her ID 2 to check into the room along with mine, which didn't make any sense. A lot of work We're just things. I'm staying at a place that it was equivalent to a Motel 6 and not a Holiday Inn express or something like that nice, sir. UnbelievableAll the work you have to do, just to check in

The front desk couldn’t find my Expedia reservation where already I paid. Had to call customer service to straighten out. No towels were provided in room. Font desk couldn’t find where clean towels were stored. Room was adequate but everything old/worn/outdated. Large amount of homeless people around the area. Next time I’ll spend the extra $ and stay somewhere much nicer.

The owners are kind great people. Friendly staff. We have been staying for years. We come for work it is well priced and we do not ever have run in or problems with the city problems that surround the area. The owners and staff maintain safety on the property.

As long as you are ok with the possibility of the homeless breaking into your car, and the traffic of vehicles and people coming in and out of this place, it looks a little sketchy. Will have to look deeper at location when booking from now on.

The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there. The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there. The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

We paid for 3 days and left before 24 hours was up with no reimbursement. Witnessed at least 5 separate junkies trying to break into cars. And their drug dealer who lives at the motel came to my door and threatened me and my son's lives. He only backed down when my hand went for the gun on my hip. Stay away from this motel if you value your life.

Convenient location for picking up a car from nearby dealer who warned me that this was a problem neighborhood. Had no trouble myself but Fred Myer across the road is getting a bad rap. I did notice that the security lock on the door to my room was missing the slider. Otherwise, I slept well, even overslept and missed breakfast.

Beware, the property management demands a $100 deposit in CASH only, no credit card, at check-in. This was not stipulated on the Hotels.com website. The place is OK but a bit worn out. Carpeting is old and felt "sticky" and the bathroom (although clean) was in need of repairs. Heater worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. Mini-frig was working but was in need of cleaning (cleaned it myself). Amenities are limited and only two towels, no cups. WiFi is secure but is slow. Lots of off street parking. Location is behind a strip of retail stores (look for the Wingstop shop), and their sign is low to the ground and a bit hard to see. The Everett Mall and lots of retail are nearby. Hey, you get what you pay for. This definitely a budget motel.

Sunrise motel was very dirty. Bed fitted and flat sheets had holes on them Pillows were terrible. The room had stains on the floor. Baseboard frames and lamp shades were dusty.
