Cool swimming area

Pool was nice and clean, floors were very dirty/made your feet dirty. They mopped the floors twice and were still dirty. Several areas with exposed drywall mud. Beds were clean and comfy.

Bathroom could use a little more cleaning. Rest was good. Noisy neighbor, but had kids, so understand. Pool was refreshing!

I stay after the snow storm up to 3 feet, they are well clear up the parking lot, and ready the heater before we arrived, it's so warm and well prepared. Room spacious and clean, fully smilingly and friendly of staff, center of the city, very convenient, will be back again next time.

We had a good time in the pool and the staff was nice about supplying towels.

Friendly helpful staff who are always available. It is nice that it is across from a bar for Sat. night entertainment. Property is in poor condition and needs remodel with paint job. It was a great value though with nice clean pool!

Very convenient to downtown Wenachee stores and restaurants. Short drive to Mission Ridge ski resort. Easy on-site parking.

TLDR - dont stay here if you like sleep Where do i begin? Check in was easy enough since we booked with Expedia. provided our name, our ID and were given our room keys. things quickly went downhill from there. we booked this place because it had a pool. too bad it was 98 degrees and the pool had been drained. no explanation. well lets check out the room. the first thing we noticed was the light switch for the room turned on a light that was behind the TV... so to see anything we had to open the curtains. one light between the beds and one by the bathroom. the bathroom itself was horrendous. the toilet seat was broken and unattached, so that made things interesting. paint flaking/chipped throughout. the vent fan hasn't seen cleaning in at least a decade, so made a point of not turning that on. the bathtub faucet ran constantly even though the handles were beyond tight and it appeared to have mold in the grout in the tub. needless to say we refused to use the tub/shower. when it came time to sleep, the beds were nice and the sheets were good. but there is NO sound insulation at all. i was convinced there was some kind of amusement center above us because we heard nothing but banging, rolling chairs, running, etc until what must have been midnight. curtains do very little to block outside light. finally the offered breakfast was standard, so i dont fault them here. two types of cereal, granola bars, some fruit (apples and bananas) and donuts, and coffee/tea.

We were on a motorcycle trip. We stay in a lot of motels during the trip. They gave us rooms side by side on the bottom floor. Easy parking for the bikes right in front of the room. Very affordable, safe, clean, hot shower, given water bottles on check in and hot coffee in the morning. Perfect!

Value for the money. Includes continental breakfast Nice pool. Swam daily. Quiet comfortable bed Lonnie the maintenance man helped and answered all questions

Room was absolutely disgusting ceiling in the bathroom look like someone threw up on it never been in a dirty hotel room definitely will not be staying there again

It was affordable and the staff was helpful. But the walls and doors could use a good wipe down. There was an over whelming smell of perfume or incense

Bed Bugs!!!!

The holiday lodge has cockroaches. Motel is run down and looks clean at first but nope cockroaches come out of cracks in doors and from under the bed. Nice tv's. Pool is ok. No breakfast. Our rooms door frame was broken and door wouldnt open, we had to have someone kick the door open. Management didnt fix lock. When we complained about the cockroaches they threatened to call the cops and trespass us. Told us our dogs brought the bugs and did not refund our money or compensate for us having to completely clean all of our belongings. Management was rude.

There was moldy food left in our fridge and no top sheet on our bed. The food stunk up our whole room when we opened the fridge and we were wondering how long it has been since the fridge was last cleaned.

Stain on sheets. Mold in bathroom. Hair in shower, sink, and towels.

So the people here who own and or work here are amazing but this place is disgusting. Pillow was covered in mold and the rooms smell like they covered it in a million gallons of air freshener that’s nauseating. Super dirty rooms that look like they’ve been cleaned at the laziest way possible. Guy at the front desk was amazing and asked how we liked it and the guy cleaning rooms switched out our pillows but it truly doesn’t undo the nastiness of the rooms itself.

The rooms are really dirty lots of dust everywhere …. I found trash underneath the beds.. the bathroom were awfully dirty I even found dead flies on the room

This was not the best of properties for sure! The one thing I will say was that the staff was very kind and helpful. (there was a new younger girl working at the front desk every time we went in there) We were first told that we had the room that we booked with a queen size bed. When we went in the room, we realized that the door would not lock so we went to the front counter and the young lady gave us their last room with a king bed. The lock worked in this room, thankfully. The room was ok for cleanliness, but the bathroom was old and run down. There were stains on the roof of the shower, the door was so marked up and not clean and it looked like they had just tried to patch everything up. The heater was so incredibly noisy that it woke me up from my sleep when it came on. The bedding was ok, but the top comforter was so thin and fell off the bed every single night while we were sleeping. There is no coffee maker in the room, which I find very inconvenient. You have to go to the front office to get your morning coffee. We also found it to be quite loud as there is a bar across the street and I wouldn't say that it is the best part of town. I don't think that we would stay here again.

The room was fine. Our room was the on the bottom floor, but there was no carpeting. So we could hear someone above us walking loudly back and forth several times at 1:30am. Then when they finally settled down, they started to cough this weird loud cough that sounded like they were going to throw up. It went on for over an hour. I finally took some pills in order to fall asleep. So I recommend ear plugs and requesting the top floor.

The outside of building was run down stairs to upper level had holes rusted through stairs, AC was marginal and person we checked in with could not communicate that well.

Sky lights above windows let light in allll the time. Hair dryer did not work

My door looked like it had been kicked in and the frame wasn't fixed. I was in the room right next to the office and instead of two doors between the room, there was only one that I could hear them talking through all night and see enough light under to tell when someone was walking by. There were stains on the floor, wall, sheets and blinds. When I grabbed the towel, the bar it was on fell off the wall. Not much I can say positive about this place...

The heater in my room wasn’t working. It would turn on but it wouldn’t stay on and it made a ton of noise. I was fortunately on the 2nd floor so I got some heat from below. I got in late and just slept in my ski base and mid layers and used the boot heater to help warm up the bed. Since I was in late and leaving early, it wasn’t worth trying to switch. It’s not a nice hotel, isn’t in a nice part of town, so expectations weren’t high, but a working heater in December is kind of a big deal. I would recommend checking functionality of all items prior to moving your stuff into the room. Remove all valuables from your car and expect noisy neighbors.

The tub was very slick. The property is very old. Early morning was pretty noisy. The balcony walk way slanted in places & felt like it could be unsafe.

I was impressed by the receptionist service. Very helpful to promptly fulfill my requests, eager to help with any further concerns if any. Room clean and very quiet, all appliances (air conditioner, fridge, microwave, TV, wifi) in perfect working condition. Definitely, I will come back here, as price is reasonable and the service excellent!

The room did not smell very clean, the window did not Lock. We found a dirty diaper in the room. TV was remote was missing. Ask them three times for a remote and finally told them to forget it because we didn’t want them coming and why we were gone and then even though I booked the hotel because of Having dogs, There was no signage and after we had checked in and was in the room for a while we were asked for $25 additional fee.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was welcoming.

Tedious and confusing check in when they weren’t aware of the second room. One room had a pink light and a concerning door connected to the front desk, the other was actively flooding in the back. The rooms were between the front desk and a room their family was staying in. Between 10pm and 1am they went back and forth causing the front door bell to ring over and over. There was a small child wandering between crying. They could have put us almost anywhere else in the motel to prevent the sound. The next day they offered coffee, the creamer had gone bad and was chunky.

Recently stayed at this hotel the gentleman at the office was completely amazing and super nice and friendly all the staff was super kind. Me and my family would stay there anytime. Even though the hotel is located across from a bar the staff made me and my family feel completely safe threw our stay.

Zero stars if possible. $114 gets you a room that is disgusting and falling apart. They used new flooring to mask the issues. Everything is dirty, walls, trim, bathroom, everything. The bathtub does not drain. We went to shower and the water never drained til we manually made a vortex so it would go down. Person working said no refund because she isn’t a manager, then proceeded to say we couldn’t contact her manager or anyone else in charge. Disgusting room and horrible service. If the owner is reading this then I would hope you send us a refund and do some actual work on the motel. Desk lady took our number so the boss could call us but we all know that isn’t gonna happen. Not to mention the connecting door for the room next to us was broken so who knows if that’s safe and also the front door doesn’t seem to lock well….. do not go here. Ever. Spend the $190 to stay at a name brand hotel.

Great deal for the money. The room is clean. George was responsive to any requests I had.

This Hotel was Amazing very friendly staff and the room was ready when i arrived and room clean they exceeded my expectations i will definitely recommend Holiday Lodge to family and friens. Very happy with the service i received i can't complain about it.

Trying to check out around 600am. Nobody in the office. Trying to call them and the person sound liketheu were sleep. Left the key room and called them back around 8am to tell them hey key in room. There nobody in office when we left. Its no bad property; just need good wipe down on the wall and clean the fan in the bathroom.

Needs maintenance. Toilet seat in bad condition, bath tub faucet leaking. Open gap on edge of room door and the chain lock couldn’t be locked. Had new floors though, and the cute little attempt at a continental breakfast in the little office was a nice attempt. Not bad for the price but needs maintenance.

Even though the area outside the hotel was less than desirable, the rooms themselves were very spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable! Our room’s mini fridge didn’t work so I mentioned it to the front desk. The receptionist was very friendly and apologetic and said she would get maintenance on it in the morning or suggested I store all my perishables in their hotel refrigerator. Seeing that neither option would work for me, I asked for a small discount instead. She said she could definately do that and for me to mention it at checkout. The next day, after having their wonderful breakfast in the hotel dining room, I decided not to follow through with the discount. The two breakfast more than made up for the inconvenience of the non functiona mini fridge!
