It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that the ice machine didn't work. I would have requested a different floor.

It was an overall great experience. What stood out were the comfortable beds (felt like a big white cloud), the fitness center with its various hand weights, and the various fruit flavored waters available in the lobby.

Property was nice.Only bad thing is there is no pool

Excellent hotel, comfortable stay, clean room, very big suite, all amenities including refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine, TV, dish network, etc.very clean room, ample supply of towels, toiletries. Complimentary breakfast buffet, coffee throughout the day, friendly staff.

Not the best but not the worst either. Interior is dark & dated, needs some updating. Bed is comfortable, pillows too flat. Have to remake the bed youself if you want to use the topsheet. Bathroom needs grab bars near the toilet, as it is so low it's hard to get down & up from. TV & internet went out due to bad weather. Post storm clean up needs to be made a priority--was hard to walk/dangerous and had to dig ourselves out of the parking lot. Only 1 of the 2 keycards assigned worked. Bring your own snacks & drinks or pay crazy prices. Coffee was bad. Breakfast was over salted, so those on restricted diets should be aware. Shower walls & doors were clean & limescale free but shower floor and door tracks need a good deep cleaning/scrubbing.

The hotel was nice and close to Sky Ridge hospital.My main concerns would be the toilet was too low for a handicap person or a person just out of surgery and the front doors. My wife was using a walker after hip surgery so was moving slowly when the automatic doors closed on her. I was able to catch her before falling.

We stay at this hotel because it’s close to Sky Ridge Hospital, where we have both had surgery in the past year. Breakfast is full and pretty good for a mid-level property, with lots of choices, hot and cold. The fitness center is better than many. Desk staff seem to lack personality, but they do help eventually. It is a bit noisy next to the highway interchange, and trying to take an afternoon nap was tough, due to slamming doors, apparently from housekeeping- although I’m not sure. But it is clean and well appointed at a decent price point.

My staff and I stayed at the Hampton during a snow storm; We work at the hospital in that area. We thought that staying near by at a hotel will be safer and convenient. Turns out this location does not plow the side walks or the parking lot, we were not able to get out! It was a mess out there, with cars parking literally anywhere, to not plowing the parking lot. We will not be sending our staff to stay at this location in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed minor repairs such as the carpet staple that was poking out of the floor and the ac was hissing. We let the staff know they made note for maintenance to fix after we left since we told them it was not a big deal to us.

The hotel has dirty carpets throughout the hallways and pubic areas. Basically, they need to be vacuumed more frequently.

It was really nice. It was clean, both elevators worked. Typical of most of my Hampton Inn stays

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and love the location. Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed in the breakfast. Everything was filthy and the offerings were old. The brown sugar was gross and hard. The young ladies that work the front desk are nice enough, but we sat there while they were all getting snacks and talking when we arrived Sunday night to check in. I’m not sure we will stay at this location next time.

The hotel is a very good value. My only complaint is that the TV in my room doesn’t work.

The rooms were spacious and the breakfast was lovely. A great stay and close to many things.

It is a nice property in a nice area the major downside to this particular room if you are on the north or east side of the building by the freeway, it is incredibly noisy all the time.

The hotel was easy to find. Close to light rail. Room was very spacious, large tv, clean, quiet even thou it was next to the expressway. Staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast had good hot & cold choices. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

Room is small; just a bed, desk and TV. No couch or chair. More like a motel 8 than a hotel room. Forx$133 it should be a bit better.

Room was wonderfully clean! Water pipes at night are very loud and nearly constantly clanging. Although there are 4 lamps in the room, the lighting is still way to dim - not bright enough to read. Room had microwave and refrigerator which was not noted in the website. Great surprise.

The staff were the nicest people and so wonderful our entire week long stay!

Rude front desk, bare bones location

Clean rooms-staff very disconnected, here’s your keys type, not friendly, stayed behind the office. No hellos or asking if things ok. Just very cold, quiet and just stared at you when you saw them. The rooms were fine and the breakfast was good too.

We booked this hotel so that we would be close to the hospital where my husband would have to check in early for a procedure. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. However, we had just fallen asleep for the night when the phone in the room rang. The person on the phone was calling from the front desk. They said the computer system went down and they needed to get our information back in before midnight (the time of the call was 11:39). I was half asleep and so confused. I just remember saying why are you calling us so late??? I told this person I will not give you my information over the phone and will be down to the desk to see them in person. The guy was trying to talk to me, but I was mad and hung up on him. I threw on some clothes and my husband and I walked down to the front desk. When we arrive, no one was present. After a few seconds, a young lady came out from behind a desk around the corner. She looked very surprised to see us and asked how she could help us. I told her we had just received a call from the front desk thing that the computers were down and they needed to update our information. She had no idea what we were talking about? It was at that time that she recalled that a man had called the hotel and had been asking for people with names that were not checked into the hotel. So then he was asking for specific rooms. So I asked her why she would have transferred him to our room? She really did not give us an answer to that

First off,positives. Very nice hotel, very clean. Coffee was very good. Negatives,They had a wifi issue while I was checking in. The front desk lady forgot to mark it down that we were in our room, needless to say we had someone trying to get in our room at 4:30am. It scared the heck out of me and my daughter. Luckily I had the lock over the door. They made good by it and I only paid half.

We have stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience! Love the location, there are many restaurants nearby, including a couple that stay open late.

Great location in a safe area steps from the light rail station. Casual restaurants and grocery shopping is close by. Bluffs Regional Park is also close if someone gets the hiking urge. Staff was friendly, on-site breakfast & coffee is good, too. Red Rocks, The Broadmoor, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs & Colorado Springs all within 30 min.-1 hr. drive of the hotel.

room was clean everything was in working condition breakfast was palatable and well stocked we had zero issues with our stay bonus was RTD station just a short walk to take the train right into Denver's Union Station

Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean, and met expectations for a Hampton Inn.

Amazing stay, great staff. Difficult to get to from the freeway. Apple Maps directs you to enter from the I25 access road and there is no driveway in that area. Entrance is behind the building off a side street following several turns. Just a bit confusing, but the property was first class!

Really bad breakfast...

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was severely lacking. Very limited options for what we usually have at a Hampton Inn and both days 90% was gone and there was no effort to refill. We had to go somewhere else to eat.

Clean and comfortable! Great breakfast!

Breakfast service was very poor. The food service worker was preoccupied with her phone conversation. You were able to hear very loud with her conversation. So all good choices were not available. There was garbage everywhere around the counters. This happened around 8:30. I don’t know why it was out of food choices because she was not paying attention to make refills.
