Tru By Hilton Denver South Park Meadows

It was very nice. Pleasant, nice pool, pool table, breakfast and clean.

Second stay, looks like a once a year stop. Clean room, cool pool, workout room with Pelaton, ample breakfast. Everything you could ask for in a perfect stay. Will stay again!

Only complaint/ inconvenience was the elevator broke and we were on the fourth floor. Everything else was great.

Very comfortable facility with great rooms. 24 hour fresh coffee, great pool and very helpful staff.

Second time staying here and it is a clean hotel and staff is nice but I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my daughter was dying to swim. The swimming pool is like an ice bath I saw four families come in and walk out because it was so cold. I feel like I was robbed don't advertise you have a pool if your not heating it up for the winter months. Now to our room the Shower door handle is falling off, everytime you flush the toilet I have to take the tank lid off so it refills with water and the security latch on the door is broken and does not work seems the need some maintenance on this place .

The room was very nice, loved the fact that there was no carpet. The shower leaked terrible and made a big mess on the floor. The elevators were broke. We were on the 4th floor so this was extremely inconvenient, especially since there are no coffee makers in the room. The breakfast was definitely below par.

Clean and new. Adequate breakfast with protein options. Coffee and tea available in the lobby and a pool table and pretty complete exercise room.

The property is clean and new. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Pool table and board games in the lobby are great for kids. Overall a nice place to stay and will stay again.

The only thing that was bad was upon arrival elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor and had to carry our luggage up the stairs but by morning elevator was working.

The hotel was very clean both in the lobby and in the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom very spacious. No complains.

This trip was horrible. Room was dirty, room service walked in on us while we were in the shower and kept cleaning even though we said "no thank you, we are in here. This happened 5 times out of the 12 days we stayed here. Also, most of the employees didn't speak english and had to go to multiple staff members to get help. The shower door wouldn't close so you'd have to hold the door with one hand to make sure it didn't flood the bathroom. Hate to request extra towels since room service wouldn't take the old ones some times. Even when we had room service, our room was supposed to get cleaned and the sheets on one of the bed was dirty. it looked like they didn't even change the sheets or anything like that. We voiced our issues with management and they pretty much said "it is what it is". i travel all around the country and stay at hotels everywhere. This was the worse hotel I have said at in years. Was very disappointed and would never stay here again. Anyone looking to stay here, I'd tell you to go somewhere else.

The rooms appeared clean but when I moved the bed....it was super dirty. Seems like they don't deep clean. Only clean to make it look clean.

The hotel lobby, room, stairs, elevator, and swimming pool areas were all spotless! We were there about three years ago and although it was a good stay, this time around it was beyond excellent! Great breakfast options too and the staff is beyond friendly!

We arrived around 9pm after a long day of driving and the room the placed us in was not cleaned. So we had to come back downstairs. Show pictures and get another room. It was just an inconvenience after a long day of traveling

Very clean and welcoming

This is a nice property. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect and we slept well. The free breakfast was fine. They had a variety of hot and cold items and overall it was ok. The staff were very pleasant and parking was simple. The hotel is conveniently located near IKEA and the Park Meadows Mall which worked well for us. We will likely stay here the next time we are in Denver.

They didn’t clean the fridge and trash … the costumer service was good but said they will give me points for the inconvenience they never did … 😭

This was a get-away weekend for myself and my girlfriend. Check-in was easy and getting to our room was nice. The room had a college doorm feel to it, it could have been a touch bigger with the 2 queen beds. The fact that there was no night stand on the outside of each of the beds made it difficult to place oyr things.

The front desk was very friendly; Kim. Our room was comfortable only had 1 side table. The climate was good but the fan was so loud we turned it off to sleep. Bed was great. The breakfast selections were good but not hot. We had to wait about 20 minutes for coffee. We were finished eating by then.

We enjoyed our stay. The side on the freeway is noisy, so try to avoid getting a room there.

Good location! Easy to get to off the interstate. Rooms were clean. Variety of food at free breakfast. Beds were too soft and creaked. Difficult to operate tv, and front desk did not know how to operate the tv with 2 remotes either.

All good but if you’re looking for quiet, look elsewhere. Traffic noise as well as small air traffic noise

Room was ok, quality of bedding left a lot to be desired, sheets and comforter felt like they had not been washed and they were very thin, overall decent stay. Breakfast was the normal, not a very big selection. Pancake machine looked interesting

The location of Tru was great for us, just off the highway and within walking distance of Park Meadows Mall – not to mention a plethora of great dining options. The hotel has a clean, modern look, though it did also come off a little as “budget”. The lobby was spacious and had a number of tables with charging ports for devices. Amenities included a small pool, small workout room, a passable breakfast buffet, and we always appreciate it when there isn’t a parking charge. The room itself was spacious and clean. No closet, drawers, microwave or coffee maker, but there was a bar for hanging clothes, a small desk and chair, cube refrigerator, and the entertainment center had fair amount of shelf space, along with a number of USB charging ports around the room. One of their selling points are the large 50in TV’s in each room, which had good basic cable options. I also always appreciate good water pressure in the shower. The night we stayed we were told the hotel was sold out, so I was relieved to find it calm and quiet throughout our stay – except for at breakfast. Two recommendations I would share would be that it is always nice to have a small bar of soap – not everyone likes liquid soap – and perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast buffet, especially to better accommodate gluten and dairy allergies.

The rooms were small and felt shrunken. No closet, you get an exposed pipe w 5 hangers. No dresser, just a bench for your bag. Breakfast had watered down wet scrambled eggs, no meats, and incredibly basic. Pool heater broken and gym was just 4 cardio machines in a small room

The perfumed scent they use inside is super strong, there are no microwaves or closets in the rooms, all rooms look the same. The rooms have a motel feel to them. The showers smelled like mold. Rooms are very small. No trash bags in cans. Too much money for what they actually offer.

the rooms were clean. comfortable bed. The A/C unit was very loud and the mini fridge had a very loud buzz. I had to unplug the fridge. There is no coffee maker in the room. The rooms are small but the bathroom was roomy. nice shower!

Nice gym, family friendly hotel for the weekend!

I would not wish my worst enemy to stay here. Kimberly and Karla are the WORST front desk “customer service” I have ever encountered. We booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower. We needed the roll-in shower. What we did not need were beds that are practically on the ground and when you sit on them the 1-inch “box spring” falls out. Most uncomfortable night stay I can remember. Every time I moved it felt like the bed was going to fall out from under me. I had to help my wife get up every time she needed to use the bathroom- no personal autonomy. She went down at 5am to request a room change, the boy checked and said yes we have 2 available just wait until cleaning crew comes in at 8am. We waited until 12pm and finally went down for an update. Enter Karla who immediately denied any possibility of a room change. She tried to go back and forth with us about maintenance but I knew we could not stay there another night in those beds. We packed up all of our things and left by 12:30 with the understanding from Karla that she would refund the last 2 nights of our 3-night stay. That was another lie because when we heard back from hotels.com we only got refunded HALF of ONE night. So we came back to the hotel now 2 days later and Kimberly and Karla took joy in telling us that somehow there’s nothing they can do but refund 1 night of our stay. We showed them the bed falling out from under us and begged for compassion and empathy but were met with ableism, eye rolls and smirks.

Staff was unfriendly and never at the desk.

I paid for my stay online through Expedia but when I arrived I was hit with a hidden fee and they did not accept any of my cards and I was almost out the money that I had already paid for the room for the two nights that I had booked for my stay. It was a struggle to find a way to pay for the extra hidden fees that was not noted anywhere on the website. Had I known about this fee, and the trouble it would cause, I would have never booked a room at this hotel in the first place. The lady that checked us into the hotel was extremely rude as well. I will never return to this hotel in the future and I do make this trip every year. Please be aware that they are very particular about who you bank with. If you plan on staying at this hotel I would call them directly before paying for your room and ensuring that they take your method of payment before you spend a few hundred dollars to book a room, get there, get hit with a hidden fee, and then not be able to get your room due to them not taking your card that you payed with online at the hotel and then you can't even get a refund for your room. Very unprofessional and I'm very disappointed with the service as this hotel as it is supposed to be a Hilton.

Asked for assistance due to the tv not connected or working staff was not very happy and didn't try to help

The staff were not welcoming or helpful, but the hotel was nice.

Taryn was very friendly, helped us with early checkin during lunch while attending our business event. She went above and beyond by recommending Restraunt's for dinner when we asked about the surrounding area. She was professional and courteous with a genuine smile. Her attitude alone made us feel welcome - wish we would have seen her more during our stay.

We stayed here when we were evacuated out of a youth retreat while we waited for our flight the next day. Us along with many more flooded this hotel and were met with great service. The 2 ladies that worked the morning of the 11th deserve a raise. It was only 2 of them and they handled the big crowd of people for breakfast amazingly. They kept smile on their faces even though the groups went through the food so quickly. Please give them a raise or bonus.

Heat was cranked in hallway. First room had no A/C working. Highway traffic was noisy. Floor above was noisy.

Great location if you are staying in near the Denver Tech Center or Centennial. Easy access/walkable to the light rail. Close to the Park Meadows mall and other retail/restaurants. Customer service at night could be better. Guy that checked me in probably wasn't having a good day, but a quick change of attitude for those 3-5 min of checking someone in can go a long way.

Some guy was up on the roof working in the morning and the curtain was see through, some heads up wouldve gone a long way! The breakfast wasnt great, the scrambled eggs were too wet and no flavor, the sausages seem boiled rather than fried, everyone in my group complaint about breakfast.

Clean updated property. The 'breakfast' wasn't very good. Sausage tasted like plastic, and the eggs tasted like wet rubber. Bagels were very tasty, and coffee wonderful.
