Very comfortable and quiet room. I appreciated the indoor pool which was big enough to swim in. Only issue was car parking. I think customers from another hotel were using parking behind the hotel.

The rooms have a decent size. Bathroom wasn‘t very nice and clean. Some stuff out of order. We found other guests socks under the bed. Poolwater was cloudy and green, the whole setting not very welcoming. Nobody seems to be responsible or cares. Sad. No swimming recommended, at least for us. Breakfast situation the same. Tables dirty, Buffet empty, for everything you have to ask. Way too many guests in this small room. The Lady from staff was friendly, but overloaded all alone.

Property was very clean, easy check in and super quiet. Nice parking area that was safe and well lit. Would stay here again for sure.

The beds were great. The air conditioner was very loud and the ice machines were broken. If you’re just looking for a comfy bed and close to town, it works.

Check in was easy and the room was as described. Spacious ,we had a family suite the pool is nice indoors, lil small but still very nice. Everything is near by, stores, food choices, gas station, car wash.

Nice staff. They were helpful. It is closer to restaurants and Walmart so convenient for hiking. Some parts of the hotel look a little tired and worn but clean. The breakfast was adequate. The pool was clean but a little small for laps. There is a small patio area outside the indoor pool to lounge in the sun if the temp is right outside.

The King suite was a great room, we lived it. Unfotunately, the corridors always had mess in them, the elevator was out of order the morning of our departure, the breakfast room got crowded/ran out of items.

Our one bed was not cleaned. It had blood stains on the mattress and sheets. So disgusting!!!! We tried to get moved to a different room and they were sold out. We were told we would get a refund, but because we used Expedia they could not issue a refund then. We rebooked with Expedia.

The whole hotel definitely needs some work. Room is dark, carpet looks sticky and dirty, curtain is broken, and dust everywhere.

Carpet terribly stained. Wood trim on bathroom mirror destroyed by wear. Some kind of spill down the side of nightstand. Water pouring from the ceiling at a side entrance. Skip this property

Our room had black mold growing on the wall in the bathroom. Filthy dirty bathroom.

The room smelled, the t.v stations wouldn’t come through clearly and the carpets were stained and disgusting. Needs to be updated for the price that’s charged per room Breakfast was nice, staff was kind and helpful and linens were clean

I don’t normally review my hotel stays as usually I just have two requirements for a satisfactory hotel experience: cleanliness & a good mattress. While the room and hotel were generally clean, the mattress was so old and indented, it looked like a saddle! Clearly many years past due for replacement, it also smelled of body odour. Instead of just dropping off my key, I waited to check out in person. Had I been asked how my stay was, I would have given my report in person instead of posting online. There was no quality check by the person at the front desk, so I feel I must caution others of my experience. My advice to the management is to try sleeping just one night in one of your beds once in a while. Until then, I caution your patrons to find accommodations elsewhere.

too much noise from air conditioners

Generally is good. We noticed the insulation of the rooms are not very good because we could hear the walking sound from upstairs which bothered us for a couple of hours during bed time.

This room was so comfortable. The bed was amazing and I had the best sleep that I’ve had in a long time.

Great apartment style rooms. Lots of space, easy access to everything near by.

I was on a room on the third floor, next to the linen drop, very small bathroom, and it smelled like musty old towels. Not sure if it was the linen drop or the plastic mat in the bathroom, but in the heat of the day, the smell is noticeable

Friendly staff who were ready to help with questions and directions.

No one at front desk upon 15:00 arrival. Waited for more than 10 minutes for a clerk to show up. He then answered the phone and chatted for some time. Ice machines on each floor were out of order for the duration of my stay, and front desk suggested I go and buy a bag of ice. Not an offer for reimbursement at any time.

I don’t usually leave a bad review, but… Immediately, after check-in when we went into our room one of us went to use the toilet and it was backed up. We called the front desk and a plunger was dropped off to us. Staff did not attempt to remedy the problem at all. We thought the problem may have been fixed but upn return after dinner the toilet was still clogged. We called the front desk and was told that we would just have to deal with it because the hotel was full and maintenance couldn’t be called out to fix it. I find that to be terrible customer service, with their ”oh well” attitude with us having to stay in a hotel room with no working restroom. As if that wasn’t enough, in the morning when we went to have breakfast the worker basically ran us from the room and accused us of “unlocking” the door to the breakfast area. The door was open and obviously we wouldn’t have had a key anyway. She then came to the front desk asking the clerk if the door was locked. WTH?? We may have been a couple minutes early but her entire attitude was deplorable and to top it off it was approx 2 minutes and she opened the door obviously indicating breakfast was ready. I’m not sure if what she was displaying was a “power trip” but she made a complete fool of herself and lost customers for that hotel in the process. I will NEVER go back there!! Management needs to get a handle on their staff. I’m sure we’re not the only ones that have experienced these type problems.

Easy to find & Savannah is a great receptionist

The front desk employee was rude and did not bother to tell us anything about the hotel. The back door was broken so we had to keep walking around to get from parking lot to front entrance. Breakfast was great and very fresh. Hotel was clean!!!!

Easy and Friendly check-in. Lon was knowledgeable and friendly about the area. The following was a bit disheartening. We were told and the signs say check-out was at 11am. At 8am this morning, while we were still sleeping, there was a faint knocking. I didnt realize it was on our door so we didnt answer. They then unlocked our door and tried to come in. Thankfully my husband had but the door latch on and that stopped what could have been rather embarrassing event. My husband hollared and they, we assume it was housekeeping, shut the door. We both jumped out of bed and got ready to leave. We were going to tell the front desk clerk when we checked-out but he couldn't speak English. Even though the hotel was clean and well taken care of, we will not return. If you want people to check out earlier just tell them you need to check-out early. Don't violate their privacy.

Convenient to area attractions like Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon Dam, walking trails. Clean room, well lighted parking lot, We would stay here again if in the area.

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Great location for horseshoe bend and antelope canyon - both within a few minutes drive. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. Only negative - I was on the 3rd floor and it took an age for hot water to come through, and even then it wasn't as hot as you'd expect.

The room was great and in a very central location. Very accessible from the main road.

Nice facility close to Glen Canyon Dam and Overlook. Easily accessible from main highway.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean room, microwave in the room, free wifi, easy parking… great location, too, with Walmart right across the street and tons of restaurants nearby… Overall, convenient and great accommodations for a one-night stop during our vacation

Convenient to 89 and Antelope Canyon. Not walkable to much. Room was a little smelly when we first walked in but open windows helped. Breakfast was good. Only there one night.

Very convenient location on the south end of town right off the traffic circle. Rooms are clean and consistent with the Comfort Inn standard. Full hot breakfast was great, there are two waffle makers that make dollar sized waffles, great for sharing or making a half order. The large box style coffee makers I've seen at a few Comfort Inns make the worst coffee though so plan to get coffee elsewhere. This location is across from a loud talking car wash and if your room is on the south side of the building you can hear the speaker giving instructions when a car goes through.

First Comfort Inn & Suites I’ve stayed at that does not have a marketplace nook where you can buy bottled water and snacks. I was directed to a vending machine that only had candy bars and such. No drinks, no ice cream, no popcorn, no frozen foods as other facilities have. Also the breakfast was very subpar. No fresh fruits, only hot foods were scrambled eggs and sausage, and I couldn’t find hot water for the instant oatmeal packets.

Very good stay for 1 night. The room was clean, furniture and amenities were in good condition, beds were comfortable, breakfast had many options. Overall, it's better than we expected.

Mattresses are worn down with permanent body indentions, no support so need replacing. Breakfast lacks healthy options other than yogurt & processed oatmeal. No boiled eggs, only powdered eggs & sausage. Wont stay again.

Property was sold out during our stay. They had only 1 person working in breakfast area. She was busy refilling food. No one was taking trash out in breakfast/lobby area. Garage cans (2 big ones) were overflowing with lids off. Guest ended up pilling trash on coffee counter since there was no room left to put trash.
