Bed linen was threadbare. Paint over the outlets and light switches. No glass/cups in the rooms. No hangers in the closet. No hair dryer. No ice machine in the property. Poor Wifi signal.we had a 2 bedroom family unit and the aircon was just in the 2nd bed room. No lamp shade in the second bedroom, no night table. These things are basic necessities anyone would expect in a hotel. This hotel is just deplorable. The receptionist is not even friendly.

That stuff was nice and . the parking lot very spacious and close to the rooms. The room was very clean, but a little smelly the full size bed is too little for two people. The sheets were clean and the towels also but too small. nice tv and A/C. Ants were walking on the table. The curtains don’t block the strong light from outside and you can hear any noise from outside through the windows.

It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. There were no surprise fees or costs added at check in. The mini fridge had a freezer and lower compartment with separate doors. Both worked as they should have, the cold cold and the frozen frozen. The most important thing to me was how comfortable the bed was. It was firm just the way I like. It has ample safe parking convenient to my room. Though it says Airport there wasn't the normal landing and take off noise. The neighborhood is upscale and appears to be safe. I will use this lodging again.

Hotel says fridge/microwave available on request, but there’s a very limited supply so you may not get one if they’re all taken. Also, the room had roaches, which prompted us to leave and look for another hotel.

The photos online were okay, so we thought we were getting an okay place. Boy were we wrong. While trying to get our key for our room, someone was with a hoker trying to get an hourly room. We ignore this red flag and go to our room. First off, the window in the bathroom had frosted panels, except one had clearly been broken because there was a completely clear panel. In the bathroom and our room faced the road. Next we look at the door so we can leave our stuff and do some last minute shopping...NO locks and a gap between the door and the door jam. We asked for a different room and were told no rooms have locks so the cops can get in easier!!! And that they had no other rooms for us. And obviously could not fix a door jam quickly for us. Then we ask for a refund and get told no, we have to contact who we booked it through. So we do. They have tried calling the hotel for a week and are not getting an answer and we have now been scammed out of our money. Never recommended people to no stay somewhere until this place.

Exactly what we needed. Office is 24hr so we were able to check in late from our flight which was perfect. The room was clean and the check-in/check-out was seamless. Drink/food stores in walkable distance, very convenient.

Location is perfect for food and drinks, is 100 yards from Bryson Pub. The hotel is somewhat old, however every thing worked in the room, hot shower, cold AC etc. Price was excellent, frontdesk very friendly

We got to the hotel on Saturday July 18, 2026. The picture that I got on my email is not what I seen. This place is old. It is run down.I honestly felt that I was at the Bates Motel. What I guess they were apartments before and then they converted them to a hotel. My room was located on the street side. And in order for us to get there, we had to walk through the complex through unpaved streets. The door and frame look like somebody just put some paint on it. And then when we walk into the room, it had like these old ceramic tiles and a table with 2 chairs pushed against the wall. A half of a kitchen, and I think where they had a bed at was actually a living room. When I walked into the other room That was where the air conditioner was at the windows had the old slated windowpanes and the bathroom...... well NO ONE.WAS SHOWERING. I felt very unsafe. I felt like it was the places that rented by the hour. And it is obvious that this website does not verified locations, and we were there. Maybe 2 hours at the Max, and we had to find another room, because I started itching my girls started itching another couple came when we were leaving nd we told them to run...... The really? Sad thing is the lady that was working, the front desk she knew.... Never once did she ask?What was the problem.....RUN

And then when we walk into the room, it had like these old ceramic tiles and a table with 2 chairs pushed against the wall. A half of a kitchen, and I think where they had a bed at was actually a living room. When I walked into the other room That was where the air conditioner was at the windows had the old slated windowpanes and the bathroom...... well NO ONE.WAS SHOWERING. I felt very unsafe. I felt like it was the places that rented by the hour. And it is obvious that this website does not verified locations, and we were there. Maybe 2 hours at the Max, and we had to find another room, because I started itching my girls started itching another couple came when we were leaving nd we told them to run...... The really? Sad thing is the lady that was working, the front desk she knew.... Never once did she ask?What was the problem.....RUN

Very basic room. Floors and bed were clean. Overnight many insects entered and left dead wings behind. Front desk said they were from termites. Okay for one night but that’s it.
