The pool was quite disgusting, it had so much dirt and dirty foam sitting on the water which made it very unpleasant and nobody seemed to notice this was an issue. Other than that the hotel was very clean and beds super comfortable.

There was absolutely no parking. Several guests were circling the parking lot at night. Front desk just told us to leave the cars wherever we found space, regardless of whether or not it was a spot. Cara were double parked. I parked in the valet area and was worried about getting towed. The pipes in our room were making noise all night. The TV would not turn off. The room was extremely noisy. I was on the 2nd floor and you could hear bar noise.

I booked two rooms for our bestie vacation and it turned out great! I wished we could’ve had conjoined rooms but it still worked out as we ended up across the hall from eachother. The pool was great we ended up there in the mornings and they had beautiful music playing in the background is was so relaxing. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the location wasn’t too far from where we had all our vacation fun. Parking was free too which was great. The rooms are very nice the air works great! Beds are comfortable will book here for next vacation for sure.

Hotel is very good, staff is friendly and efficient. There are daily events in the hotel so parking could be difficult sometimes. There are a couple of restaurants with music until 10PM-11PM so if you plan to sleep early, it could be difficult. Same happends a Saturday AM.

The location was excellent, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the rooms. All of my requests were taken care of. The hotel is very clean and bright. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Location was excellent. Easy access to Doral’s main attractions. Never stayed at Aloft didn’t know they didn’t come with dresser. Also I think they should consider changing mattresses. Overall it was good.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable, rooms were spacious, everything’s pretty close by so good food is accessible, things just seemed like they could be cleaner. Bathroom door is goofy, didn’t lock and would slide open so no privacy. Definitely need to upgrade the TVS and have smart TV capability.

Seems like a vibrant hotel. They had a live band Friday night until about 11pm/12am that was open to the public, so if you’re looking for quiet, this is not the place for you. The bar was nice and the rooms were big. But the walls are thin, and the shower was built poorly.

The location was good. Unfortunately, there is a bar across the street with live music and it was VERY loud friday and saturday night. It was really unpleasant. With all the hotel choices in this area we would not stay here again.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. However, we reserved a king bed and was given 2 queens. When we asked the front desk said it was Expedia who over booked and there were no king rooms available. The TV in the room is really small and not a smart TV. We went out and bought a fire stick just so we could watch something other than cable.

There’s zero sound proof in this hotel. We can hear people walking, flushing of toilets, tap running, shower, door closing, people upstairs using blow dryer, people talking, screaming, laughing out loud at 2-3am. Multiple times throughout the night. Wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting a restful night.

We stayed one night prior to getting on a cruise ship out of PortMiami. The stay was short and sweet. Property was nice, free drinks upon arrival. Sound proofing on the walls was lacking. Major gaps below doors making it easy to hear people/children in rooms across the hallway. Convenient for what we needed. Great bed/pillow situation.

Melissa C. , bartender was awesome. She was very friendly, professional and just great at what she does. Watched her serve the bar and lobby area alone and never skip a beat. She made everyone feel at home and taken care of. Overall all of the staff was very good. I stay in a lot of Doral hotels and this property will now go close to the top of the list.

Not too happy with this last day. Attempted to check in around 1 PM sat in the lobby till 330 until the front desk. Acknowledge the fact that we were there even the fact knowing that I had just had surgery let me stay there till about 3:40 before they gave me keys.

Awful customer service. Tv didn’t work in the room and couldn’t even use phone in room to call front desk because the phone didn’t work either. AC in room stopped working halfway through the night as well. Called Front desk from cell phone only to be told that maintenance was gone and there was no manager. When we checked out we asked to speak to a manager again to discuss the issues with the room and that that we paid for a room where the tv didn’t work, AC broke overnight and the room phone didn’t work only to be told, you guessed it, there is no manager… I took videos of the issues with the room to show proof and apparently there is no one to provide the videos to. Absolutely awful experience. This hotel was a waste of money. Not to mention no AC during the night in Florida.

Hotel was super clean with a very nice modern feel. Staff was helpful and Ethan at the front desk was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to my meet needs.

Location was excellent. Easy access to Doral’s main attractions. Never stayed at Aloft didn’t know they didn’t come with dresser. Also I think they should consider changing mattresses. Overall it was good.

The location was excellent, close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the rooms. All of my requests were taken care of. The hotel is very clean and bright. I’ll definitely stay there again.

We stayed two times in this hotel. The only thing I didn't like where the breakfast hours by 9 am everything is gone even the coffee. My room 315 had an issue with the a/c that got solved and one of the blinds of the window was not working properly. Also the prices at the breakfast store are too high and I felt ripped off. Sometimes charging people too much for a banana is bananas.

Very clean room with great a/c, courteous staff, great pool. Limited menu at the bar but an outstanding burger cooked to perfection. My only concern was a lack of “grab” bars in the shower - only available in some rooms. Low level light over the bed made reading difficult. Really slow Internet on the courtesy Apple computer that needed updating as I was unable to print my airline boarding pass.

Poor breakfast offering, basically 1 bacon roll cooked to order, with or without cheese or some variation. I cannot recommend and would not book breakfast again should I choose to stay at this location. Very disappointingly.

Aloft Miami Doral from I step in the staffs were welcoming I love that it was safe and convenient. The beds are kind of hard but the rooms are clean and smells nice. The breakfast station is nice as well. The bartender was amazing make sure catch happy hour

The room wasn’t what I expected. The shower flooded the room every use because it wasn’t sealed . Bathroom didn’t have a door expect for where the shower was. To door slides to close but would slide right back open again like it was on an incline smh… house keeping never available so I had to mop up the water myself using towels and even getting towels was a hassle. Advertisement said we would get breakfast buffet included if I paid extra so I did.. turns out there was none. Had to select microwave options no real breakfast. And I paid extra to have the service and wasn’t even reimbursed. Will never stay here again.

Great experience overall. Very modern and clean. The only two things that could have been better: the shower gel container was empty and I didn’t realize until I was already in the shower- but thankfully I had my own soap. And the bar inside the hotel was closed on a Friday night, so that was a bummer, but we just went to the restaurant across from the pool. OTHERWISE, this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at for a while for the price range. :)
