The lake view room I had booked was not available however the staff dealt with mix up professionally and promptly, and we were offered a voucher towards the cost of dinner which we thought was fair. Meal was great service from Alex was excellent. Alternative room was lovely a little traffic noise in the morning but nothing terrible. A great music venue with lots of bands advertised would love to return.

I really appreciated Michelle's warm welcome, and the fact that my dinner was ready for me when I arrived after a chaotic day and whiteknuckle drive in the rain. It was both comforting and delicious. The place was beautiful and historic, and my room very peaceful. And the fact that there is live music 36 5 days a year is brilliant!

Beautiful place The lobby was in the middle of the restaurant. I thought it was waiting area to be seated in the restaurant, but then found out it was to sign into the lobby of the hotel. They don’t have a designated area for checking in.

Confusion as to where front desk/ check in was. Meal was not served hot and was of poor quality considering price. Staff were pleasant enough. Chairs were left soaking wet after the rain, had to use towels from our room to dry them so we could enjoy the lovely front porch. Extremely loud air conditioner.

Loved this place. Homely style with modern touches. The room was lovely, bed was super comfy and bathroom was new/renovated. The staff were all superb, so nice and friendly they made our stay very special. We had dinner there 2 nights of the 3, both had live music which was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed Jeff Callery and his band. The patio was lovely, and the weather co-operated so was great to eat outside with the spectacular water views and the great music. Food was delicious and again, can't say enough about how wonderful the servers were. The Cove Inn is in the perfect location, right downtown near the water, stores, restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a quaint cute Inn nestled in a town of Westport. The entrance way takes you back to the late 1800's. Our 2nd floor room had a great view of the Upper Rideau Lake. The hotel was clean, accommodating and staff was friendly. We ate at the Cove Inn restaurant where there was a great live band. Highly recommend this hotel and a fun weekend spot if you are traveling around Westport

The staff go the extra mile to make sure all iOS well. Rooms are clean, comfortable and efficient! Did not need a TV. Food ini the restaurant was also excellent and service top notch! We will return again !

The building is historical, nice property. Beautiful area and super cute town. The room was nice, although for the price I would like to have a real breakfast. I don't know if they do that on weekdays, but I was there overnight on Saturday and got two muffins in the fridge and coffee. I think it's worth it for the experience.

What a great stay and a great night. The people were great, the music was crazy good and the food and service was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Room expensive relative to B&B’s in the area. There was no radio or television in the room. The breakfast was minimal, left in the fridge. All lights and fridge were unplugged and we had to literally move furniture to connect for lighting.

Loved this place. Homely style with modern touches. The room was lovely, bed was super comfy and bathroom was new/renovated. The staff were all superb, so nice and friendly they made our stay very special. We had dinner there 2 nights of the 3, both had live music which was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed Jeff Callery and his band. The patio was lovely, and the weather co-operated so was great to eat outside with the spectacular water views and the great music. Food was delicious and again, can't say enough about how wonderful the servers were. The Cove Inn is in the perfect location, right downtown near the water, stores, restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at the inn. Friendliest people and staff. My partner and I loved our room. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. The live music was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Westport is a beautiful village and The Cove Inn restaurant is The gathering place. The food was average. Finger food and burgers are the best options. The room was very comfortable with an extra large shower.

The room (24) was nice but not very clean ( a pile of dust on and under the coffee area) The bed was comfortable. The bathroom small and claustrophobic. We ate and drank at the restaurant and listened to the music. We sat at the bar and were asked if we would like a table 3 times as we could see into the kitchen where Mike was working hard. Its a very nice little place but it was raining so we couldn’t use the amenities like canoeing or paddle boards
