Good stay overall. Great location in Kaikoura - walkable to everything in town. Very nice renovated shower. This property should consider changing the name from "Bed & Breakfast" considering no breakfast is actually included despite the name. Some closer attention could be paid to cleaning - as the kettle was covered in limescale.

Kylie was welcoming and informative. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bay front walkway is right across the street. Gorgeous views of the bay and mountains.
