Tiny but perfectly appointed room. Terrific location for walking to huge variety of restaurants and shops and just a great stroll through the neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and bar area. Charming but not rustic vibes, will definitely stay again when in the area.

They put us in room 213 late on a Thursday night. Friday at 5 am we were woken up by a succession of garbage and recycling trucks. You would have thought they'd have figured this out by now and the hotel was definitely not booked up. As a result, we didn't get a full night's sleep. Also, the check-in person didn't seem to like her job/people/whatever. While the place is beautiful, I just felt like they lacked care and hospitality. Bummer.

Great location. Walkable to downtown and the river. Super nice staff. Short, 1-night stay, didn't use any amenities. Bed super comfortable. Ask for a room with a view.

This lovely 1920’s hotel is a gem right in the centre of Petaluma. The room was fairly basic but quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. There is an excellent fresh fish and oyster restaurant on the premises, as well as a French patisserie for morning coffee etc. Although there is no parking within the hotel, there is plenty close by.

We love staying at this hotel. Perfect location to walk all over downtown. The lobby is beautiful. Nice place for many to relax. A bar in the lobby, run by the attached Shuckery restaurant, is open every afternoon and evening Employees are always helpful and pleasant. Rooms are very nice and have all you need. Most not super large but plenty big (in the style of a 1924 hotel).
