property shares common area only have private bed and bath. No kitchen, bed was comfortable. shower was SMALL I had to squeeze between door an toilet my shoulder would hit walls if i try to turn sideways. is walking distance to metro mall with food also jolliebees next door and trycylce station

One unit has common entrance and area with 3 separate rooms where one of those is my room at the 3rd and top floor. No elevator. Small room with separate both/toilet/sink and bedroom. Noisy AC and lacked cleaning as barely cold temp. Room with electric kettle and very small bed table. 32" TV but was busted and non operational. I got the room with breakfast which is a plated breakfast and adequate. Staff at front desk were friendly though and helpful and checkin and out was fast. Location was good as just across the big Metro Supermarket. Location was a plus. WiFi is okay. Doubtful if I will be back.

I like the fact that it had and living space around your hotel room. That is shared but you rarely see any of the other guests. Plus there’s smoking designated areas. That’s a plus.

Nach meinem Aufenthalt in der Junior Suite war ich dieses Mal in einem Standardzimmer. Das ist natürlich deutlich kleiner, aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist allerdings so klein, dass man sich so grad darin drehen kann. Auch hat man hier eine Küchenzeile, die man sich mit drei anderen Zimmern teilen muss. Kochen darf man hier aber ohnehin nicht. Im Raum selbst war ein Wasserkocher und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Personal ist hier überaus freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist in Ordnung, wenngleich das fensterlose Bad Schimmel ansetzt. Schön war die relativ neue Klimaanlage. So eine hätte ich mir in der Juniorsuite auch gewünscht. Die war deutlich älter.

The property was undergoing maintenance and painting to a few of the rooms which will be nice. We rented a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom suite. The 3 bedroom suite was very nice as each bedroom had its own private bathroom and key card access which is great for privacy and security. It had a spacious living area and dining room but, it did not have a refrigerator or air conditioner, only the bedrooms have a/c. The 1 bedroom unit was nice with a separate dining area equipped with a refrigerator but, no air conditioner. The separate bedroom did have an air conditioner but, it kept making loud noises at night and the bathroom had a foul odor coming from the drain vents in the floor. The staff was great and very helpful with arranging a private driver for us to go sightseeing. The breakfast was very good and cooked to order. There is a small shopping center across the street with a grocery store and a several restaurants including Jollibee, KFC and Dunkin Donuts. I would stay here again because of the helpful staff and service and hopefully the minor issues with the rooms can be resolved.

Advertising did not state you share a kitchen and lounge area with another couple, I had already spent a Lot of money for our long stay. So I had to add a lot of extra money to what I had though I all ready paid for in the first place. Zpad failed in telling the truth, and it’s classed as faulse advertising, I’ll never return at all.

It felt like a new place. Clean and with most amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast were tasty and the bed comfortable. Good location close to the Metro center and Jollibee, which is open 24/7. We enjoyed our stay.

You get what you pay for, I guess. However, I was expecting to at least cook food since we had a small kitchen - nope, not allowed to cook. Then we purchased food from outside so we could have something to eat in early mornings, but the ants got to it before we did. Also, the bathrooms are tiny, the TV in the "living room" doesn't have any channels so it was useless. We just booked this place because it is close to St Peter's chapel so we could attend a funeral. We would be asleep during the day, but constant knocking/renovation was getting annoying.

No toilet tissue & no pillow cases should have been an omen… the staff was helpful and promptly brought toilet tissue, had to wait almost 2 hours after check in time for pillowcases WITH HOLES IN THEM ! Termite damage everywhere, rotting & de-laminating cabinetry This place is screaming for a makeover ! Air conditioner that barely kept it cool and banged every 30 minutes= no sleep Management that is not informed about the condition or doesn’t care ! Do yourself a favor, AVOID THIS PLACE

The sockets do not work properly and there’s a moldy smell in the room. There are small ants in the room as well. The staff are accommodating and friendly. But the rooms are getting dated. The air conditioning is rackety and old.

The property was nice. But need be updated. the bathroom shower was so small. The room we have has roach infested. And the AC is not working properly we complain in the front in, that our AC is not cold enough. That we have to use our portable electric fan. They said somebody will check the AC. But the next day still the same The AC still not been fix. The Front in never offer anything for us atleast electricfan maybe. Cause we inform them that our baby couldn't sleep well because of the hot room.

If any one plan to stay that place. Please no??? I have totally very bad experience the room have so much ants 🐜 bugs from the fire alarm the bugs have a nest when I turn on air conditioner a lot of flying insects. I was very disappointed of my stay and very devastated at the same time. Terrible service 👎 They referred us to another hotel but I wasn’t happy after all.

Staff and customer service was excellent. One call away and they’re very attentive to your needs. But the property needs some updating like the linens are too old and there was a distinct smell that is coming from bathrooms and too much ants. You cannot leave food outside or it will be devoured by ants even inside the little refrigerator.

I got the room with breakfast which is a plated breakfast and adequate. Staff at front desk were friendly though and helpful and checkin and out was fast. Location was good as just across the big Metro Supermarket. Location was a plus. WiFi is okay. Doubtful if I will be back.

Nach meinem Aufenthalt in der Junior Suite war ich dieses Mal in einem Standardzimmer. Das ist natürlich deutlich kleiner, aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist allerdings so klein, dass man sich so grad darin drehen kann. Auch hat man hier eine Küchenzeile, die man sich mit drei anderen Zimmern teilen muss. The property was undergoing maintenance and painting to a few of the rooms which will be nice. We rented a 1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom suite. The 3 bedroom suite was very nice as each bedroom had its own private bathroom and key card access which is great for privacy and security. It had a spacious living area and dining room but, it did not have a refrigerator or air conditioner, only the bedrooms have a/c. The 1 bedroom unit was nice with a separate dining area equipped with a refrigerator but, no air conditioner. The separate bedroom did have an air conditioner but, it kept making loud noises at night and the bathroom had a foul odor coming from the drain vents in the floor. The staff was great and very helpful with arranging a private driver for us to go sightseeing. The breakfast was very good and cooked to order. There is a small shopping center across the street with a grocery store and a several restaurants including Jollibee, KFC and Dunkin Donuts. I would stay here again because of the helpful staff and service and hopefully the minor issues with the rooms can be resolved.

Die Junior Suite war äußerst geräumig. Alles war in gutem Zustand. Nur der Satellitenempfang am TV im Schlafzimmer war furchtbar. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Dass man aber die Zimmerreinigung noch immer extra anfordern muss, ist irgendwie nach dem Ende der Corona Pandemie nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Frühstück kann gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden. Das habe ich nicht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Ich habe in ein paar Tagen noch eine Nacht hier gebucht. Dann im Standardzimmer. Ich bin gespannt wie das wird.

You get what you pay for, I guess. However, I was expecting to at least cook food since we had a small kitchen - nope, not allowed to cook. Then we purchased food from outside so we could have something to eat in early mornings, but the ants got to it before we did. Also, the bathrooms are tiny, the TV in the "living room" doesn't have any channels so it was useless. We just booked this place because it is close to St Peter's chapel so we could attend a funeral. We would be asleep during the day, but constant knocking/renovation was getting annoying.

No toilet tissue & no pillow cases should have been an omen… the staff was helpful and promptly brought toilet tissue, had to wait almost 2 hours after check in time for pillowcases WITH HOLES IN THEM ! Termite damage everywhere, rotting & de-laminating cabinetry This place is screaming for a makeover ! Air conditioner that barely kept it cool and banged every 30 minutes= no sleep Management that is not informed about the condition or doesn’t care ! Do yourself a favor, AVOID THIS PLACE

Initially there was no complimentary drinking water but they were quick to provide when I requested. The bed and blanket were comfortable. The water kept on dripping on the bathroom faucet and from the room you can hear the water drop from the aircon. Despite those, I would still consider staying there again next time.

If any one plan to stay that place. Please no??? I have totally very bad experience the room have so much ants 🐜 bugs from the fire alarm the bugs have a nest when I turn on air conditioner a lot of flying insects. I was very disappointed of my stay and very devastated at the same time. Terrible service 👎 They referred us to another hotel but I wasn’t happy after all.

2 huge cockroaches in our condo! Dusty! Their ad stated kitchenette but what kitchenette?! Not one solitary spoon! All this kitchenette had was a sink! no microwave, not even a kettle to boil water!! Their staff person entered my condo without permission, not even a knock!!! Good thing I wasn't naked coming out of the bathroom!!! Will NOT RECOMMEND this ZPad Residence to my enemy!!!

Very affordable, but not worth steep discount when compared to other accommodations nearby. The dormitory/apartment setting is very noisy as the rooms are not adequately insulated, and the property is in disrepair. One of the rooms I reserved had an inoperable toilet, and the shower head was disconnected from the hose. If you are a backpacker on a strict budget and are used to hostel-type accommodations this may be tolerable, especially if you plan to spend most of your time off property. But something much more accommodating (with secure entry, included breakfast, working amenities) in downtown Tacloban will only cost you 1000 PHP / 15 USD more per night.

You get what you pay for, I guess. However, I was expecting to at least cook food since we had a small kitchen - nope, not allowed to cook. Then we purchased food from outside so we could have something to eat in early mornings, but the ants got to it before we did.
